I really enjoyed my stay here. It was easy to find, the person at the reception desk was very nice, the room was bigger than the only other hostel I've stayed in, and I enjoyed how unique it was with the connecting rock climbing gym off the side. Sometimes there was some noise that came into the room from the gym playing loud music, but it wasn't too bad. Overall, I would certainly stay here again.

Noone swept under the beds. It was really dusty.for someone that has allergies that's not good

I had a very disappointing experience staying here. First, the property was extremely difficult to find. The building is labeled EVO Hotel, not Bposhtels, which made it very confusing. There should be much clearer signage or instructions for guests. The biggest problem was the check-in experience. My mother and I booked our stay through Expedia in March, and our reservation was confirmed. However, when we arrived in June, we were told that our reserved room/bed type was no longer available. Instead of apologizing or offering a solution, the front desk immediately blamed Expedia and said it was Expedia’s problem. We were simply asked to wait while they made phone calls. We waited for over an hour, received almost no updates, and no one seemed interested in helping us or explaining what was happening. What was especially frustrating was that they never proactively offered an alternative. Only after I repeatedly asked, “So how are you going to resolve this?” did they finally mention that another room type was available—but only if we paid more than double the price of our original reservation. It was unbelievable that we were expected to pay significantly more because the hotel could not honor a confirmed booking. A confirmed reservation should mean something. Instead, we wasted over an hour, received no meaningful help, and were asked to pay more for the hotel’s own mistake. This is completely unacceptable.
