Very nice hotel and excellent customer service. The Moon bar is the place to go to unwind and enjoy some fantastic food.

The pool was very cold. It should be heated during the colder months.

I had a problem with this property, i have spent sometime in differen hotels and motels i know things happen and booking events how ever i never as a person staying in a room not have a place to park every place i have ever stayed in customers have privilege parking first not at this days inn and when i brought it to attention to night shift manger he brushed me off and said well you got to do what you have to do this this in the bar was last minute thats fine but i have an issue with my foot and had no handicapped parking

The staff was very friendly and quick to respond but the property overall is a dump. The pool area was 120 degrees and dirty. The 1st room they gave me was on the 3rd floor and as soon as we exited the elevator it immediately smelled like someone has been smoking there for years. Our room might have been ground zero. It was disgusting

Under construction, and did not say that when booking. The people attending the bar at night made the building smell like smoke. No refrigerator.....and there was not an ice machine on each floor. One was out of ice, the other was on the floor closed for construction....dangerous at night

The nicest staff across the midwest makes up for the average continental breakfast at this edge of town hotel. I appreciated the spacious and well lit hallways with clean tile floors! I didn't use the indoor pool but I saw families enjoying it through the windows on my way to the tavern for great dinner deals. Turned out there was ooptional entertainment that brought in a bit of a crowd downstairs on each of my three day stay but the only sound on the second floor was the minifridge in my room!

The bar on site has good food, and decent prices. The staff is very friendly

As we pulled into the driveway I thought the hotel was an abandoned building until we rounded the corner and saw cars. The smell of the place was like fish sticks left on a dashboard on a hot day. The guy at the desk was nice and helpful. The room was gross. No shower curtain! And it looked like they tried to paint the tub. Beds weren’t and I don’t think I caught any bedbugs, so there is that.

Found a cockroach in our room at 9:23am. We were out of the room by 9:30. So highly disgusted.

Very dirty! I could not take a shower because the bathtub was full of pubic hairs from the previous customer, I guess... We also saw a cockroach running in the bathroom. Horrible - OUR STAY WAS A NIGHTMARE, and I demand our money back!

The room was ok but the toilet was disgusting. It obviously had not been cleaned at all.

The room is spotless, we didn't know where to park, so we parked around the building, and you couldn't just go through any access, their was a club there. Plus the microwave was only in the lobby (Which is fine), but there was no small fridge to my gluten free items, plus the breakfast was nonexistence. Where was the eggs, Gluten free Cherie o's and corn flakes or rice checks? What about the Coconut milk or something? Or what about the Toast or bagels or waffles? It was non-existences. Even with the hot tea bags and cold ice tea. Plus, they did at least have Yogurt, some old packets of hot (three is all they could afford for the whole guest that stay there), they did have oatmeal, but hardly the coffee was spared. But they did have fruit (That is a plus since I am Gluten Intollarent, that is a plus, but couldn't afford apples or grapes, or raisins). Again, what made our experience great, was the staff being friendly, hopeful, and listening to my concerns. They made spotless, and they gave great direction to Weymans Groceries, which has great everything to buy there to food. Lobby is great once you get in there. The room is extra clean. Shower is awesome. Staff is awesome and helpful. So, I have mixed feelings about this, because people made this stay memorable.

The room had no microwave or refrigerator. The 4th floor smelled like cat urine.

The staff were friendly, patient and accommodating. The non-smoking room itself was okay but everything was unplugged or not working properly when we first entered. I had to wipe the phone and plug everything in as well as wipe down the bathroom. Found a piece of fruit in the back of the chair. During the stay the rooms were not cleaned at all (it seems they only clean them once a day at a certain time). The internet was terrible and kept going in and out. The television set was not working properly and when it did work had limited channels that would also go in and out like the internet. I could hear the TV from the neighboring room. The hot water was not working in the shower but in the faucet it was. At least the heating lamp in the bathroom worked great as well as the hairdryer and coffee maker. The good thing is the beds have bedbug protectors and the pillows were comfortable. The AC was great and the room had enough lighting. The keycards kept getting demagnetized when they were put next to cell phones or credit cards with chips. The pool was decent but didn’t have clean towels and the ceiling was leaking while it rained. The coffee was good but didn’t see much of a selection for breakfast. Overall, the place was good to lay your head for the price paid and better then a cheap motel.

Had room with jetted tub it shut off frequently barely can tell which knob is hot or cold bc the dot indicating hot or cold is so small you can’t see it unless you wear glasses.

The room overall including hor tub was dirty. The hair dryer short circuited as soon as it was turned on. Issues connecting with wifi & unable to get most channels on tv. Refrigerator/freezer had a lot of ice build up.

My TV sound didn’t work in room 312 and the elevator made a few weird noises and kept going to the wrong floor.

Entering and exiting the property is difficult during heavy traffic. The bed was clean, comfortable, and the room itself was spacious. The bathroom was clean and functional, though water temperature fluctuations while showering were noticeable and bothersome both days. The AC unit worked very well, maintained temperature perfectly, and was quiet. The tavern on the ground floor was an excellent amenity after a long trip. All staff I encountered were professional and pleasant. The biggest inconvenience was the internet, constantly dropping signal and switching between weak open networks. While it was more stable for mobile devices (phones and tablets), my new business-class laptop could not stay connected to any available network for more than a few minutes. Even a web browser was too much for any of the available networks. This greatly limited access to information and, had I needed to work during my stay, would have been unusable especially being unsecured. If the internet was improved to more modern/comparable hotel standards, the stay would have been four out of 5 stars.

Apparently the facility is under renovation which wasn’t a huge deal except that it would have been nice to know. The restaurant on property wasn’t open. The ceiling in my room was rust stained and looked like it had been painted with a few too many layers of popcorn. The faucet inside the shower was two knobs that were hooked up to the wrong source ( hot was on cold side) this made regulating temperature nearly impossible. The water pressure was horrible. The complimentary breakfast was laughable. Some old cereal an orange (yes one). Some pre wrapped mini pastries (the first day). There was a banana but I think an employee took it before I could get it. I had a bowl of old Raisin Bran the first morning and nothing the second the shampoo in the room was half empty no conditioner no lotion no tissue box. I went to dollar store near-by to purchase these item for myself. It sounds petty but it’s the little amenities that make you relax while on vacation. That being said the staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable.Pool area was nice. Just don’t be so cheep people!!!! You pay good Money to stay somewhere you don’t want to be disappointed every thing you reach for. Throw a yoghurt in the fridge some fresh fruit, a f- ing muffin ,toast? Any thing that shows some effort…..or just don’t offer breakfast. Don’t bother with shampoo in the room. if the bottle is already used it’s gross. Stuff like that wreaks an otherwise decent experience. You aren’t saving that much money

None of the switches worked in the front half of the room. I called the front desk, but no one answered, so I treked back downstairs. The desk clerk told me "that happens sometimes- look for a switch by the bed, and that might help". But it didn't. So I had no lighting in the front of the room, bath and even the tv didn't work. Unbelievable. At check out, I told the morning desk clerk what I had to deal with, and requested a credit on the charges since I paid for a room with electricity. He barely acknowledged my concerns and declined to issue a credit. Consequently, I will decline to stay at any of this hotel's/chain's location forevermore!

Room has bugs, showers don’t work properly, had to replace my room keycards in the middle of a two day trip because they stopped working, place smelt like cigarettes

I Liked Everything About My Stay.Parking Was Pretty Packed But After Going Around Twice Finally Got 1

One night stay. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Basic needs only. Refurbishing hotel. Needs maintenance work. Old place. Staff was friendly and helpful. The area has a mall and several restaurants

The photos here are NOT representative of the facility. Mostly the issue is that this is a very old building that has had some fresh(ish) paint and carpet, and is located where there are lots of loitering/unhoused folks, and also a bar/lounge that contributed some additional random drunk folks roaming about trying to strike up conversation etc. There’s a ‘ballroom’ facility attached which meant lots of additional people wandering around…but the event underway when I was there required an armed police officer in the parking area near the ballroom. You might think that is the bad part…but when we got to the room, it was dirty. Floor unvacuumed, window sills caked with dust and paint chips, bathroom dirty. I didn’t bother checking the sheets because of the ruckus/domestic violence incident two rooms down Other guests exited their room when they heard us in the hallway and reported that it was ongoing for at least 1/2 hour and let us know they were worried for the woman in the room and also worried to report it! That tipped the scales and we left. We are experienced travelers and are not snobby - we just wanted a basic place to sleep that was clean and safe; this was neither.

The man working at reception was wonderful. Everything else was not great. The room didn't seem clean and was very tired and old. I wore flip flops in the shower as it didn't seem clean. Breakfast was just 2 options of cereal and some packaged 'donuts'.

Hotel is nice no breakfast though only coffee and donuts that's pretty much it

It was being remodeled. The breakfast offered was slim. The juice machine was broken and the container of juice was near empty and they didn't refill it. Room was a bit noisy - someone next door had a radio or TV going on all night. :/ When I got up in the morning and turned on the light, a cockroach climbed up the wall. :(
