Avg might be over-rating. Breakfast was below average, The pool was way too cold, and our kids could not enjoy, Two of the front desk staff friendly and helpful, one not. If you stay in this area avoid the Applebee's at all costs.

We had a pleasant two day stay. ☺️ Everything was clean,relatively new and well taken care of. Staff was friendly and always available. My one comment to the hotel would be to turn up the temperature in he pool and the hot tub. Consider this 3 star hotel for your next visit to the area.

Traveling as a “special need” family is not always easy. We where happy that home2suites understood our needs and worked with us on all aspects We will be back. :-) Only thing that could have needed a little tlc where the pool area and water

Check-in was easy. Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Complimentary snack and water. Room was spacious and clean. Free plentiful breakfast with many options. Beautiful view off the back patio with a fire pit at night.

I hesitate to stay at dog friendly hotels because I don’t want to smell a dog or find dog hair, but the room and lobby smelled great and I did not find even one hair. Breakfast was better than expected and all staff were very friendly. The coffee and tea bar was great for a chilly night on the patio by the fire, overlooking the city lights.

We really enjoyed our stay while visiting family in the area. We will definitely make this our usual spot! Dog friendly. Nice big indoor pool/hot tub. Hot tub needed water added so the jet were noisy but not really an issue.

Spotless clean and quiet hotel, conveniently located near the road and lots of restaurants. The receptionist and the young girl taking care of the breakfast room were an absolute delight of education and kindness, such a pleasure to interact with! Free parking and good quality amenities. The best unit of Home2 Suites that I have stayed, for sure. Highly recommended.

We were shocked that a hotel with a 9.6 rating was this poor. Our room was very noisy: voices from guests in neighboring rooms and from the elevator continued well into the night, making a good night’s sleep difficult. The room smelled awful, so the front desk moved us to another room, which smelled not as bad (but not good). An average hotel that is simply not being well maintained.

Bathroom had rust on shower , toilet was chipping /rust covered hinges, corrosion on bathroom vanity handles / really just the bathroom felt disgusting everything else was fine . Have stayed at a few of the brands hotels and this was by the far worse one when it came to newness didn’t feel it was worth 220$ for one night !

This hotel is super clean!!! Seriously, I was very surprised how clean the hotel is, and my room was awesome! I would have to say it is the cleanest hotel I have been in a very long time. The staff was extremely pleasant and very helpful. Overall, it was a great trip!

My husband and I were on our honeymoon. And with the hurricane we couldn’t go to our original destination. So we just randomly picked a hotel. We picked it because of the Mountain View and we are so happy we did. The staff were very nice. It was quiet and safe. Everything worked properly. There is a back patio with a fire on it at night. It was very beautiful. Many different places to eat and shop very close by. We didn’t want to leave!!

The property was very clean and seemed new. The only issue that was addressed right away was the AC in our first room. The staff took care of moving us and we couldn’t have had a better nights stay. Would recommend. The breakfast was delicious too. The kids loved the waffle maker. And they had almond milk for those who are nondairy. Margarita was wonderful. Thanks so much.

Avg might be over-rating. Breakfast was below average, The pool was way too cold, and our kids could not enjoy, Two of the front desk staff friendly and helpful, one not. If you stay in this area avoid the Applebee's at all costs.

Great room and spacious areas with a perfect kitchenette. The shower had some dirty spots, yet the staff was very nice and free breakfast is delicious.

The property was very clean and seemed new. The only issue that was addressed right away was the AC in our first room. The staff took care of moving us and we couldn’t have had a better nights stay. Would recommend. The breakfast was delicious too. The kids loved the waffle maker. And they had almond milk for those who are nondairy. Margarita was wonderful. Thanks so much.

My recent stay at the Home 2 Suites was fantastic! The front desk staff were friendly. My room was nice and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a great view of the city. The location was perfect, within walking distance of many restaurants and attractions. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this hotel.

On this trip we utilized the washing machine as well as the hot tub, and had breakfast one morning. We did not notice the “pet smell” that we did back in July.

We recently stayed at your hotel and overall had a very positive experience. The hotel was very clean, our room was spotless, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The property is well maintained, and we would absolutely recommend this hotel to others. Unfortunately, we experienced a very disturbing incident at the pool that cannot be ignored. We were in the hot tub with our 3-year-old son and another family with children when a woman suddenly became physically aggressive toward a man. She kicked him, threw his phone into the hot tub, screamed profanities, and continued yelling in front of several young children. One of the fathers asked her to calm down because children were present, but she continued using offensive language. My wife immediately went to notify the front desk. Although someone may have been sent downstairs, no employee ever came to check on our family or the other family to ask if everyone was okay. The children were visibly frightened. Our 3-year-old became so scared that when the man later returned to the pool area, he started crying and hid behind me because he thought the frightening situation was happening again. I understand that the hotel cannot always prevent guests from behaving badly. However, I do expect the hotel to respond appropriately when a violent disturbance happens in a family pool area. At the very least, checking on the families involved and making sure everyone felt safe would have shown genuine care for your guests.
