Do you need a break, long for relaxation, or want to spend a nice time with your friends or family? Our apartment house is the ideal starting point to visit the local Buschenschank (wine taverns) and excellent inns. There you can enjoy delicious food, exquisite wines, refreshing juices, and numerous homemade treats directly from the farm or winery. In every season, you can enjoy the mild climate of our southerly located holiday property. You will find beautiful hiking trails, peaks to conquer, impressive gorges, wonderful restaurants, and of course, Lake Stubenberg. The holiday apartment "Panoramablick" is located on the ground floor of an apartment house and accommodates up to 6 persons. Our apartments are equipped for self-catering, allowing you to design your stay completely independently and freely. Access to the two apartments is via a common staircase. Upon entering the holiday residence, you will be welcomed by a central foyer, from which all rooms are accessible. The heart of the apartment is the spacious living area with an open fireplace and adjoining kitchen. Large windows provide a bright and inviting atmosphere. A dining area (table, bench, chairs), as well as a large couch, offer plenty of space. In addition, the property offers you three bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, and an extra WC. The three bedrooms are equipped as follows. –        Room with double bed, wardrobe, table including 2 chairs –        Room with two single beds, wardrobe, table including chair –        Room with a bunk bed, wardrobe The style of furnishing is rather traditional, functional, and combined with modern elements. The kitchen is new, includes electrical appliances, and is equipped with dishes. The bathroom has also been renovated and now shines with a friendly design. In addition to a large shower, the bathroom also features a modern washbasin with a large mirror and two sinks. In the outdoor area, a seating area is available directly next to the house. This offers a fantastic view of Stubenberg. On clear days, you can also see Riegersburg and enjoy a view all the way to Hungary. Opposite the house, we have a large meadow with a pavilion that can be used by our guests. Guest parking is available in front of the house or nearby. We are also a GenussCard host, allowing our guests to receive the GenussCard for the duration of their entire stay (including arrival and departure days) and thus have the opportunity to use more than 250 excursion destinations in the areas of culture, culinary, sports and leisure, water & spas, nature & gardens for free. To experience as much as possible, there is also the option to use the GenussCard as an app. This allows guests to explore the first excursion destinations already during their journey to us. The card offering is available year-round or season-dependent and covers the regions of South Styria, Thermal & Volcano Land, East Styria, and Graz. Prices: € 79,- per night (up to 4 persons) including statutory tax, operating costs € 99,- per night (for 6 persons) including statutory tax, operating costs plus € 2.50 overnight tax per person and night (from the completed 15th year of life) and € 80,- including tax for final cleaning The apartment can be booked from 2 nights!
