MCM Elegante Hotel & Suites Lubbock

Nice, clean room. Very helpful staff and loved the shuttle service. It was great to have breakfast included. The bathroom sink area was a little small and it was overpriced since we were there on Tx Tech graduation weekend.

Great spot !

We were very excited about our trip for our son's graduation. I booked our hotel months in advance. Upon arrival the property was very dirty, bottles and trash scattered throughout the property. When we got to the room, the bathroom was awful and the smell in the room smelled of sulfur. There was black grout and soap scum in shower. There was no way anyone would be taking a bath; showers only. The ice machines weren't working and if you called down for ice, you were told you had to come get it yourself. After arriving on Friday afternoon, we went down to the bar and were told they were out of bloody Mary mix, and chardonnay. The weekend hadn't even started yet and they were already out of things. We stayed two nights, so the maid only had to drop off towels. On the morning of the last day, we ran out of toilet paper and called down for more. We were told they would bring it right up. After 30 minutes, we had to call again before it arrived. We were very grateful no one was stuck on the toilet. The bed sheets were clean, but the floor needed a good vacuuming. I definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially for the price we paid.

It was the worst stay ever. The maintenance was horrible the hasp on the door was missing I cut my hand there. They only had one ice machine working all the others were off. There was hair in the bath tub and I found one in the breakfast sausage. It’s a beautiful hotel but I paid almost 800. For two nights and I could have had a better experience at a comfort inn for less than 200. I would like a refund but I know that’s not going to happen. So there you have it and you won’t fix anything cause the management there sucks.
