We just spent 4 nights at the Hotel Meandro and had a really lovely time. Beautiful view of the lake from our terrace, super clean room and very comfy king bed. Pool and sauna was very nice, breakfast had everything you could ask for including vitamins! Like a lot of Italian hotels it had only a little shabbiness but we would be very happy to stay there again. It’s just up from the public beach, they provide a beach bag and towels. Walkable to everywhere. And all the staff were SO nice. They all have kind eyes so says my husband. A memorable vacation in a beautiful place.

Nice hotel with spa. Breakfast was lovely and had dinner there one night which was fantastic. The views from the room and restaurant was amazing. Bed was comfy and the tvs had samsung DEX so could watch normal streaming sites in English. Local areas was very nice though small. Transport around the lake was an issue. Minimal buses and the boat timetable was limited. To get anywhere took a long time For example, to get to Riva Del Garda was over 1 hour on a bus and to get to the southern lake shore would be 1.5 hour in a boat/bus. Taxis pretty much don't exist around the lake with only 3 very small companies that often refuse to provide service and are very expensive when they do. That being said, we sent in April before the main season had properly started. We loved April as the weather was lovely and warm and barely anyone but locals around. The local restaurants and cafes were lovely so if you are looking for a relaxed holiday in a quiet area with a beautiful view then this will be perfect.

Uns hat es sehr gefallen und wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben, kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, es gibt Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel, die Zimmer sind groß und der Ausblick ist atemberaubend.

Die drei käsesorten waren bescheiden- da habe ich viel besseres gefunden in italien und die 3 wurstbeläge bzw. Schinken haben mehrfach nicht mehr frisch geschmeckt. Das überraschte mich, zumal in diesem speisesaal abends ein sehr teures und gutes essen von einem sterne-koch serviert wurde.

Staff were excellent and it’s in a gorgeous location, within a 10 min walk of Gargnano for dinner. However the room itself was in need of some updating - several parts of the floor were coming loose and they were clearly aware of this as some quick fixes had been made but meant that screws were not flush with the floor. The room itself had an unpleasant odour. The layout meant accessing different facilities around the hotel often meant wrong turns and confusion. Breakfast was good with lots of options.

Schöne Lage, Pool hat Grundschule-Schwimmunterricht Vibes, Einrichtung in den günstigeren Zimmern ist etwas lieblos, zusammen gestellt könnte man sagen - dafür aber sehr geräumig. Die teureren Zimmer sehen auf den Bildern sehr schick aus (günstiges Zimmer = Blick auf die Straße und nicht auf den See). Das Frühstücksbüffet ist reichhaltig, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden, außer man ernährt sich vegan, dann kann man sich Gurken und Tomaten aufs Brot legen. Pluspunkt für die angebotene Hafermilch. Wunderbarer Blick vom Frühstückssaal auf den See. Personal ist nett, aber auch nicht übermäßig engagiert. Alles in allem wird es einem 3-Sterne-Hotel gerecht.

We have had the most amazing time with our 10-months old baby, mainly because of the very friendly and helpful staff across the hotel (reception, breakfast, restaurant and the manager himself). The rooms are of the right size, with a modern bathroom and the most spectacular view (make sure to book a lake-view room). Tasty coffee at breakfast and a nice spread of food!

The property is right in the middle of the lakes west side, most places were only a short drive away. The area and Towns were clean and very well presented with beautiful flowers ad nice shopping.

This was our favorite part of our northern Italy trip. Meandro was relaxing, peaceful, helpful, and kind. This property is amazing, the restaurant was incredible, and the breakfast buffet is the best I have ever experienced. The hotel staff are extremely helpful.

We stayed one night and had a lake view which was stunning. Would certainly recommend this hotel, great service, amazing breakfast and stunning views.

Nice hotel with spa. Breakfast was lovely and had dinner there one night which was fantastic. The views from the room and restaurant was amazing. Bed was comfy and the tvs had samsung DEX so could watch normal streaming sites in English. Local areas was very nice though small. Transport around the lake was an issue. Minimal buses and the boat timetable was limited. To get anywhere took a long time For example, to get to Riva Del Garda was over 1 hour on a bus and to get to the southern lake shore would be 1.5 hour in a boat/bus. Taxis pretty much don't exist around the lake with only 3 very small companies that often refuse to provide service and are very expensive when they do. That being said, we sent in April before the main season had properly started. We loved April as the weather was lovely and warm and barely anyone but locals around. The local restaurants and cafes were lovely so if you are looking for a relaxed holiday in a quiet area with a beautiful view then this will be perfect.

Wir hatten den überdachten Parkplatz gebucht für 10€/Tag - hat sich gelohnt. Das Frühstück ist großartig (Rührei/Speck, Brötchen/Brot, Müsli zum selbst zusammenstellen, Früchte, Saft, Kaffee,…). Wir hatten das Zimmer mit Balkon und Seeblick was ebenfalls traumhaft und auch sehr sauber war. Es gibt nichts an diesem Hotel zu bemängeln. Auch die Mitarbeitenden sind sehr nett. Tolle Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß bergrunter in ca. 15 Minuten erreichbar. Zudem ist dort auch der Fähranleger mit Fähren zu z.B. Limone oder Malcesine.
