Good place to stop for a night or two on a road trip. Not a big fan of the pet allowance though. We prefer no pets. Pool could be upgraded. Breakfast was not a buffet. Just basically bread and cereal.

Nice value. Only negative is paper thin walls. Hope ypu like your neighbor's TV choice. Their morning shower is your alarm. Would stay there again, because they are dog friendly and we travel with two beagles.

Travelling with my dogs...this hotel has a great backyard! Not fenced but a nice, clean open space for them to play. There is a small pool that my daughter enjoyed. Breakfast and especially coffee could be improved. Easy, spartan spot to rest on a roadtrip.

Bathroom had mildew, behind the sin faucet had crud, had to wipe dirt from bathroom floor, aircoming from AC unit vent had mold or mildew. Never would stay at another Microtel. Someone needs to tell management that the cleaning crew needs training or someone needs to check behind them to be sure room is suitable for guests.

My daughter and I stayed here on our way home from vacation. She woke up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and when we flipped on the lights there were bed bugs all over the bed. I am now currently completely covered in itchy bed bug bites.

The room smelled so terrible. Like mold mostly. The bed was comfortable but scared of bed bugs from the state of the room. I stayed there since I was traveling and I couldn’t even take a shower due to the shower head being full of dirt and nasty plaque. The desk staff was awesome and so friendly but the actual stay was horrific

Was a bit noisy. I could hear everything in the room above me. Not loud noises. Just a man microwaving his popcorn, the timer on the microwave, him shaking the bag of popcorn, opening the bag and every movement. There was no insulation from sound. Ice machine was only on 1st floor so if you want ice, you go to the lobby area.

The older lady at check in, she was training a very nice young man. She did not greet me, she wouldn't smile and she is rude. She told another guest no pets and turned him away. I later saw numerous pets with guests. When she advised there is $150 charge for incidentals, I questioned this and she implied this was for smoking and room damage. I was surprised by this charge in that extreme amount. We will not be staying there again. And the free breakfast is sparse you can do better.

I left some valuable items in my room and they called to let me know. I had already driven an hour away and instead of me having to return to the hotel, they packaged my items and shipped them to my home. Many other hotels would have kept the items. I will always be grateful to Nathan at the front desk. He was so helpful and kind to us. Thank you so much, Microtel Inn!!!

The women working the desk was extremely rude. We were not greeted, just told my reservation was cancelled because my card declined. She didn’t ask if we’d like a room and to try another credit card. She just kept telling me I no longer had a reservation. We got a room, using my sane card that was working. We got to our room and there was no soap or other bath products. They told us we could go back downstairs if we wanted some. They didn’t speak when we left either. They need help in the customer service department.

I booked a night for my traveling college student. The room was paid ahead of time and when he went to check in they said there card reader wasn’t working and they needed a security deposit. My son offered to leave the deposit in cash and they said they didn’t take cash. They sent my son away in the idle of the night telling him he couldn’t stay there. They also refused to refund my money back since the room was already paid for. Do not stay or go near this hotel. There customer service was awful.

Their free breakfast was below average at best. No eggs, no meat. The only thing hot was if you made your own toast.

Breakfast options were practically nonexistent. We went to breakfast between 730 and 8 AM. Should have been a full breakfast bar. No eggs, sausage/bacon biscuits and gravy. The refrigerator case had a picture of open milk and three small yogurts. If you like bread, they have dried out bagels and a few of muffins. You can make your own tiny pancakes.. Very disappointed.

Room was spacious, hotel had musty odor with no amenites in the shower ( shampoo, conditoner, soap), tissue roll was nearly empty, 2 kleenex tissues in the box. Breakfast left a lot to be desired, no protein at all. One elevator for 3 floors with a hotel full for a softball tournement was really an inconvenience. The only good thing was the bed was soft, the room was a good size, and the staff were nice.

Microtels are designed with travelers needs in mind. Easy parking. Lots of surfaces for luggage. Easy to use lighting. Free easy to use wi fi. Lots of electrical outlets. Comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet here was way better than I’ve had at other locations.

I first off I got the wrong room ,it was handicapped, but no problem, thats my fault , but my pillows felt like bricks and the bed was very hard I didnt get no sleep at all ,I wa just upset about the bed and the pillows what in the world my body hurts know

Very clean, property well kept, staff very friendly and helpful, bed really nice. Only negatives: refrigerator did not cool very well and the air conditioner cycled slowly and would not cool down to settings so a little warm at times.

The property was well maintained and the room was adequately clean, except the door to the bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned. The vanity in the bathroom is very tiny and there is no room to lay out and work with your toiletries. The breakfast had no no eggs or hot items other than pancakes. Bagels, muffins, etc are much help to someone who cannot consume gluten.
