Property was ok for the price. The pool would've been nice but there's cats everywhere. Someone there feeds them and there's at least 6 or so around the Property and pool area and the pool chairs where mostly torn and unusable and cats on top of the tables.

Witnessed a cleaning staff member spill spoons on the floor and then proceed to pick them up and put them back into the container for people to use. Makes me wonder what else is done that way. There was only one elevator working which made check out inconvenient and crowded.

The place didn’t feel safe, and the sheets were dirty and stained. We asked for new ones but they just brought more dirty sheets. Towels were the same and the bathroom wasn’t clean either. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

don’t recommend if your looking for something nice and good quality. the lobbies and hallway smelt bad, the rooms smelt like straight cigarettes and weed, we then got another room where the mattress and the comforter were stained bad

We had to switch rooms bc the TV wasn't working and the bathroom was still dirty and then when we did switch we still had to clean the bathroom of the new room. On top of that, there was a $100 deposit/hold that wasn't advertised or mentioned on here and we won't get that back for another couple of days. The guy behind the counter was terrible and acted like he didn't want to help anyone. It took forever just to check out bc he started messing with a different tenants room while they were still packing up and trying to check out. Definitely won't be staying here ever again

Floors dirty, bad paint jobs, bugs in room, rust in bathroom, showers not cleaned well, unsafe area, clubs and party across the street, stray cats all around property (mainly hangout in pool area),black mold, only one elevator working, AC unit not working well, bed comforter had what looked like cigarette holes through. Overall gross hotel, it was obviously in the middle of renovations. Pictures made it look nice on the outside, but definitely not what was advertised it was very misleading.. after night 1 we asked if we could check out due to not feeling safe and the cleanliness of property - manager said “you will have to reach out to customer service”…not very helpful at all.

This hotel was subpar. A giant roach was in the hallway, I let the staff know and he didn’t seem to care. Needless to say, the roach remained in the hallway for 2 days. The maids even ignored it. I called front desk upon arriving in the room because towels were dirty with black and orange stains, bed frames coming apart, baseboards with dust and hair. It took 5 calls before front desk answered and I still couldn’t get clean towels. The towels I did receive were rough and needed replacing. The door hinges are rusty, shower head dirty, fire sprinkler rusty. Entire hotel needs a major renovation. My boyfriend picked the room, I wish I would’ve read reviews, lesson learned.

The pictures for this one are deceiving. There was stuff that looked like blood all over our couch. There were stains on the sheets. The room was supposed to be non smoking and it smelt like a chain smokers house and to top it off there was roaches dead on the floor. Yes I took pictures. It was disgusting. We left immediately after checking in.

Loud music all night—no one answered phone. Then around 3:30 someone was in the parking lot with loud music, booming bass, and loud voices under out window and no one answered the phone. He got dressed and went downstairs to the checking desk and waited for at least 10 minutes (sign said they were helping a guest) and no one ever came to the desk. We will not visit this hotel again.

The staff were fine but the hotel was quite loud from auto and jet traffic. Noise from the hallway was also a factor but turning on the AC fan helped. Breakfast was not bad. There are restaurants and a gas station/ store within a block but I wouldn't reccomend exploring after dark. The pool and facilities were clean. Our rooms were well kept and had no odor. The general area is run down and slammed by traffic. The hotel seems older and a bit worn but served our needs. Overall it was fine.

The property exterior was littered with trash, and there were two sketchy men loitering near the elevator and in the hallway, which made me feel unsafe. The A/C in the room was working, but barely cooled the space. WiFi constantly disconnected, which was frustrating. The room itself was poorly maintained—one bedroom mirror was just leaning against the wall with mounting brackets still sticking out, and the bathroom vanity appeared to have been repaired but never repainted. On a positive note, the front desk gentleman was welcoming and the bedding and bath linens were clean. However, the lobby was uncomfortably hot and humid, and two of the lamps in my room had burned out bulbs. Overall, this hotel needs serious attention to safety and maintenance. I would not recommend it, especially for women traveling alone or with children.

Daytime manager has very bad attitude. Second they wait until you get to tell you there's a deposit of a $100 it should be announced at the beginning when booking. What if you don't have that $100 and you have already paid for your room before checking in. And they tried to get my money off my card before I even got to the hotel NOT COOL AT ALL.

The person who checked me in would not provide me with his name. The deposit was $100, which was more than the room itself. The hotel is in the worst area! There were prostitutes in the parking lot. Cars, including my own, were being jacked up and taken from the parking lot by an unmarked tow truck. Had the security man not been outside my car, along with others, would have been taken God knows where.

Waited 20 minutes to check in. When I walked into the lobby no one was there. The attendant finally showed up after losing someone’s luggage. The people were sitting in the waiting area watching TV. No idea where he was for so long? The couple was nice enough to let me go ahead and check in. Loud kids in the pool made the evening unpleasant, but not sure the staff were going to do anything about it. Stay was really close to where I needed to be in the morning and I booked the stay based on the location. It would have been nice to get breakfast, but had an 7am appointment and they didn’t serve until 6:30. Overall everything was about what I expected for the price. Not sure why some folks don’t have a service mentality anymore. It is definitely missing in our society.

There was a problem with their check-in computer. The desk person had to call their tech support. Check-in was delayed 45 minutes. The room was okay, just not very clean. There was dust on the chelf for the towels in the bathroom and there was no stopper for the tub. I would not recommend this hotel.

This property is located accross from a strip club. You have shady people hanging around the property. One morning we came out to leave and saw someone's windshield busted which looked like a person was slammed down on the windshileld because you could see a large indentation in the glass.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this property. This area was very unsafe and ran down. The pictures are deceptive! The hotel does not.look like any of these pictures. The floors in the main hallway had ripples like there was a flood. The buildings were abandoned next door to the hotel. The hotel gave "brothel". Cars playing loud music outside in the parking lot at all times of the night. Girls were screaming outside in the parking lot. The only benefit of this location was the highway that was close enough to get the heck up out of there fast! Dont do it!

The person who checked me in would not provide me with his name. The deposit was $100, which was more than the room itself. The hotel is in the worst area! There were prostitutes in the parking lot. Cars, including my own, were being jacked up and taken from the parking lot by an unmarked tow truck. Had the security man not been outside my car, along with others, would have been taken God knows where.

Had decent 3 day stay. Parking for our tractor trailer. 101° and a/c worked fine. Our room was clean, pool was clean and our 2 small Chihuahuas were accommodated and comfortable. Breakfast was pleasant every morning. Hallways could use more attention. and the weed oder is pretty intense at times. We'd return.

Bed was super comfortable,shower water pressure was horrible, the water barely came out. Ice machine was broke the 6 days we were there. They told us to go to the valero next door to get ice. Breakfast was not great. Some sausage, water down powered eggs, cereal, yougurt and waffles. It was the same every morning. I was just happy that the bed was comfortable because a lot of the cheaper hotels have bouncy squeaky beds.

Mixed bag. The room was clean. Staff were friendly. But noise outside kept us up all night, like a truck picking up dumpsters at 1:45am. Breakfast was completely gone by 8:45 and the Denny’s across the parking lot has gunshot holes in the windows and an alarm that sounds every time the door opens. And they never found the stuffed animal we know we left in the room.

I stayed with my 2 other friends for a celebration. We had a few spots near us (Dennys, Liquor store, Restaurants). Most activities/spots were about 12-17min Uber rides, the airport is super close by. Our first room was dirty but they quickly gave us another one. The ice machine was broken the whole time during our stay so we would have to ask staff to grab from kitchen every time. Breakfast was small (eggs,sausage,waffles) & ended pretty early (9-9:30am). The pool was a little bit dirty. Staff was nice overall, they were quick to help with issues during our stay.

AC clanged louder than a lawnmower. Impossible to get much sleep. Extremely limited breakfast. Staff needs guidance on communicating with front desk guests as well as how to organize a clean & attractive breakfast area. Only one elevator worked and it was questionably sloooow! Grounds have litter all around. Men urinating on trees in middle of the day. Transient walking through at all hours! Pls, never send someone there again. Worst hotel I have ever been in! Quite disgusting!

Breakfast is Saturday and Sunday only and is not daily as advertised. There was so much going on around the building from “lady hustling” to loud commotion from the homeless community. The room was also small and the walkway to from the door to the bed was partially blocked by a bench which caused a few bruised knees. Other than that, the staff were very nice and respectful.

The hotel is fine for the price. A little dated but it had everything it said it had. The pool was closed for 1 night and the exercise room was adequate for a quick 20-30 min workout. My concern was the safety of my car at night and the lighting in the parking are in front of the hotel and the sides. There wasn't enough parking right in front of the hotel so I had to park nearby. There are 2 empty and 'For lease' restaurants and ..... It was fine for my 1 night.

First, the pluses. The lobby and shared areas were nice and clean. The hotel smelled great and we checked in very easily. Now the minuses. Well, I realize that they have no control over the property. Next to theirs, there is overflowing garbage from a closed/derelict fast food place, including shattered glass, burnt objects, dumpsters full of trash, miscellaneous broken debris and garbage. But also when we got to our hotel room, there were stains all over the chair, loose broken tile, mold and mildew in the caulk in the bathroom, and we had no shower curtain. The air conditioner had not been turned on until after we got there so it was very very hot in the room. We had put groceries into the fridge and when we came back to the hotel room the next afternoon realize that the fridge was not even turned on and the groceries that we put in there were ruined. There also was no conditioner in the container in the bathroom. We had also left the do not disturb sign on our door when we left and when we came back the beds were made so it was obvious that someone had been there despite the do not disturb sign being on
