Hidden gem. The room was so clean, quiet, comfortable beds and hot shower. Large refrigerator, washer and dryer on site. They are remodeling the office area, so no breakfast, but they did have coffee, doughnuts, and bananas.

Clean & the staff was helpful & friendly. Breakfast was only muffins, donut, green bananas & apples. They had bottled water & coffee available free & a couple types of candy bars. Don’t think the pool was usable-no water & had weeds grown up around it. Rooms were clean & served the purpose. TV was difficult to get to work but was mostly in room to sleep & shower. Would probably stay again but the pictures are misleading. You get what you pay for!

Room was clean and well furnished. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The clock in our room (310) did not work but probably just needs new batteries. The room key did not always work and needed to be reprogrammed a couple of times. The pool was closed.

Always a friendly face, ease of access and closeness to restaurants and other shops. The room was clean and setup excellent for my arrival. Bed was comfortable and I had an excellent nights sleep. I was pulling a trailer and had taken 3 parking slots after requesting front desk who should be truly appreciated and has plenty of parking in the back.

We have stayed at this property off and on for years as the Ramada Inn. As simple Rewards our stay was interesting to say the least. The office is in one of the hotel rooms on the bottom floor. They don’t have a breakfast area, but the room is full of all kinds of food that you are welcome to come and get whenever you want items such as bananas, candy bars, protein bars, plenty of bottled water , Muffins , coffee, cake, coffee, with good creamers every morning. The property is old and a lot of it is out of date. The elevator is a hot mess. The beds were very comfortable, but there was a sofa in the room with crochet deer and stuff on it like from the 1950s. they make up for things like this by giving you large size shampoos and body soap, sanitary wipes, and paper towels. The room was very clean and had a medium size refrigerator and a a water condenser machine which was full of water at the end of every day. They also have a microwave and a TV. The pool was closed the entire weekend we were there, but we were also given a discount at check-in because of that. The rooms were very clean.

Simple Rewards Inn - is exactly what it says it is. I cannot say enough about how much I enjoyed my three day stay. The truth is you don’t get many frills. There’s not a lot of beautiful pictures on the walls or all of the stuff that you might think you would need in order to feel comfortable in a “nice hotel” - but the reality is that this place is exactly what it’s name says it is. My room was immaculately clean and it wasn’t a one time thing because I had actually gone there a few weeks prior just to check it out and it was exactly what the reviews say it is and then when I got there a few weeks later and actually stayed there. It was exact. It’s consistent, very clean and serene and the customer service from the staff was incredible not to mention that they have a spread in the lobby, office area of fresh fruit, pastries, and even snack snacks all those complementary service I mean really - Simple Rewards!

I really enjoyed this stay. The staff were extremely friendly, the place was clean and they even had some fruit and pastries for breakfast. The cleanliness was top notch. This place is great for when you’re traveling on a budget. I will definitely be back.

This is an older hotel/motel but it was impeccably clean and the staff were friendly. Much cheaper than anywhere else on the island and a quick drive to dining and beach.

I've stayed here for many many years, time and time again... it's the best value on the island when you're on a budget and you have to be here for business. I'm grateful they are here to minimize my travel expense when visiting customers on Hilton Head. It's always clean, quiet, and comfortable, and serves my purpose. Thank you Simple Rewards Inn!!

Stayed for a few days in the summer (high time) and agree with all of the reviews: - super clean - comfy beds - good working ac - very nice manager and help - nice tv and channel listing - nice that it is across street from walmart - quiet room - medium fridge Only remote negative [if even a negative] is I prefer carpeted rooms, and the room had tile. Otherwise, dod I mention how clean the room and bathroom was. They mean business.

A surprisingly good stay! The room has been remodeled with quality furnishings. The HVAC system was a new Frigidaire unit and was very quiet. The refrigerator was larger than expected and was very handy. The bathroom was extremely clean….toilet and tub were new, shower was great with fantastic water pressure and plenty of hot water. The king size bed was comfortable and so was the couch. TV and Internet were fine. This property had an elevator which made access to the upper floor easy. Very friendly staff! We would definitely stay in this facility again!

This is a great value place to stay. It is an older property but it is very clean. One of the benefits is having a spacious room, a nearly full size refrigerator with a good sized freezer. It was great for storing the items in our cooler and refreezing the ice packs. Bed was comfortable but the dehumidifier is rather noisy. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay with a great value to be in such a beautiful area. Clean rooms with everything you need. As many others said staff is friendly and snacks in lobby are a nice touch. Nice to have a smart TV in room also but someone kept trying to sign in with their iPhone/Apple something or other and kept interrupting our TV watching but not sure there’s anything the hotel could do about that or if that was just a random thing that doesn’t happen often. Super minor complaint nothing that would keep us from coming back. I had trouble connecting to WiFi first night and when I mentioned it to staff she explained that the walls are thick so they have to have a lot of routers and she restarted it. It seemed to work better after that. We hope to be back!!

I enjoyed my stay at Simple Rewards Inn. The rooms were a bit dated, but VERY clean. Dove shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and bar soap were provided. They provided Myers softsoap, hand sanitizer, and Lysol wipes. There was a big mini refrigerator, microwave dehumidifier, and air conditioner in the room. The office had snacks and water available 24/7. They are conveniently located.

Our bed was very comfortable and the added free snacks, coffee and water in the office was a pleasant and very welcome surprise. Staff was always helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend it to any budget-conscious traveler.

To whom this may concern. I made a reservation for 5/2-5/3. I spoke to someone named Noah at the property to let him know I would be arriving between 3am - 5am as I would be driving an 11 hour drive from Philadelphia, PA and wanted to make sure I would have some place to stay. When I arrived at the hotel, there was an Indian gentleman sitting through a see through glass door and window. I entered the facility on the other side through another door. Upon entering, the man never slid the sliding window open to speak to me. We were yelling back and forth because we couldn't hear each other. I was never even greeted properly. It was extremely poor and unkind service for a customer who had properly reserved a room and was exhausted after an 11 hour drive. I was in town to attend my granddaughter's graduation in Parris Island SC. The attendant told me I was not allowed to be checked in until 10a. I told him the service started at 9a, that wouldn't work. I told him I had spoken to Noah and that Noah said no worries, I would be accommodated. He said he didn't know what I was talking about and went back to being on his phone. I said, "Sir, are you serious, I have no where to go and in 4hrs I have a graduation to attend, I need a room, please!?" I was told, if I check you in now, you will need to check out at 11a. I told him that was ridiculous and my card had better not be charged!!! and I left disappointed and disgusted. I sat in the parking lot to use my phone and make other plans.

Hilton head is a beautiful area, this hotel was in a great spot being surrounded by a few restaurants, grocery stores and a barnes&noble if you forgot to bring a book to the beach! Staff was kind and laid back. We were in the room right by the office and we found it to be very quiet and peaceful. Upon walking in, it smelled and looked very clean. The fridge was roomier than your average hotel room fridge- which is great to keep all the treats you collect nearby. This location is 45 minutes from Savannah, and an hour from Tybee island. The drive is pretty and goes quick.

Great location when it comes to dining and shopping. The no sign policy at Hilton Head makes it difficult to find places you’re looking for Apparently this hotel does not take payment at time of booking. Surprised when I was told the room had not been paid for. They did offer me the same price I had been quoted on Expedia

Always a friendly face, ease of access and closeness to restaurants and other shops. The room was clean and setup excellent for my arrival. Bed was comfortable and I had an excellent nights sleep. I was pulling a trailer and had taken 3 parking slots after requesting front desk who should be truly appreciated and has plenty of parking in the back.

This is an older hotel/motel but it was impeccably clean and the staff were friendly. Much cheaper than anywhere else on the island and a quick drive to dining and beach.

Hidden gem. The room was so clean, quiet, comfortable beds and hot shower. Large refrigerator, washer and dryer on site. They are remodeling the office area, so no breakfast, but they did have coffee, doughnuts, and bananas.

Good hotel for the price if you don’t want to fork out a lot of money. There is no breakfast but there are hostess cinnamon buns.

I used this location several times before. I understand it's not a 3 or 4 stars hotel. Before they used to have at least some kind of bread for breakfast at the lobby. The new administration don't have it now. But overall I still like this hotel.

Missed having a breakfast buffet. Check in was in two rooms instead of nice office. But rooms were very good, great bed, nice appliances. But no coffee pot!! Big no-no!

Staff was wonderful. Immaculately clean with all necessities and extras for a comfortable stay. In lieu of no breakfast was a feast of coffee, fruits breads and snacks available anytime. And $25 back if you don’t need housekeeping!

Clean & the staff was helpful & friendly. Breakfast was only muffins, donut, green bananas & apples. They had bottled water & coffee available free & a couple types of candy bars. Don’t think the pool was usable-no water & had weeds grown up around it. Rooms were clean & served the purpose. TV was difficult to get to work but was mostly in room to sleep & shower. Would probably stay again but the pictures are misleading. You get what you pay for!

I really enjoyed this stay. The staff were extremely friendly, the place was clean and they even had some fruit and pastries for breakfast. The cleanliness was top notch. This place is great for when you’re traveling on a budget. I will definitely be back.

The employees were so nice and sweet. They offer donuts, muffins, danishes, etc all day. Also coffee with cream! Great location. 10 minutes to beach and shopping. Customer service was great. Rooms were clean and sanitary. They also offer shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Also a pool but wasn’t open yet. Hotel was amazing for amazing price! I will definitely be back!

Property was easy to find no frills clean felt safe. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable had a good amount of amenities. However, the breakfast was very simple and chose to eat somewhere else. Would go again, especially just for a night.

I was amazingly surprised of the cleanliness of the room. So grateful, much cleaner than most high end hotels I have stayed at. Location is great, 2 miles from beach access. My complaints( which is a strong word for not strong complaints). No elevator. I don’t mind stairs but my husband’s knees don’t. No coffee pot in the room but a bigger refrigerator. The bathroom was extremely clean yet small for my tall wide shouldered husband

Room was clean. Needs slight repairs. No pool. The internet didn’t work at all, even after calling about it. Was told I would get a king bed and got a queen bed. Rude about everything. One staff member was nice and tried helping out. They did have complimentary snacks in the main office and did give us 50$ cash back

Traveling in from Ohio and needed a place to stay overnight before going to our stay at the beach. First time to Hilton Head Island. It was the least expensive and we just needed a place to sleep. We were pleasantly surprised! Very friendly and helpful at check in. They upgraded us and rewarded us for staying with them. Really nice king room, fridge, micro etc. They are working on the hotel to update it, so it’s not perfect. Club Seats Bar & Grill really close and good food, made it easy to grab a bite. This was a great start to our vacation! Thanks!!
