I would have given an excellent rating if the elevators were working! We booked a day prior to our visit and arrived late. We were called and asked if we’re still coming. We had stopped for a late dinner, but informed them, that yes, we’re still coming. When we arrived, we were given a second floor room, and then we were told the elevator wasn’t working!!!!!

Disappointed the pool was not open. There was literally nothing for breakfast. We were there for six night and the only food was waffles, nothing else. Kept getting told the supplies truck still had not come.

During check in at 10:30 pm was advised room was on second floor and that needed to take stairs. My wife who is disabled, doesn’t do stairs well. The elevator was broken. I asked for first floor room and was told none available, but another employee was showing someone who also had disabled person first floor rooms. Then at 8:24 am a male knocked on door saying housekeeping are you serious check out isn’t until 11:00 am Thanks for waking me up when I was sleeping. Last one of the bath towels was dirty with streaks from I assume was the wheel of the maid cart. We will be contacting corporate about this location.

It was okay for the price but for the current state of the property it was a little overpriced. The elevator didn't work and the pool was closed. That should have at least been noted on Expedia's website. Breakfast is very very minimal and only from 6 am to 9 am, 10 am would've been better. Coffee was not great but okay. The pool was being worked on so hopefully it'll be ready soon. It was taken over by new management so maybe we just stayed there during everything being updated. It was semi convient being 30 minutes from Beaufort and 46 minutes from Savanah. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The guy that checked us out wasn't really and I'm assuming he was an owner bc he was dressed that way. All in all we would stay there again once everything is hopefully fixed. This is a non smoking hotel and they are very strict about it.

The room renovations were a little dated, however, the decorum was nice.There was a very obvious leak patch up in the roof. There were stains on the curtains and also on the bedsheets. Check-in process was easy although we checked in late around midnight. Good room for a quick nights rest.

The check-in was easy and our second room is very nice. The woman at the front easily helped us swap rooms when we saw that our first room had dirty comforters with pet hair. The switch into a nice, clean room was seamless and she noted the issue to be sure to tell the management. Comfortable beds and big rooms with plenty of space for our family of four. Modernized fixtures are nice too!

The room is completely dirty. Everything is rusted and there appears to be dead beetle shells all around that we had to clean up. Bed covers are stained, floors are dirty, thick dust on sleeves and headboards. Some lamps don’t work. Front desk staff person was very kind and super helpful. He was awesome actually. Best part of the stay! Luckily, we’re just passing through for the night and needed a place to stay. Ceiling has water damage. It appeared to be nice on the outside. Definitely won’t be staying here again.

Hotel lobby and hallway smelled, hall carpets need to be cleaned- breakfast cereal was stale, waffles were good but that is the only items available- ironing board was gross- room was redone- beds were clean- heat/air was so loud we couldn’t hear each other talking- no towel racks- outside needs a serious over haul.. night desk man was very nice and helpful.

Its an older hotel, but it was clean and seemed updated. Room was good, except the smell of cigarette smoke in my non-smoking room was an irritant. Older complex perhaps-once we put fans on it smelled much better. No bath soap placed in room, but clerk gave us some. Otherwise, good stay. Average breakfast, same.

The room was excellent. It was quiet even with it being on the ground floor and the motel being close to the interstate. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was well presented and easy to access. The only negative is the pool needed to be drained and cleaned. It was the best Red Roof I have used. The price was an excellent value.

We drove all up here from guyton ga, due to the hurricane. We thought we had a reservation, but we get there at 1am, and was informed they have no power nor are they renting rooms. I understand things happen but at least inform the people of the conditions they would be staying in. Then when asked could he refund the booking, he just laughed.

First this is one of the nicest Red Roofs I have been to in a while.. the rooms are updated and CLEAN! The staff are amazing..very friendly and helpful! It's a very safe area of town.

The breakfast was well presented and easy to access. The only negative is the pool needed to be drained and cleaned. It was the best Red Roof I have used. The price was an excellent value.

It was okay for the price but for the current state of the property it was a little overpriced. The elevator didn't work and the pool was closed. That should have at least been noted on Expedia's website. Breakfast is very very minimal and only from 6 am to 9 am, 10 am would've been better. Coffee was not great but okay. The pool was being worked on so hopefully it'll be ready soon. It was taken over by new management so maybe we just stayed there during everything being updated. It was semi convient being 30 minutes from Beaufort and 46 minutes from Savanah. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The guy that checked us out wasn't really and I'm assuming he was an owner bc he was dressed that way. All in all we would stay there again once everything is hopefully fixed. This is a non smoking hotel and they are very strict about it.

Very nice. Equally as good as hampon inn across the street for 100 less. Great renovation modern and fresh. Great bed. Pool area was nice too. One drawback. Frampton rd needs repaved. It was a disaster with potholes. Not good when pulling a uhaul. I will stay again.

Clean, recent upgrades. Not many customers on a Friday night. Breakfast was the down side, Waffles,butter and syrup. That’s the good part cereal in dispenser no milk.

Disappointed the pool was not open. There was literally nothing for breakfast. We were there for six night and the only food was waffles, nothing else. Kept getting told the supplies truck still had not come.

The rooms at the Red Roof are spotless. Clean and fresh. The washrooms have been renovated and the rooms are quiet. The hostess at the front desk was friendly and eager to help in any way she could. A great place to stay at a reasonable cost. Nice continental breakfast included

The location isn't the greatest, there's a sign on the front desk clarifying that you'll be paying for a full day if you arrive before 4am and have to be out by 11 because apparently a lot of sex workers go there. The room was pretty clean but little things like rust patches and peeling paint in the bathroom could be better. There was also a loud party going on outdoors behind my room which was weird. That kinda gave me the ick but in a pinch it'll do, you can walk to McDonald's or the convenient store but doesn't feel super safe, not well lit.

We have stayed at this location a few times when we travel to visit our family but this may be the last time. Staff was very friendly at check in and that process went smoothly but these rooms definitely need updated and a thorough cleaning. Floor in whole room was dirty, shower needs fixed and kind bed was very lumpy and uncomfortable

Staff very nice! Cleanliness could be better! Didn’t hate it would stay again if I was in the area. Breakfast was lacking but there was a few restaurants surrounding the hotel

Just keep driving, do not stop at this Red Roof, it was horrible. Carpet in hallway was disgusting, and exterior doors to building didn't even close, so there is NO SECURITY when it's night and you're in your room. The building is totally accessible to anyone. Not a safe area either, I did not feel at ease all night. The bed linens clean, but towels were dingy, not white, no soap in shower dispenser, filth and dust on sink soap dispenser, lamp fixture in room rusted, bathroom door was missing parts of it and many items rusted. It was awful!!!
