Hotel policies: I had a service dog, and they required me to sign a form that was made for service dogs and pets. The service dog portion said I was liable for damages. Under the ADA, which is the law, it already requires service dog handlers to pay for damages. They also did not have the form available in other formats for those who could not read. They said I had to sign to stay there, so I did not stay. They approved a refund through Hotels.com for me, so that went smoothly.

We stopped in early to see if we could leave our suitcases at the hotel. We were greeted by someone who told us they could not help us the person left to get coffee. We waited for quite awhile and the lady showed up and told us she was new and did not know if that was possible. We left went to a wedding and came back. The hotel needs to be updated. The mattress was extremely hard terrible night. Will not stay at this place again. It over $200. For a terrible night.

There were many issues, forest the black stain on out legs by walking on the room floor. Bathtub was not draining and had to switch rooms in the middle of taking shower. Don't recommend it.

The parking lot is not big enough for when they are fully booked. We went out to dinner and returned to no parking except four spaces that had cones in them. Apparently you could pay to get one but no one asked us when we checked in. We had to park at the bank next to the hotel.
