Property was dirty, run down, the stairs were narrow and steep (not safe). No smoke detectors or carbon monoxide detectors. Only ONE CLOSET for two bedrooms. No closet in one bedroom or no dressers in either bedroom. Infested with mosquitoes. We got bit up just in the short amount of time we were there. We didn’t stay there, we found another much better, cleaner, bigger and newer house for just 100 more. Can’t believe this place was ever approved for occupancy OR a vrbo property. Host was not helpful, NEVER OFFERED REFUND. We are in process of investigating with vrbo management. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR HARD EARNED MONEY!

Excellent hosts & incredibly responsive. We found the home easily; although it was a bit further than 2 min. from the water. The locale was safe & quiet. We were able to relax & unwind. Our hosts were great with questions & replacing pillows upon request. They did a great job communicating with us as well.

We love the Yellow Treehouse. The two decks are perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Walking distance to the marina and sundancers grill. All the amenities necessary and then some. Super clean! And the hosts are MORE than accommodating. We stayed during a winter storm and the host provided an additional space heater. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!!
