Quality Inn Greeneville - Tusculum

Was a good stay no complaints. But i could not find the gym.

Pool dirty. Pool chair broken. Spring in bed squeaked.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean, quiet, sufficient well lit parking.

I booked the hotel because of the pool. The pool was not working. All they needed to do was put on their website. The pool was being maintenance in the middle of the summer and I would’ve booked the next place in line.

Liked the small serve yourself hot breakfast. Easy parking. Building slowly going thru updates. Dislikes- Sink Hot water was cold, cold was hot. Seemed liked air was off in hallways which were warm and stuffy Only 2 ice machines 2nd and 3rd floor. Both were not working. Staff was aware of one but didnt seem concerned about the other not working or our water temp issues. Elevator dirty, semi peeled off sticker left on wall

All of the complaints I read from before were true. No one ever at the desk. Except at night. The night shift woman was always there and very friendly and helpful. But after she left the desk was empty. The picture of the hotel on this sight looks great. But add a couple dumpsters and broken office chairs and it would be more accurate. And the pool wasn’t open, looked like it hadn’t been for awhile. Just a pool vacuum sitting in the shallow end. Sadly, this seems like a nice hotel that has gotten run down and doesn’t seem to be cared for.

The hotel announces fitness room on the website/Expedia photos but they do not have it. The excuse was “we are under renovation”. The toilet had plenty of old yellowish spots accumulated in the bottom of the toilet. Very awkward and disgusting.

The room was small and situated oddly. They looked to be in renovation with containers out back.

Parking was convenient. Check-in was easy.

This property was disgusting! Lots of hair in our shower and the shower curtain, which strongly smelled of mold. Our entire floor smelled of curry and it seeped into our room. Our AC was broken and the room never got to 60 degrees. We were told the pool was closed for construction however i saw no construction going on , we were extremely disappointed and disgusted

Dirty room, dirty floors, very small room and run down hotel, would not recommend.

Terrible Service Stood in lobby for 20 minutes waiting to check In. Room was poorly cleaned food left from previous guest was left in fridge no fire alarm in main room holes in walls in bathroom shower head was about to fall out cause the holes employees pushing buggy’s by your room at 12am

Rooms have been uodated. But wood floors were dirty and mildew in shower. And stained towels were placed in the room for use.

We recently had to go to Greeneville, Tennessee for a funeral. We stayed 3 nights at the Quality Inn in Greenville, Tennessee. The staff was very nice, the room was nice and clean and everything was very comfortable. The breakfast was very nice also. We would definitely stay there again.

It would have been nice to know u can only get ice on the second floor, before searching the other two floors. The floors were disgusting. We had to keep shoes on until bed. The first hour there, the kids came up and showed me their feet, they were black and my socks looked like I walked outside. We stay here a lot and hate to see the hotel going downhill.

Excellent stay, room was very clean, the whole facility was very clean and up todate. Full breakfast was good.

This place was horrible. The room was not clean, the walls paperthin and had to call to get the person in adjacent room to quiten down. Had to ask for towels, toilet paper and when you went to use the toilet paper the whole holder cane out of the wall. The bathtub was so chipped it was embarrassing. The room was not clean by any means....the Staff was not consumer friendly nor very honest or knowledgeable about common business prsctices. They advertise a beautiful pool it was nonexistent ....would never have even booked, their photos are deceiving.......

Older hotel showing its age. Hard beds.

The room is too small, the picture on the website is misleading, the pictures make the propery look so big but it is not. The property smells bad. Weird set up for the room. It's pricey for what you are getting.

Check-in was super easy but the beds were pretty hard.

Mattresses were very uncomfortable. The mattress was directly on a metal frame instead of a box spring. They were like sleeping on a bunk at camp.

Great stay. Friendly staff, pretty clean. Close enough to restaurant. Only 1 thing was not great, was the walls are thin. I would stay there again

There was no housekeeping service. In 5 days we had to request toilet paper twice, our trash was not removed, and we had to go to the front desk for extra cups, toilet paper and new towels.

Had to ask to have our room cleaned also for toilet paper and trash pickup . It didn’t happen . Otherwise it was a good stay .

Our overall experience was poor. The front desk was rarely manned. We waited anywhere from 5-20 minutes for someone to come to the desk for service. The room was dirty. There were cloths hidden behind the furniture from previous guests and a dead bug in the ice tray on the counter. HVAC in the room performed poorly. Another person in our party stayed in an adjoining room. It had a broken door handle on the bathroom door making the door unable to be closed. There was a complete lack of attention to detail throughout the property.

Was a great stay till check out , was not even 9am and house keeping was knocking on door for us to check out , we advised we would check out by 11

We were greeted by a very friendly staff each morning and anytime we had interactions. The manager allowed us to stay in the same room instead of changing rooms when we needed to stay 2 additional days. I would recommend family & friends to this establishment.

easy off of the highway and quick check in, nice large room

Quiet, centrally located, fair price. Lobby bathrooms out of order not cool. A more thorough cleaning of the bath fixtures would be appreciated. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Walking distance to restaurants and Walmart.

Close to all amenities

Noisy room next door sounded like sketchy activity going on and kept us awake to well after midnight. The area outside felt somewhat unsafe. The waffle at breakfast was good but the instant eggs were horrible.

A nice and clean place and just off the Interstate. We would stay again!

Great location for what we needed. Room was good sized and bed was comfortable. No issues with noise and felt safe in all areas of the hotel and in the parking area. The morning staff was very personable and responsive. The breakfast options were decent. Overall good stay.

I liked that it was just off the highway but set back enough where it was quiet.

I was in town for a conference. This was an enjoyable stay, 4 miles to my event. I slept fine.

The hotel was minutes away from Tusculum University which is what we needed. There were food places located near by. The staff was great, so friendly and helpful.

Staff were kind and considerate very nice would come back a thousand times and the breakfast is good with many options

Average for the price. Breakfast they should not even bother, I have been to worse, Biggest problem is staff understand the American language.

We enjoyed our stay. Hotel public areas were clean and decorated nicely, as were the rooms. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Room comfy and bathroom very clean.

We were extremely dissatisfied with the "hot breakfast". The scrambled eggs were reconstituted sitting in a pool of water. After pressing the eggs between 2 napkins to absorb the wetness they were still worse than horrible and inedible. The sausage wasn't much better but at least could be tolerated. Thank heavens there was packaged yogurt and a waffle maker. In addition one of the upholstered chairs in the room was soiled with god knows what and the AC shut down. There was no quality at this Quality Inn!

Had handicap accessible room which was not user friendly. Had a rack to hold clean towels but not any hooks to hold used towels that would be reused. Had a tub with bars for a mobile handicap but not useable for a person that is pretty much wheelchair bound. My wife can not get in a tub to shower. We were there for 3 days and couldn’t take a shower. I hand washed her. Should have a roll-in shower with a seat that those that can get out of a wheel chair. Should have a slide door that doesn’t close by itself and get person caught trying to open or close the door. Pocket door would solve the challenge. Didn’t have towel holders in the sink area. Learn your business, you and most of your competitors have no idea how to serve a handicap person. The breakfast area is too small with cheap chairs n tables, just like your competitors. Items are either never filled or emptied in time. Learn your business. Not enough waste containers and usually not in the proper places- another example of no common sense. I suggest try staying in a unit and look at it from a user point of view. Listen to the customer like most others don’t because you want to keep cost down and not serve the customer. This is an industry issue. Also, organize the breakfast area in a flowing matter not a place with breakfast stuff in it. Also tubs need non slippery material surface to prevent the possibility of falling, not a mat but non slippery surface. I also realize no one will pay attention.

We were given a very nice, spacious room with a king bed. It turned out to be a handicap-enabled room, and it was very clean. Bed was nice and comfy. My only issue with our room was the tub/shower, which had many chips in the enamel and a dirty shower curtain. The breakfast was an acceptable hot/cold buffet. It was not actively attended, and, when I there, the eggs and sausage were almost empty. After about 15 minutes, someone came and re-filled the chafers. So, overall, this place is a solid 4 out of 5. A few improvements could easily raise this rating.

I thought the property was a good value for the cost of the room. The breakfast was not very good. Specifically the batter for the waffles. Room was average which means the bed was not very comfortable and room had a weird odor.
