Hotel was very nice and the rooms in the main hotel are beautiful. We stayed in the annex which was also nice, the shower in our room was very small, smaller than the one we had on our cruise ship. Location wise it’s a great choice. It’s within walking distance to many sights. Would stay here again and would recommend to others.

Hotel is good. But restaurant was not open, only in winter they say. Do I class this hotel 4*. Not sure. I think it is better class bnb. No help with luggage to and from room. Shower not good, very little hot water. Nice clean room. No amenities in the hotel.

We just stayed for a night before catching the ferry to Olbia. Really nice large room with A/C, clean, and free parking (limited availability), really nice bed and beautiful bedding. Very comfortable and just what we needed for the night.

The hotel was in a great location and in general was very good. Staff were helpful and the breakfast good value. The room was spacious and comfortable, but what let the experience down was the bathroom. The shower cubicle was broken and did not slide correctly and an area in the shower was damaged with mould around the area. A bathroom refurbishment would certainly raise the standard. Our travelling companions also had a similar issue with their shower door.

This hotel is right by the train station and the shuttle bus to the cruise port. Location-wise it is very convenient for our overnight stay from Rome airport to our cruise ship. Our room has a beautiful window facing ocean and is spotless. The breakfast has a variety of choices, and the dinning room is roomy and clean. We’d highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel ist kurz hinter dem Bahnhof, man kommt gut weg. Entweder nach Rom Flughafen usw. oder zum Hafen wo die Kreuzfahrtschiffe anlegen. Personal war freundlich, Frühstück war okay. Zimmer geräumig, leider waren Im Bad Schimmelflecken an der Wand und Decke. Ansonsten ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen, es wäre mal Renovierungsbedüftig.

The hotel was convenient for the cruise port and the local train station. The staff was pleasant helpful, the room was clean well appointed, breakfast had a lot of variety with plea serving stuff. We definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again if in the area.

The staff was helpful and friendly. It was very close to the train station(just down the street) and close to the shuttle that took us to the cruise port. The room was clean and quiet and the bed and pillows were comfortable. It was also close to dining options.

Although the main entry was clean and painted as you proceeded up the stairway to the upper floors you notice it was seriously in need of upkeep and painting. It appears they made the lower level presentable when you arrive, but the rest of the property needed painting.

The Hotel is beautiful and in a fantastic location. The room was lovely with a beautiful view. The bathroom is a bit small and awkwardly situated and the shower was not the best but adequate. We would stay here again as it is near the train station, bus station, Hertz rental car office and the waterfront and walking distance to everything. The breakfast was excellent.

A lovely hotel, very convenient to the railway station, the cruise ship buses and the city. I was easily able to walk to many interesting places from the hotel. My room had a sea view. The wi-fi worked well.

This is a excellent stay for a pre or post cruise night. We stayed one night pre cruise and the wonderful staff set up both our Airport to Hotel transfer and the next day for transfer to the ship from the hotel. Breakfast was huge not the normal bread and coffee setups we have had at some other european hotels. There are serval restruants and stores close by and even the train station is nearby. Staff was very helpful and the propery is in excellent shape. In fact next time we do a cruise I think we will spend 2 days there and see the rest of the port area.

Staff totally ignored my numerous polite requests for a taxi to the cruise terminal. When checking in I had to wait three hours past check in time to check in. And, the two ladies at the desk didn’t even bother to put me on a wait list for a room to be ready. And, even though I waited the three hours in the lobby right in front of the ladies at the front desk — they still didn’t tell me when my room was ready. I had to keep asking them and they could not have been more RUDE and Dismissive. STOP using this hotel. I ended up walking the almost two kilometres to the cruise ship terminal. RUINED MY WEEEK. Those ladies need to apologize or be fired! The hotel is too close to the cruise ship terminal for taxis to bother to pick you up and it is too far to walk in the heat — as I had to do. NEVER EVER AGAIN.

The suite we stayed in was lovely but very dated I had a run in with reception as we did book a taxi with them for the airport but didn’t see any of there prices which wasn’t displayed in the room we found out the price at 11 am but cancelled at 6 pm as we found a much cheaper taxi as they tried to charge us €175 for a 35 minute trip to the airport then when I cancelled it was impossible to change it as the taxi service was shut and tried bullying me into paying so not a great experience

We had a really super stay and the staff were very helpful and were able to provide my mum with a wheelchair throughout our stay. The hotel is ideally located for the railway station (100 yards) and the cruise terminal and is across the road from the beach and there are countless restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. We had an excellent time. Thank you.

Our stay was really nice. The hotel was lovely. We did have to wait several hours for a room after flying in from the USA with no sleep.

Our stay was really nice. The hotel was lovely. We did have to wait several hours for a room after flying in from the USA with no sleep.

This hotel is right by the train station and the shuttle bus to the cruise port. Location-wise it is very convenient for our overnight stay from Rome airport to our cruise ship. Our room has a beautiful window facing ocean and is spotless. The breakfast has a variety of choices, and the dinning room is roomy and clean. We’d highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed Hotel de La Ville after a cruise. The location was perfect. Close to the Cruise terminal. we walked to the hotel after the cruise but only had carry on luggage. The walk took 20 mins. Taxis to the hotel from the ship are inexpensive. The train station is within walking distance which you can take you to the Rome Airport for 11 eruos. The hotel is across the street from the water front and a nice park. They do have a restaurant but we did not eat there. The room was quiet and the bed and pillow were comfortable. There are bars and restaurants in the area. We would definitely stay there again after a cruise

Just a five minute walk from the train station. Excellent location with wide variety of eating options close by. Walk into the blocks away from the main road for better options. Room was great wirh good breakfast. To use cruise shuttle from the hotel you need to book early. There is also a free shuttle if you can walk a bit. We booked late and ended up using Uber. Expensive but reliable.

Restaurant and air conditioning were advertised as available but air conditioning was less than poor and the restaurant was closed for the season! It was August and 95 degrees every day!

Breakfast was cold, coffee machine did not work. I eat nothing and then was charged on check out for breakfast. We where under the impression we had paid for breakfast in our booking they where adamant we had not. Breakfast was.dreadful and want expedia to refund the 21 euros. The location is perfect! Not far from the cruise ship area - only a short ride away. But the hotel itself is very, very dated. We had a suite, and the outdoor terrace was definitely the best part of the room. The air conditioning worked very poorly and could only cool down the front hallway. It was almost 90 degrees (F) where the bed was, and we got zero sleep during our one-night-stay. When I mentioned the air conditioning problem to the front desk, the woman simply shrugged her shoulders and said "yeah." The sofa and drapes in the room were extremely tired, as were many of the other area in the room. The porcelin in the sink, bathtub/shower, and toilet had cracks and brown stains. The towels were awesome though. Probably won't be staying here again.
