We really liked this property. It was clean and well supplied with everything we needed. We liked the easy access to the beach. Directions and access to the property was clearly communicated. The host was very responsive to questions. We would stay there again.

Super huge kitchen and plenty of room for our extended family for this visit. Just a short walk to the beach via grassy trail (tip-bring hiking boots to avoid prickly weeds, goatheads I think, in the grass). Nice deck for viewing the ocean. There were a couple of kites and other beach toys in the garage that our grandson really enjoyed.

It was lovely to watch the ocean and sky from the living room and kitchen. We also enjoyed games and puzzles at the table and a fire in the fireplace. The kitchen was large and well stocked and the bedrooms were comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful, clean charming home. The ocean view from the back porch was post card worthy. Beach access was just perfect. The large kitchen was great for cooking meals, beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and spacious. We loved the tasteful home decor highlighting the beach life. Our dog fell in love with the comfy dog bed that was just his size. Downtown Westport was charming to visit and offered a nice variety of shops.

We stayed over the Christmas holiday and it was the perfect spot. The house is cozy with a well equiped kitchen and comfortable beds. The location is excellent for enjoying the beach in winter. The host provided a seamless check-in and check-out process. If you plan to do a lot of cooking consider bringing a good sharp knife but otherwise, our experience couldn't have been better!

The view is great and the walk to the beach was short. But i cooked breakfeast and missed a toaster. Thy had a small toaster oven but it came out more like warm bread. They also need a rubber pancake turner, they only had a strange metal one that didn't work well. But i would stay there again

The home was clean, and we felt very comfortable here. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Loved the deck facing the ocean for morning coffee and nighttime family gatherings. Beach access was terrific and the location to Westport made for an easy round trip. Would definitely stay again.

The view and short walk to the beach were absolutely perfect—just what we were looking for to bring our family together for Thanksgiving. The host was amazing, responding quickly to any questions. From the moment we stepped inside, we felt at home. With the chilly weather outside, it was wonderful to enter a warm, cozy house. We’ve stayed at a lot of places, and this was the cleanest house we have ever walked into. Everything was spotless, and the beds were comfortable. We’ll definitely book with Evolve again!

This home was perfect for a getaway to relax and storm watch from the comfortable living room sofa. Check in was a breeze and the home owner communication was excellent. Everything was clean and stocked, making it simple and stress free. The trail to the beach was easier than expected, too! Would love to go back sometime! We chose to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary here, and we couldn't be more pleased with our choice. It was perfect. The house itself is lovely - fresh, open and relaxing. The view of the ocean is stunning and the ease in which you can make your way down to the beach encouraged many beach walks. A truly wonderful weekend.

This house has the most amazing view from the living room window my mother in law who has mobility issues was so happy to be able to wake up and watch the waves from the window and its very kid friendly! My family had an amazing time!

This house is amazing! Adequately stocked with everything you need for a perfect getaway ON the beach. Trail access to the beach was very easy to maneuver and not far. We thoroughly enjoyed this spacious 3 bedroom 2 full bath home. Location is perfect for a quick trip into Westport for dinner, groceries and shopping. Don’t pass in this one, guaranteed you will regret it!! Host was amazing and very responsive. Overall…just a perfect place on the beach. 🥰

Very well-equipped and clean rental in an excellent location. The check-in and check-out processes were very easy. The unit was everything it was advertised to be and more. A short walk to the beach and literally miles of beach to access. A beautiful porch to watch brilliant sunsets from or to enjoy morning coffee from. Very large family room with a huge kitchen and dining area. In addition, being located so close to town allowed us to easily explore Westport. Excellent for a family stay or retreat.

We enjoyed our beachfront stay in Westport. We loved that it was a 2-3 minute walk to the beach. The house was clean, spacious and well-equipped. The view of the beach was beautiful! Would highly recommend!

This beach house provided the ideal vacation for us. We especially enjoyed the ocean view from the deck and private access to the large unpopulated beach. We enjoyed wonderful beach combing and saw some spectacular sunsets. We also enjoyed going into the quaint marina district of nearby Westport.

Wonderful location and wonderful house to spend a great long weekend. Amazing views and the beach being 2 mins away with a separate path from the house was also another added bonus to take the kids to the beach.

I don't want to write a review because there were a few things I would like to see changed.1. The l.r. window. The sun coming in in the afternoon boils you without protection to shade the window.2. The place is hot and stuffy with no windows to open in l.r. A solution would be to put screens on both sliders, making it nice to have a cool ocean breeze and hear the waves while in the house. We had 2 dogs with us and if we opened the doors they would escape.3. Coffee cups are tiny. We asked our guests who traveled a day later than us to bring coffee cups. (Get a Kerig)4. You have heads to beds for 8 and a d.r. table for 6. And even for 6 it is small. Some guests have to sit at ends where there is no leg room. Gigantic kitchen/d.r and a small table. That was in practicable.5. Of course, the big back yard was wonderful, but we had to walk our dogs to the beach often to potty because they would only stay on the deck because of the burrs in the grass. And you may think we had little, petite picky dogs. No, we had a Great Dane and an Aussiedoodle, and I personally had to bring my dog to the beach at 2am to potty. (Thanks for remembering the flashlight in the kitchen drawer.) Other than that, there were a lot of plus's. Excellent amount of sand toys and abundant towels and fully equipped kitchen. Showers and bed and couch comfort was excellent. (we are older and really appreciated that) We loved the privacy and the cleanliness of the house. THANK YOU!!!

This may be one of the best properties we have stayed in so far! The place is very spacious, clean, well thought out, with unbeatable views of the ocean and its proximity. Kitchen has everything you need. Will recommend 10/10’

Our daughter proclaimed this "the best house ever!" The windows allowed for gorgeous views of the water throughout the day and beautiful sunsets at night. The short walk to the beach made it easy to go back and forth with kiddos and the open floor plan made it comfortable to spend time together in the evenings or around meal time. Would recommend this place!
