To utilize the “free” internet, you have to register for Wyndham Rewards — but wait, turns out, there’s a faster, less buggy, internet available, but you have to pay 5$ extra for it (unsure if this is a daily rate or covers your entire stay.) TV Channel choices remain the lamest I’ve ever seen in any hotel — unless you’re a fan of QVC, but also still no sports channel for likely attendees in town to take in Bucks or Brewer games — and no closed captioning is available. (I am hearing-impaired, so boo!) The blinds in the bathroom had missing or broken slots and there was no Body Wash in the shower pump container. Staffing professionalism, however, remains high and I had positive and pleasant interactions with people at the desk, the two restaurants, and the shuttle service.

First, the staff are amazing. The dayshift shuttle driver was wonderful. The waitress we had for our dinner Friday night was so friendly & helpful. The food we ordered on premise was delicious. Matress and pillows were comfortable, heat/cooling worked great. The room was a good size, but we could not close the bathroom door all the way without having to lift the toilet seat up, because it stuck too far out and blocked the door, which was a pain & disgusting to have to touch the toilet every time. The TV did not work the night we checked in. Maintenance came up next day and moved the console out which was pretty heavy, the power strip had been shut off. After using the lamp next to the bed for a couple hours, the light started flashing off and on and wouldn’t stop so you couldn’t use it. It was pretty late at night so I didn’t feel like getting up and trying to figure out what was wrong with the bulb, so maintenance had to come the next day. Tub drained slow while you were dhowering, eventually the water pools up to your ankles, took forever to drain, making the next person need to wait so they wouldn’t have to stand in someone else’s dirty water. Maint. called for that. Room “refresh” was pretty light, the glasses were not changed. No new ice bag, left the drippy old one. Should be a microwave in the room, be a lot easier than having to go downstairs. Elevators are old, have to pull a door to enter which is heavy. Too much luggage/people= crowded.
