It was nice that their was a key safe for entry. Able to park outside the door although not guaranteed. Ideal location base for visiting various places. It was clean and tidy with comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything that would be needed. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was of a good standard on arrival but we identified some cleaning issues on check in. Chocolate was found by our dog under the sofa alongside wrappers and plastic and fortunately we stopped her eating the chocolate as this is lethal to dogs. The bottom half of the towel rail was absolutely filthy and the top half spotless. In order to hang 2 towels I had to clean it. Strangely there were no bedside cabinets in the double bedroom and one in the twin room. There were markings in the carpet which suggested that there had previously been a cabinet there. We moved the one from the twin bedroom in. There were also 2 bedside lamps randomly on the Chest of Drawers but they had no bulbs in them. The wardrobes in both bedrooms had no hangers in them which was very strange. But most disappointedly, when we arrived home we were contacted by the letting company accusing us of burning the work surface in the kitchen with a pan. We never cooked whilst we were there as we were on holiday and had takeaways. The damage was present when we arrived. They are claiming the damage was not present on the previous clean inventory which was not presented to us on check in nor has it been provided to us to date. This is a poor practise and must stop! Sadly I must recommend booking this accommodation with caution.

Amazing apartment- really clean & spacious. Only gave 4 out of 5 stars because of the derelict building site next door- sorry to say it is creepy! Would defo book these apartments again as good value for money & so close to seafront

The cleanliness of the bathroom was very poor, pee stains and hair around the toilet and on floor. It made me question the cleanliness of the rest of the apartment. The kitchen was a bit dirty also- food stains in a cupboard, dirty sockets and hob/oven knobs. The front door also seems like it would come off its hinges if it was given a good shove. When it was shut you could push it and it would bow in and out This was our second time staying at Westbeach and I was very disappointed with this stay.
