This is a low service place to stay. This results in low cost as well. Daily service costs extra. They have a mini-kitchen and you can get kitchen items from front desk. The facility is fine and in a nice location across from Space Center Houston.

This location is very convenient if you are going to NASA or its surroundings. Room was clean and front desk staff was friendly. Only downside was that elevator was not in service and microwave in room didn’t work. This place offers some morning snacks such as fruit bars , muffins and coffee.

Overall minimal service which is fine as I do not need any of those and get charged for them. Rooms all have a small kitchenette but you need to ask the front desk for kitchenware which I have not done since I have not stayed long enough. The place feels safe, has easy no-charge parking and is quite convenient to NASA. There are places to eat or shop within walking distance.

Floor was wet with mild dough from the AC unit running. There were roaches. Strangers knocked on my door at night felt very unsafe. Some of the guest desk attendant were very rude. Also, the elevator was death attendant for 2 1/2 weeks. I stayed there a month.

To steal a line from The Venture Brothers, "The whole place smells like Dinty Moore Beef Stew." I've stayed in a lot of cheap hotels in my life and this in the top five of the worst. Everything was dirty, blood stains on the sheets, filthy toilet, AC that was either off or blasting, water outage for half a day, bugs in the room, and an overall feeling of everything being gross. Two things keep this from being a one star: 1. Proximity to JSC - it's a short walk away. 2. The overnight front desk lady - I didn't catch her name, but she was incredibly helpful. The takeaway? If you are going to JSC and you don't mind stank and dank, it's fine but, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Upon arrival the room was clean but however there was a mold wet smell that just was unbearable. We did report the issue which we was then moved to another room which unfortunately had the same smell , icebox had a loud noise all night long . The location is perfect but the rooms need to be remolded and carpet professionally cleaned , & windows cleaned as well .

It was OK. It was comfortable but didn't have a pool, no cutlery in the kitchen so it didn't do us much good (I think we had to pay extra for that), and it was so old there weren't even any USB outlets for our chargers. It was comfortable and quiet, but that's about it.

To be honest, it was terrible. I got this room because it had a kitchenette and I had a microwave that didn’t work the entire time I was there. I let the front desk know, and I also called the executive people‘s number. I just feel like I deserve a refund

The hotel was okay. Everything in the room was clean except the carpet which was filthy. All of my socks are stained brown with dirt. The bed was very hard and the pillows were very thin. Also, it was very noisy.

This is an economical yet comfortable place to stay. Services are limited thus resulting in savings. Still, the room is spacious enough for me, the A/C works and the kitchen suffices for a lone man like me. So I consider it a good value for trips to work in the area.

I stayed three total nights my first night I stayed. I thought I had a working kitchen had a guest over to cook for and couldn’t find out the microwave didn’t work so I had to call the front desk. He said he was going to come check it out and never did 20 minutes later. I called back to the front desk to get them to come check out the microwave and finally did 10 minutes later so after 30 minutes, I waited after the other food was already cooked. He offered to let me go into another room to borrow their microwave. It was very inconvenient. I paid for the room, which should have come with all the amenities and if not, then I should be reimbursed. The second day I went to work and I called the front desk around noon to let them know that the microwave did not work and if they could send somebody in there to fix it, I told them that I would be home around 3 o’clock and to see if they could have it fixed by then I get back at 3 o’clock and nothing has been done with the microwave. It hasn’t even been touched supposedly a work order was put in so I went to the front desk this morning and said something to her about it again and finally on the last day they put in a new microwave. So I just want a refund for my first two nights.

This hotel was booked on hotels.com with a reservation confirmed. Upon arrival to the hotel we were told they did not have our room. I explained that I had a confirmed reservation and she told us they were busy and full and not going to honor our reservation. I received no notification that we would not have a room...so basically we were stranded without a hotel room at 6pm in the evening. We were with another group and they did the same to them.Very unprofessional and uncaring.

This place gradually is getting worse: - keys constantly need to get activated again and again at the from desk. - front desk customer service are normally not there. You need to call them - cockroaches - hallways have no cameras! I guess they don’t need to prof anything if something is missing in your room - this time elevator was not working. - smelly hallways - when they activate your key card , they won’t ask you who you are. Just tell them what your room number is . They take your word a for it ! - no room service ( I think every $ days or when you your stay is expired ) - you take your dirty towel and get the new ones. - you take your trash out duiring your stay. Don’t believe ? Go ahead and experience it yourself!

The staff makes the stay, the rooms are nice, prices are good for the space and peace, the area is flooded with "wanderers" which can seem a bit sketchy but overall, great stay for a good price and prime location . Thanks guys,!

Great experience! There's a McDonald's and Starbucks nearby, and across the street, you can visit the NASA Houston Center. The air quality is excellent, and you can even go for a morning run to the park by the bay. In terms of accommodation, having a small kitchen is what I wanted. This living situation would cost double in other hotels. Just as long as you don't mind skipping breakfast, it's perfect.

Spent 2 nights here. Stayed here for price and location. Price is excellent for the location! Facility was just fine and I am happy to stay here again. Starbucks and CVS are a parking lot away and near Space Center Houston.

It was OK. It was comfortable but didn't have a pool, no cutlery in the kitchen so it didn't do us much good (I think we had to pay extra for that), and it was so old there weren't even any USB outlets for our chargers. It was comfortable and quiet, but that's about it.

Very easy, quick check-in. Quiet, clean rooms. Staff was very accomodating. Breakfast wasnt quite what i expected, but better nothing.

I do have stayed in ESA at CA and AZ pre-covid, had somewhat better morning breakfast. This have only quaker, snack bar and coffee, nothing else

Room was always spotless. Ac worked great. Staff was always friendly and attentive. Above and beyond. Breakfast was great. I will definitely stay here from now on.

I like that it has a kitchen. On Expedia says breakfast included and no breakfast was offered. Coffee is not breakfast

The staff was excellent, however the hotel needs either repairs or renovations. Very outdated. The beds and pillows were terrible. We were there for 4 nights and we mauve were able to get about 2 hours of sleep a night because was so uncomfortable. Cleanliness, not sure how good the carpets are vacuumed, wet I got up in the middle of the night, which happened a lot, I had to put something on my feet because when I got back into bed I had dirt all thru my bed. Shower curtain as a cloth curtain and the whole bottom of the curtain was stained orange with rust. In the tub there is an acrylic rod to put your face clothes on. It slides between 2 holes in the tub enclosure and is not secure. It easily comes out if you push it to one side. Both end of the rod were caked with orange rusty gunk. Had to make sure it was in even so could use it. No updates USB ports at all, only wall plugs and very few. Fridge, was uneven and you had to hold on to it to open the doors or it would rock back and forth. Plus, they were 2 or 3 inches between the fridge and wall. Looks like the ridge hadn’t been pulled out and the wall clean for quite a while. Drawers, nightstands all outdated and needed to be refinished or replaced. Big gouges on the bottom of all pieces for furniture. Wire rack in closet, screws coming out is the wall, wouldn’t put anything the least bit heavy on there, Parking was good, old torn camp chair in front of one space with a container of blueberries in the arm. Quite a while.

I had many short stays at this facility. It is a 3 star kinda place. My stays are short and I have the basics of a frig, a decent bed, and bathroom. For my stays, I don't need anything else. The room is generally quiet, clean, and comfortable. The location is perfect for my needs. This is my no-frills home away from home.

There were so many roaches in the rooms. They were climbing on the walls and all over the bathroom! I would never stay here again.

Room was not very clean and smelled when I first walked in, had to open the window to air it out. Elevator did not work; was told it had been out for three days already. I was there two night, three days so a total of six days and still not repaired. Everyone had to walk up the stairs with their luggage. Breakfast consisted of instant coffee, choice of a brownie, blueberry muffin (the kind that is bult in bulk, individually wrapped) or Nutra grain bar. To me that is not a complimentary breakfast. No pots or pans, dishes in the "studio" to use. I would have left had the room not been paid for in advance. Very disappointed!

There was black mold on the in shower towel bar and stains in the shower a we saw several bugs crawling around the bathroom floor and walls. The bed skirt was missing. There is no hairdryer or toilet paper holder in the bathroom. Be sure to bring your own toiletries because you only get 1 tiny bottle of shampoo and a bar of soap. The website pictures were definitely taken of a different room as our room looked like it had been through hell with chipped cabinets and drawers not fully in their slots. This hotel definitely needs some upkeep. One good thing was its proximity to NASA.
