We spent two nights here while we did a little sightseeing in Albuquerque. This colorful little condo is within walking distance of Old Town and there’s a great little restaurant just steps away, The kitchen is well equipped. The bathrooms are clean and the downstairs half bath also houses a washer and dryer. If we return to Albuquerque we will stay again.

Love the place!! Cozy and roomy! Nice to have 1 1/2 bathroom. A perfect place to park our car at back of the condo. Peaceful n quiet. Host is an excellent person to communicate with. She replied quickly. Will definitely go back there again.

This was the perfect place to stay as a party of one. I thought that the parking and the location of the property were very easy to get to and also I was able to walk from this property to downtown Albuquerque. Also, there were a couple of restaurants nearby that I found very very enjoyable. Finally, this also was a great location for me to be able to get onto a couple of the roads that would take me to the highway for some of the state and national parks that I came into town to visit.The only thing I would say is that I wish I had stopped and got more bathroom supplies. And I think having a little holder for soap would have been fantastic because there was no place to put a lot of my toiletry items when I got there.I didn’t use the kitchen while I was there and I kept mainly to the living room and the bedroom and the upstairs bathroom. Since it was so cold, I didn’t go into the balcony or the backyard.

This spot is near many museums, restaurants, downtown and old town, plus easy access to the highway. It has everything you need for a short or long stay. The patio was lovely for early morning coffee, full kitchen with everything you might need, and even a washer/dryer. We especially appreciated the two bathrooms. Definitely recommend and will use again if we return to Albuquerque.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the condo. It was quiet, comfortable, and clean. The location seemed close to everything we wanted to do! Having the bakery across the street and the grocery store just a few blocks away made it so easy to pick up what we needed. Excellent communication with Taryn made everything seamless. The only things we may have appreciated would have been a few extra towels - bath and kitchen - and a little notebook or scratch paper. The outdoor spaces could have used a little sweeping and sprucing up too. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend the condo to others! Location was right in the middle of all our day trips we planned in and around ABQ. We like to walk, and it was not too far to a local grocery store to pick up food to prepare at the room. The street outside can be a bit noisy during rush hour but it wasn't too bad. We also kept the blinds closed at the bottom and open at the top since the downstairs is on street level, the sidewalk is right outside your windows. The Kitchen had everything we needed for simple meals in the room. We used the laundry and they had a small number of pods, which saved us from having to buy. One nice feature is having a small bathroom downstairs and one upstairs with the bedroom. There are also a few cool businesses right across the street. One great coffee shop with amazing breakfast sandwiches. A tea store and restaurant. While my wife and I really liked it, we probably wouldn't recommend to our older parents, they like their gated community vibe. We would stay there again, next time we are in town.

You know how most rentals have beautiful pictures that entice, but then fall somewhat flat in reality, with shabby furniture, clogged sinks, and broken fixtures? This condo is NOT that. Quite the opposite. Everything was clean, comfortable, well-designed, and communication easy with Taryn. We enjoyed our time and would stay again if/when we have the opportunity to return to Albuquerque.

This property is sunny, clean, safe and easy access to many of the wonderful treats about ABQ! The bed is VERY comfortable.The condo has all the amenities I needed. The one small issue I had was handled promptly, and successfully with a very nice maintenance person. I have enjoyed my stay and I am rebooking for Balloon Fiesta! I highly recommend this eclectic, delightful, condo. Thank you! Lou

We really liked the location and the place was cute but it was not very clean, the bedroom fan was falling apart, the heater was Really loud and the thermostat kept changing the temperature at random times , the kitchen ceiling light kept blinking , it was really hard to get the tv to work and you couldn’t get it to a selected station. The outside lights are bright, between that and the heater noise it was really hard to sleep. Eye masks and earplugs were provided. We were there five nights and were given 3 bath towels and one hand towel.

Had a great stay at the Frieda Kahlo Condo. It’s a gorgeous place, very comfortable. So many gracious amenities in place by the host, from a sewing kit in the bathroom drawer to coffee and filters for your first cuppa the next morning. Taryn checks in to make sure your stay is perfect. The location is very convenient to so much in Albuquerque, especially the excellent Golden Crown bakery directly across the street that serves pastries and pizza. Casa Azul is around the corner and serves good NM food. We’ll be back for our next trip to the Duke City!

Very comfortable two-story loft townhouse. Sawmill District is a booming and vibrant neighbourhood. Museum District, Old Town and Downtown are within a 15 walk. Be sure to order a pizza from the bakery (directly) across the street.

This place is so cute! Nicely decorated and clean. The bed is comfortable and the A/C is cold. Communication with the host was great, as was ease of check-in. If the time comes again, this loft apartment will be at the top of our list.

This listing was perfect for me the 2 nights I stayed before I left New Mexico. Overall, my stay was very positive. Communication was great especially while I was there, check-in and check-out was easy and simple. I was really grateful that the parking was just outside the back patio since I had all my luggage; however, I did keep all my luggage in the living room for the 2 days because I wasn't going to haul it all the way up the stairs. The location was really close to a lot of recommended restaurants and very close to downtown. The bed frame and the bedroom fan are very very squeaky, it actually woke me up a few times while I was sleeping. So, if you are a light sleeper, be warned. Other than that, the place was super nice and I would stay again.

We loved this condo for our four night trip to visit our son on Spring Break. The location is excellent, easy to get to everything. Able to easily walk to Old Town. The condo had everything we needed. The bakery across the street is a must go.Would be a perfect rating if the downstairs furniture was a bit more comfortable. Would book again.

Our stay in ABQ was great thanks to this place being walking distance to Old Town, coffee shops, pizza shops, and a grocery. The place was clean and everything was in working order. We would stay here again! Just two things to be aware of, the bed is really squeaky, so if you're a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. Also, the owners seem to use a cohosting service, so sometimes you are communicating with the host directly and sometimes with a service. Just something to be aware of.

We really liked the location and the place was cute but it was not very clean, the bedroom fan was falling apart, the heater was Really loud and the thermostat kept changing the temperature at random times , the kitchen ceiling light kept blinking , it was really hard to get the tv to work and you couldn’t get it to a selected station. The outside lights are bright, between that and the heater noise it was really hard to sleep. Eye masks and earplugs were provided. We were there five nights and were given 3 bath towels and one hand towel.

Had a great stay at the Frieda Kahlo Condo. It’s a gorgeous place, very comfortable. So many gracious amenities in place by the host, from a sewing kit in the bathroom drawer to coffee and filters for your first cuppa the next morning. Taryn checks in to make sure your stay is perfect. The location is very convenient to so much in Albuquerque, especially the excellent Golden Crown bakery directly across the street that serves pastries and pizza. Casa Azul is around the corner and serves good NM food. We’ll be back for our next trip to the Duke City!

We had a great stay here. Very nice property close to Old Town, the Bio Park, Zoo and lots of restaurants. We originally had a problem with the heat, but as soon as I contacted Taryn, she had it resolved in minutes. Definitely recommend the rental and Taryn as a host.

This Vrbo host has thought of all the comforts and made the process easy for guests. Very responsive and the decor was very cute. I loved the theme. The Vrbo is right by restaurants and a grocery store which made it very convenient

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the condo. It was quiet, comfortable, and clean. The location seemed close to everything we wanted to do! Having the bakery across the street and the grocery store just a few blocks away made it so easy to pick up what we needed. Excellent communication with Taryn made everything seamless. The only things we may have appreciated would have been a few extra towels - bath and kitchen - and a little notebook or scratch paper. The outdoor spaces could have used a little sweeping and sprucing up too. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend the condo to others! Thank you for sharing your bright and lovely place with us!

Our stay in ABQ was great thanks to this place being walking distance to Old Town, coffee shops, pizza shops, and a grocery. The place was clean and everything was in working order. We would stay here again! Just two things to be aware of, the bed is really squeaky, so if you're a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. Also, the owners seem to use a cohosting service, so sometimes you are communicating with the host directly and sometimes with a service. Just something to be aware of.

My sister and I took a trip to Albuquerque just for fun. We loved our little condo - it was just perfect for us. We loved having more than just a bedroom. Taryn was easy to communicate with and everything was as advertised. She even included New Mexican Pinyon Coffee - that was so good. We really enjoyed the neighborhood/location - only 6 blocks to Old Town and the bakery across the street was super nice. Thank you again. Jennifer

This property is sunny, clean, safe and easy access to many of the wonderful treats about ABQ! The bed is VERY comfortable.The condo has all the amenities I needed. The one small issue I had was handled promptly, and successfully with a very nice maintenance person. I have enjoyed my stay and I am rebooking for Balloon Fiesta! I highly recommend this eclectic, delightful, condo. Thank you! Lou

Visited ABQ for a few days and the Frida Kahlo condo was perfect for the two of us and couldn't have been in a better location in the city. Close to Old Town and an easy drive to various sites around town. The owner was always quick to respond to questions and reached out to see if we needed anything. Definitely recommend!

We spent two nights here while we did a little sightseeing in Albuquerque. This colorful little condo is within walking distance of Old Town and there’s a great little restaurant just steps away, The kitchen is well equipped. The bathrooms are clean and the downstairs half bath also houses a washer and dryer. If we return to Albuquerque we will stay again.

Great place to stay! Cute neighborhood, walking distance from places to eat. Across the street from a bakery, they had a cookie and empanada vending machine (the coolest!) open 24/7 and had they best biscochittos

This was the perfect place to stay as a party of one. I thought that the parking and the location of the property were very easy to get to and also I was able to walk from this property to downtown Albuquerque. Also, there were a couple of restaurants nearby that I found very very enjoyable. Finally, this also was a great location for me to be able to get onto a couple of the roads that would take me to the highway for some of the state and national parks that I came into town to visit.The only thing I would say is that I wish I had stopped and got more bathroom supplies. And I think having a little holder for soap would have been fantastic because there was no place to put a lot of my toiletry items when I got there.I didn’t use the kitchen while I was there and I kept mainly to the living room and the bedroom and the upstairs bathroom. Since it was so cold, I didn’t go into the balcony or the backyard.

This apartment was fun and comfortable! Although the outside is currently being renovated, the interior was everything we could have asked for. The host provided so many extras that we usually have to purchase, like paper goods, coffee, and condiments -- we appreciated that. This property is in a great location -- not just Albuquerque locations, but freeway access to other locations, like Santa Fe. We really enjoyed our stay.

Location was right in the middle of all our day trips we planned in and around ABQ. We like to walk, and it was not too far to a local grocery store to pick up food to prepare at the room. The street outside can be a bit noisy during rush hour but it wasn't too bad. We also kept the blinds closed at the bottom and open at the top since the downstairs is on street level, the sidewalk is right outside your windows. The Kitchen had everything we needed for simple meals in the room. We used the laundry and they had a small number of pods, which saved us from having to buy. One nice feature is having a small bathroom downstairs and one upstairs with the bedroom. There are also a few cool businesses right across the street. One great coffee shop with amazing breakfast sandwiches. A tea store and restaurant. While my wife and I really liked it, we probably wouldn't recommend to our older parents, they like their gated community vibe. We would stay there again, next time we are in town.

Great location and very clean properly. Listing is very accurate and communication with tje host was timely and friendly. The location is very close to local restaurants, Old Town, museums and parks. Will stay again!

Nice place. Great location. However, windows opened but then wouldn’t close. Little things broke. Also, the host scheduled non-emergency maintenance on the property that was disruptive to the work I was doing. It meant that I had to find another workspace enough I was paying for this space as that. Didn’t offer to compensate for a day that I lost.
