The room they gave us wasn’t even clean, the bed was a mess. We asked for a clean room. The new room smelled weird and stale, the bathroom was one big shower with a toilet and a shower chair in it so I had to make a barrier with towels when I showered so the rest of the floor wouldn’t get wet. I heard the washer/dryer doors constantly slam shut, the floors above us were so thin I heard people walking like elephants all night Checkout is at 11 and we left at 7am and I’m not a morning person, I just couldn’t wait to leave. We will never stay here again, total waste of money!!!

For the most part, the property was clean and well maintained. Like most hotels, the baseboards were not clean nor is the floor directly next to the baseboards. Bathrooms were very small and cramped feeling and the shower was within a bathtub, very outdated.

Our stay was just OK. The property is located in a very nice area and we felt very safe. Our room (2 double beds) was very small. The bathroom was really small too. The tub did not look very clean and there was hair on the bathroom floor. The rest of the room seemed to be clean. We felt the cost was very high considering the size of the room.

The staff was great. I had a few issues with my room, but they were addressed immediately by the staff. Everything was clean, everybody was happy, they were helpful and when things needed to be fixed, they were fixed immediately. I do love this hotel and I will come back.
