The inside of this home has been updated and provides a clean uncluttered open space living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room sofas are very comfortable and provide seating for 6. The dining table also provides ample seating and the kitchen had everything we needed for our short stay. The bathrooms have been beautifully updated but unfortunately one of the showers was not working properly during our stay. The property manager was very apologetic and offered a slight reduction in fees. The downstairs rec area is quite nice with a wonderful ping pong table and many games to choose from. If you are headed to the Football Hall of Fame, this is an ideal rental, literally across the street. Also, it is conveniently located to restaurants. The check in lock box continued to be an issue during our entire stay. It was extremely difficult to lock and unlock the door. I am hoping the owner is able to replace this lock because I would definitley rent this house again.

This property was perfect for my family needs to attend a funeral and have a location for gathering and supporting each other. The rooms were nice decorated and spacious provided privacy. Plentiful room for gathering with friends, equipped with all the necessities for a comfortable stay in a home…the two full bathrooms was a huge plus. My stay was in the middle of Winter, so we didn’t take advantage of the hot tub…I will have to come back in the Summer or warmer months for that amenity. Every room had its own TV and lots of space on the lower level for family gatherings and fun times.

A few dressers/chest of drawers for storing clothing would have been nice. Better dining room chairs would also be good, but, overall a good stay. (Minor nit: need a new net on the ping pong table.) Didn't have a need to contact property manager, just left a message about a package that was delivered.

Group of 5 (ages 12 - 74) family members stayed 2 nights for a standard weekend. We were in town to participate in a few races and visited the Hall of Fame. Everything for the events was within walking distance. Both races passed right in front Of the house. We had plenty of space! The hot Tub helped with race recovery, would stay again without hesitation!

We stayed one night for a girls trip to Gervasi Vineyards, which was a quick Uber ride away. There was 5 of us, so the house was plenty big, and very tidy. Loved that shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were provided in the showers. Our one and only issue was the lock box on the door, which had a dead battery, so we could not use it.

This is the perfect house to stay at if you’re looking to visit the Pro Football HOF. House very clean and spacious. Host is an excellent communicator and extremely organized. Highly recommend and would visit again.

Such a cute place with the perfect amount of space for my family. We really enjoyed our stay! That being said, the freezer handle was broken upon our arrival. Also, there is a pretty bad ant problem in the kitchen. Obviously this was known to the owners judging by the ant traps located in the kitchen. Please consider a recurring exterminator service.

Group of 5 (ages 12 - 74) family members stayed 2 nights for a standard weekend. We were in town to participate in a few races and visited the Hall of Fame. Everything for the events was within walking distance. Both races passed right in front Of the house. We had plenty of space! The hot Tub helped with race recovery, would stay again without hesitation!

Property was just as advertised. Location was even closer than we thought. Enjoyed a long weekend and festivities at the Football Hall of Fame, including parade, induction ceremony and Zac Brown Concert at the Stadium. House was just across the street from the stadium. Truly a couple of minutes leisure walk. Also, many great places to eat within a short drive. Will definitely be back again.

This was our second time staying at this lovely home. House was wonderful and just as described. The hosts were very good at communicating. Home was very clean and comfortable. Only suggestion (not complaint) is there were no baking sheets and the hot tub had too much chlorine. Would definitely love to stay again. Thank you for having us!

The house was perfect for our weekend events. Close to the pool and very convenient for coffee and restaurants. Very relaxing home. We also enjoyed the ping pong table!

We had a nice stay at this property. The hosts were very welcoming, and the property itself had everything we needed - well appointed kitchen, great appliances, lots of towels and linens. It did show a little wear and tear, but was clean and comfortable.
