The staff at the counters were abit inflexible with the check in process but all’s good eventually. The room was big, clean and spacious, and the toilet was even more spacious too! Requested for some amenities and the items were delivered through a robot, very very cool :)

It’s the biggest hotel we have had in Taiwan. Bed was big and comfortable. There’s no carpet in the room, floor was really cold. Nothing much around the hotel but most malls are within 20mins taxi journey.

Towel have smell, housekeeping no change of bedsheet. Location more on Vietnam and Indonesia food, no local food around. Transport all walking distance about 10mins
