The stay was ok. Then building is very dated and needs updated. They had pool and spa under maintenance for a very long time with no intentions of fixing but leave it in the website as a amenity. There breakfast is horrible. For this kind of hotel i coild of just stayed at a hotel 6 no diffrence really and would of paid alot less.

I called three times prior to booking to confirm the pool was open and after I got up in the morning the pool had a closed sign. The front desk could not explain why it was closed.

Overall this hotel was ok even though it is a bit dated with room doors opening from the parking lot area rather than an indoor hallway for better security and privacy. Also the pool and hot tub were closed and we were told it has been closed for over 2 months awaiting parts and finished repairs. Such things should be noted for those of us who choose a hotel over others who do not have such amenities

Bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast area was super small which was ok during the week but on weekend there were people waiting for you to finish so they could sit down. Dryers in the laundry facility did not work.

The woman at check in was nice and efficient. The first room we were assigned smelled strongly like smoke and there was a trail of cigarette butts outside the room. We asked and the woman gave us another room that smelled much better. The telephone was blinking when we entered. The woman figured out how to cancel the telephone alarm for us. The outlet by the sink didn’t hold a chord properly so no charging happened so that needs to be replaced. The elevator to the second floor was out of service. The indoor pool and spa had been closed by the health department in March and has not reopened. The breakfast buffet was fine but there were no options if you need gluten free or dairy free items. We would not stay there again.

Room was run down and in need of updating, cleaning and repair, but had everything needed for a work trip. Front desk staff was a bit unprofessional upon checking in 11/17/25, loud music playing from her phone that she didn’t turn down and had explicit language, she was also wearing what looked like sweatpants and sweatshirt. Amenities were to be desired, pool was closed and she said treadmill was broken in the exercise room. The provided breakfast was ok.

The room had roaches, so I was scared to use the jacuzzi tub, which was the whole reason I paid that much for a room. They over charged my card and then told me it would take 5 days for the money to go back to my card for their mistake.

We had a hard time finding our room. It was on the first floor with an outside door. When we found the room the door was wide open and the bathroom light was on. I requested a different room and couldn’t get one - they said all rooms were taken. We went back to our room - checked it over and found that the bathroom sink was full of dirty water and could not drain. It didn’t look like the bathroom had even been cleaned. I once again went to registration to let them know. A maintenance man was sent to our room and spent about 30 minutes getting the sink to drain. He realized we had no wastebaskets, so he put several in our room. All of these problems and we’re still charged $179.00 for the room. Never again!!

This has been the worst hotel stay ever!! The sheets were dirty and stained even the mattress was stained. We were placed in another room and that room wasn’t good either. When you first walk in it smell like the carpet in the room was damaged from mildew smell the room smell bad. If the hotels around wasn’t all booked , we would’ve definitely went somewhere else.

I’ve stayed here before but was disappointed this time. Granted, it’s a lower cost motel but this time the room hadn’t been cleaned very well. There was hair in the sink, sticky tape on the floor, someone’s food was in the fridge and the toilet seat was ready to come off.

Room smelled like smoke. needs chair other than rolling office chair which had a wheel off. Bath door knob was very loose. a couple of towels looked unwashed. Room was just worn. Plus water was hot and plenty of it.

I had high hopes for this property, but there was issue after issue. Pool was closed, WiFi didn't work, TV was broken, room was not cleaned before our stay, bathroom was moldy, tile was broken, didn't get the rolled I ordered until almost midnight and I had to go and get it myself, towels stained, phone in room didn't even have a power cord & number to property is disconnected. I was promised by the manager of the hotel that they would get in touch with Expedia and get my room comped and that they would call me later that day....still nothing.

The room I had was very nice & clean. The breakfast was satisfying and the eating area was clean also.The only thing I would say is that the TV is a little small. Maybe go a size or two larger otherwise very nice stay.

Our stay was average. The room was clean, as was the motel. Beds were ok, but mattresses were just ok unless you like a less than firm mattress. Not enough restaurants near the motel, only one and it looked dated. Had to drive 15 minutes into Danville to find places to ear.

Personally I liked direct outside access to our room. Unfortunately, the door needed to be slammed shut to engage the latch, and it was not latched (open) when we went to the door. Everything looked fine when we entered, but it does raise some security issues, especially if someone was already in the room, due to the ulatched open door.

The ac didn't work. We had no towels, soap, or shampoo. The staff was pretty rude when I went down to ask for stuff. The room it's self wasn't the cleanest. The refrigerator also didn't get drinks cold and there was no ice maker on second floor. There were no blinds for our windows on the second floor so the lights from the parking lot kept us up all night

We had reserved and paid for a handicap room since my husband is in a wheelchair. When we arrived at 3:00 to check in we were told they had given all the handicap rooms away. We were in town for a family reunion and ended up having to stay 30 miles away due to a motorcycle convention in town. They hotel never offered to help us find another hotel nor did they seem to care that we had to spend a hour and a half finding somewhere else to stay.

Location was perfect for where I had to go. Only issue and has nothing to do with the hotel, was a train yard a few hundred feet away with tains blowing their horns all night long. Every hotel in the area would have the same issue. The hotel itself was excellent!

We stay their normally on monthly trips, better price, but you get what you pay for. Bed hard as a rock. No elevator, breakfast served until 9a but hot food empty at 830a. Was a best Western, but recently changed to a Bamont, but is still the same owner. Going back to town today but staying across the street

In a quiet area and a wonderful experience. Hotel was clean, friendly staff, pool and hot tub in good working order and good shape. Our room was really nice, the bed was probably the most comfortable bed I've ever had while staying at a hotel. Breakfast was awesome, always good when there's a hot breakfast and not just cereal. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone.

The stay was ok. Then building is very dated and needs updated. They had pool and spa under maintenance for a very long time with no intentions of fixing but leave it in the website as a amenity. There breakfast is horrible. For this kind of hotel i coild of just stayed at a hotel 6 no diffrence really and would of paid alot less.

Very quiet. Good night's rest. The price was right. It definitely is an older venue, however, the room was nice and had everything we needed. The front desk staff were very nice and professional. A hot continental breakfast. Appreciated eggs and sausage. This venue deserves a higher rating than what is given by the reviews.

Older no fuss hotel. A place to sleep but don’t expect a breakfast. Juice machine didn’t work and at 7:00 am they had one danish, two muffins and runny eggs. Phone message light blinked all night even though I requested it to be clear.

The woman at check in was nice and efficient. The first room we were assigned smelled strongly like smoke and there was a trail of cigarette butts outside the room. We asked and the woman gave us another room that smelled much better. The telephone was blinking when we entered. The woman figured out how to cancel the telephone alarm for us. The outlet by the sink didn’t hold a chord properly so no charging happened so that needs to be replaced. The elevator to the second floor was out of service. The indoor pool and spa had been closed by the health department in March and has not reopened. The breakfast buffet was fine but there were no options if you need gluten free or dairy free items. We would not stay there again.

Was ok for the price you pay. Need to replenish breakfast at 8 am and they didn’t. Water pressure wasn’t good and wasn’t even warm on Sunday!

OK myself and my wife are both handicap. I have a service dog and unable to walk far. I put this in my notes upon check-in. They gave me a room on the second floor farthest away from the elevator. I didn’t even go to my room and they said they were completely full, which they were not. I asked if I can get a room on the first floor which the lady says you have to go all the way through the hotel to get into the hotel on the main floor rooms are parked right outside the rooms. The elevator once you get off the hallway is not even marked there’s three doors you pick a door one goes to the janitor’s closet so if you get the lucky door, you get the lucky door. The hot tub is down for maintenance so I was not able to use it and it was not on the website. They did not have any handicap rooms available to meet my needs also their pool does not have a step down entry it is a square pool with two ladders yes, they do have a medical lift that you can drop down into the pool with available the breakfast Continental consisted of two sugar cereals, three bagels in the cooling chamber and a half a gallon of milk in the fridge. They did have a waffle maker the evening. Staff was very rude. They did not even say they were affiliated with Wyndham, but Wyndham is located all over the hotel and I contacted them personally to get this issue resolved. I would not stay with them. I would not recommend anyone staying with them. I have been trying to get a hold of a manager no response
