Advertising as a non smoking hotel however there was a distinct smell of cigarette smoke. There was no person at the front desk at the time of check in. Waited 20 minutes before someone arrived. No vending machines at the facility. If you wanted to have anything you had to go outside the hotel.

1st room the toilet was not secured to the floor. 2nd room had no hot water and the toilet would not flush properly. Front desk had to “turn the boiler up twice”. By the next morning, after running the shower for 10 minutes we had hot water. Tv in both rooms had fuzzy local channels so we had to leave in order to watch the football games. I’m still not sure if the floor was stained with nail polish, rust or blood. The beds were clean and comfortable. AC worked as it should. Definitely needs some maintenance and up dates but I guess it’s worth $80-100 per night. We won’t stay there again.

Family of 4 had a multi-night stay. The building didn't have any hot water the first 24 hours of our stay, but since we had booked through this site and had two littles staying elsewhere wasn't much of an option. Building is pretty rundown and needs to be updated badly. All the vending machines were empty, ceiling pipe was leaking into a trash can in our hallway, and the door to our room didn't latch shut on it's own. Staff was incredibly friendly and we aren't complainers, so we just dealt with it and enjoyed our trip outside of the hotel. Very friendly staff, like I said, but we wouldn't stay here again.

Room was musty, only ice machine in the hotel is on the 3rd floor, the elevator sounded like it was going to get stuck every time I rode it, Breakfast never included and meat or eggs. Day before I’m leaving the power went out about 5pm and wasn’t restored till 10 am the next day, most of the food I had in the refrigerator had to be thrown out. When I was leaving I was told they couldn’t provide me a receipt. I will never stay there again.

Our car was broken into in the parking lot. Police reported that it was an attempt to steal the car. Steering column was ripped apart and back window smashed. This happened somewhere between 2am and 8am. Another car with NY plates had window smashed as well. The car alarm was going off the entire time as the battery was dead from it. NO ONE at the front desk noticed or attempted to find out who owned the car. They do not have cameras and it is 2024. When my husband asked them to call the police, they were NOT helpful and just handed him the phone. The police were extremely helpful and swabbed the car for DNA. They said that this is a regular occurrence and they get these calls every morning which makes us wonder if the hotel staff is somehow "overlooking" what is happening. DO NOT STAY HERE! The shower was filthy, carpet and moldings in hallways were ripped. This was a last minute booking as my son\'s team won and advanced n a baseball tournament.

The condition of the hotel was shabby…old torn carpeting in the hallway, and the elevator was rickety. The Wi-Fi was very slow. The fitness equipment was not usable because it was filthy with sweat stains on the two pieces of equipment, and the treadmill was old and unusable. Nothing available to clean it in the fitness room.

This hotel appears to be nearing destruction. The lobby, rooms, hallways, stairs, elevator - all need desperate repair. Entire lobby, including furniture require replacement. Rooms are in poor condition (carpet, washroom, bed, sofa - all need replacement - bathroom poor as well) Elevator is extremely shaky, and down function does not work - we were told to use the stairs Rating should be 1 - ie. a hotel of last choice(when a consumer cannot find another room)

The property is worn down and none of the machines worked and the elevator was out. There was candy on the floor in the hallway from kids during my 2 stay there they didn't bother to pick up. Staff is nice but the place is kinda so so cleanliness and it's not as nice as photos unfortunately.

the mattress on the pullout sofa bed was soiled and dirty. they have no bottled water on the premises, only a water fountain. the vending machines didn’t work. the bathroom wasn’t really clean, meaning the tub had hairs in it and the toilet seat was old with residue of urine.

Upon arriving we were greeted and given a key card for our room, we entered the room and it was absolutely disgusting, the bed sheets had blood stains , the walls had grease or dried up gunk dripping off, carpets were torn and stained all different colors, bathroom toilet was about to fall off. The room looked like it was “cleaned” by a child. We went back to the front desk to get a different room and were given then a SECOND key card. When we entered the second room there was a decent sized Cockroach on the wall beside the bed, I killed it and was very upset about it

First pulling up there were bags of trash around the building. Outside the elevator the carpet was torn and taped together with pieces of carpet sticking out. In my room, 210 there was mold along the bathtub and all over the soap holder in the shower. There was big blotches of paint on the curtain, and what looks like blood or feces smeared in the wall next to the window. I didn't shower there and slept on to of the made bed with I blanket I went out and bought. I told the front desk about this and they did nothing. I would not ever recommend this hotel to anyone. I took pictures of the dirty environment in the room I stayed in a d the trash around the building.

Check in was pleasent, front desk gentleman was very nice. Room was clean, carpets in bad shape and our door barely shut in our room. Had a gap at the bottom large enough to see through. For the price, no real complaints.

We went to see a show at the casino and this hotel was right down the road. On the plus side the bed was comfortable and the hotel was generally clean and quiet. On the downside, it didn't always feel as clean as it was because everything seemed so run down and dated. This is a nice enough hotel but it needs a big refresh. I would stay here again, but I would check out other hotels in the area or consider making a slightly longer drive to one of the surrounding areas.

Wi-Fi never worked and water dripped in my room constantly . Which was really annoying! Things really went well we’re that staff was very welcoming and comforting. Breakfast was super good and gives you perfect start for the day. Just please resolve above two issues.

Overall this is a basic motel. It was clean, quiet and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was ok but nothing above average. On the downside the wifi was awful. Not the worst place but certainly nothing memorable.

At night there was a lot of people walking around in the hallway. You can hear everything going on in the rooms around you like they were in the room with you. Walls were paper thin. Some of the rooms were used by homeless people. Heavy traffic right outside the window. Wouldn't be staying here again

Room was moldy smelling and judging by rust on the lamps and bottom of fridge, the room had flooded not long in the past. The door to the room was not fitted correctly to the opening and I could see the hallway through the side when the door was closed. Luckily the most important thing in the room, the bed, was clean and the mattress looked new underneath. Breakfast area was clean looking and decent.

The property in general seemed old and dated and in need of an upgrade. Toilet wouldn't flush properly - 3x just to have a piece of toilet paper go down. Carpet in the room was coming up with a seam held together by duct tape. Shower pressure was low and too hot even on the coldest setting (very odd). The bed was clean and comfortable.

The reason for my stay was a close proximity to a nearby venue. The stay was uneventful and the room was very adequate, but what really stood out was the customer service at the front desk. Shawn was very helpful and obliging to accommodate our needs. Would definitely recommend this location on the strength of that alone.

The staff was exceptional. Helen at the front desk was beyond helpful and friendly and Michael who was on staff same. There to do whatever needed to make our stay easy and comfortable.

Poor customer service. Could not check in early for no reason when called was given a no. Then when sitting in the lobby waiting to check in was allowed to check in early. Got back to the room late. Wasn't allowed a late checkout. Left my $300 toothbrush there and they have no knowledge of it. Hate to stay a place where they steal stuff from you

Long day, booked a room for 4 days, got hassled at the front desk, was charged 3 dollars more overall and the dude was just like, I didn’t change it. What do you want me to do? And then proceeded to give me crap over using a business card with my name on it. Or whatever. And if I’d had just paid in the app. Maybe would have saved 15 minutes of my wasted time at the desk at midnight. Would avoid at all costs. As the vending machines have been broken since thanksgiving of 2024, I’m writing this, 2/4/2025. Elevator works for now. But I wouldn’t ride on it. Skip this place at all costs.

We enjoyed our stay here. Overnight staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had to change rooms due to my mistake and Expedia not having pictures of the room. I mistakenly thought the "2 king size bed" option was 2 beds, but it it's 1 California king size. They switched us to another room without hassle. Breakfast was great and we enjoyed our stay. I would stay here again if I'm ever in the area.

I always love staying at Sleep Inn on my frequent trips to Philadelphia! Great location and lots of parking. The room is spacious and mint-condition clean, the bed is ultra-comfortable, there are plenty of outlets, and the flat screen TV has great reception and tons of channels. I appreciate that there is a lot of counter space in the bathroom and the shower is easy to use and has perfect pressure. Additionally, the heat/air is simple to program and works beautifully. I love that coffee, tea and hot chocolate are available round the clock. I haven't had a chance to sample the full breakfast yet, but other guests have told me it's yummy. I have made Sleep Inn is my home away from home when in Philly!

An old place outdated. I booked it on price and Expedia gave it a good rating and good stars so I took it for granted. Nothing wrong really but old. Coffee on hand always. Breakfast decent.

The BAD: The hotel promisses smoke free property and rooms but that wasn't the case. The AC unit when running makes the room smell & taste like an Ash Tray! Being told we can spray it to try and mask the disgusting smell is like putting gas on a fire! Only makes it worse. The GOOD: Our Family was arriving late so I called the Hotel and they made a note to expect us at 1am. Our room was ready, thanks! Just OK: The hot breakfast is a waffle maker, not exactly a hot breakfast. Live & Learn. To Sum it up @ $200 a night I will look elsewhere the next time.

Staff at front desk were extremely helpful and friendly. Had the non smoking room on the 2nd floor which was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower had excellent water pressure. The free hot breakfast was decent. I would use again on future trips.

Room was musty, only ice machine in the hotel is on the 3rd floor, the elevator sounded like it was going to get stuck every time I rode it, Breakfast never included and meat or eggs. Day before I’m leaving the power went out about 5pm and wasn’t restored till 10 am the next day, most of the food I had in the refrigerator had to be thrown out. When I was leaving I was told they couldn’t provide me a receipt. I will never stay there again.

Television and phone were not working in the room, when the cable TV came back on the volume on the TV was at over 70 (20 was more than loud enough). The remote would only allow lowering the volume by 1 with each press of the button. We probably woke up people in the next room!!! The remote does not have a channel menu so really hard to navigate available channels. “Breakfast” was bread, bread, muffins , and waffles - no eggs, breakfast meat, yogurt, fruit, etc. disappointing. The staff were really friendly though.

I will be sending you an email fully describing my problems at this ‘hotel’ shack. Where should I start with the five times that I had to go to the front desk to get a card to open the door to my room or the hour and a half that I spent cleaning my room just so I could take a shower I can go to bed or would you like to see the pictures of the pubic kids that were on the back of the bathroom door that looked like the door had its own hair. What are the rundown in broken down vehicles in the parking lot that took up more spaces than any of the cars of the people that were there. Never mind, the fact that when I got there and finally ended my room on my way to the front desk to let them know how dirty it was over hear them, explain it to another patron that they were unable to give them a different room because their room was disgusting mess. To be told, I will let the housekeeping know to clean the room, but there’s no other rooms available. I stayed in the room not because I wanted to or I accepted it, but I had no choice and I took it upon myself to clean the room.

First night we spent here was awful. The elevator was not working. You couldn’t call it up to the second floor. They only have one ice machine which wasn’t working. The room they put us in the rug was actually sticky so had to wear shoes in our room. There was black mold in bathroom as well. We were scheduled to spend another night and called Hotels.com to complain and get our money back for future stay. This did not happen. When we went back we had a wonderful woman check us in. We told her about our first stay and how bad it was. She put us on 3rd floor in a much nicer, newer, cleaner room. The elevator was working again but still no ice machine in the entire hotel. This woman also explained that this hotel is going to be renovated which is much needed.

The carpet was stained and gross. Decor was outdated/unkept. Our room smelled so strongly of cigarettes and stale food that it was hard to spend time in it. The call button for the elevator was broken on the 2nd floor, so I had to send my husband down to ride the elevator back up so we could use it to transport our heavy items (I only book hotels with an elevator because we haul in a cart or wagon). Altogether, I would avoid this hotel. Staff was nice though, and it was conveniently located.

Rm 302-no microwave, bathroom floor was slippery with shoes on. AC not pulling moisture out of the air, light next to bed unplugged and 3 prong plug was really bent. Strange tv with no channel guide and many channels static. Bed was comfortable. Pillows and linens nice. Staff (3 different people) all nice. Typical breakfast (waffle maker, muffins etc) Exterior of building needs trash debris cleanup.
