The staff here is great and very helpful, and good breakfast. However the last 3 times the pool and hot tub were not working and this was very disappointing. There is no estimate on when or if will be repaired. This should not be listed as available on Expedia.

No hot tub or pool since NOVEMBER 24 Don't think they're ever going to fix it That's the only reason I stayed there. Price is ridiculous. Cold shower Sunday Morning. Have always loved staying here and has a wonderful staff! But facility needs updated, repairs made and pool and hot tub no longer work. If repaired we would continue staying there.

I hate to leave this review, because I love the HILTON hotels. This was the most disappointing hotel I’ve ever seen under the Hilton name. I walked into a room that smelled just like dog and urine. The next room we were moved to had a nasty bathroom floor, a partially patched up hole in the bathroom door, stain in the ceiling, spots on the walls and a carpet and bed rail so dusty, and full of dirt. The drawers wouldn’t even stay closed. They kept sliding open. The bathroom shower handle was broken and the refrigerator never got cold. Dog prints and scratches were every where. I am not used to Hilton hotels being like this. Now that I know, I would never choose them again.

Considerable mold in the shower. It’s hard to imagine how this has not yet been addressed bc it wasn’t just one spot, but multiple areas of the shower that had strings of mold. Also, the lobby refreshment cooler was without water and water from juice machine tasted off/moldy. Ended up having to go to gas station for water. Breakfast was fine, aside from shower, room was fairly clean.

Inside lobby was very nice-- Not nice--- 1-our room was never serviced for the 3 days we were there. 2--the coffee in room and at breakfast was weak and flavorless 3--The in-room maintenance was poor--brackets fell off the wall in the bathroom, wallpaper peeling, housing for the air conditioner kept falling off. 4--Hotel ran out of towels and all rooms were told to leave towels in the hallway when done...woke up the next morning to a hallway full of dirty towels 5--Looking forward to a pool and it was cold and had green slime on the bottom of the pool and the hot tub was not working. We should be refunded for this room since we specifically wanted the pool

Our room smelled VERY strongly of Cigarette smoke and it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Black mold on the ceiling above the shower so we didn’t use it. Rooms need updated. We were really glad we were only booked for one night. Seems more like a 2 star hotel. :(

I wish I was notified of pool/hot tub being closed for maintenence. Shower corners have a little mold growing. Towels had a unpleasant smell. The drawers to the dresser would not stay closed and I busted my leg on the open drawer several times. Tv remote was a little weird, I would press the channel up button and it would bounce back and forth between channels. I just turned it off and streamed on my phone for a bit before bed. I've stayed here several times, as I dont really trust other hotels in this area. The Hampton Hotel is overall clean and staff are always nice, I just think this specific room may be a bad experience.

The staff were outstanding. Although the room was clean, there seemed to be mold on the shower ceiling. The air conditioning unit started up like a freight train. The door to the room was very difficult to open and close. The hotel is being renovated later this year.

indoor pool was green and slimy on bottom, whirlpool/hot tub not working, no pool towles entire weekend. Room was not clean or stocked. Key card had to be reset each time we left room by front desk. no employees. no housekeeping had to wait 40 mins to get 4 bath towels cuz our room came with none and no toilet paper. no cofee pot or kerig, microwave broken along with mini fridge. waste of money. room was nothing like pictures on line, no kitchen table in suit as was supposed to have.

The staff was extremely friendly, beds were comfortable, room was clean and breakfast was good except for the mystery gravy. I’m not sure if $326 is a fair market price for one night in a two bedroom suite for a depressed area. Felt like the hotel was price gouging because of the football game that was in town.

Overall the stay was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Some of the furniture could use an upgrade/update. The carpet could use an update. The bed was good with nice pillows. Overall we were satisfied, just could’ve used a few updates to some stuff. But staff was nice and friendly.

We stayed there because we were told that the Hot Tub was working fine. Of course it has been broken for a while. They had only one cart to carry luggage, which had bad wheels. The wife could hardly get the door open on our room, door handle needs fixed. The elevator has the wall trim hanging at the bottom of each panel. We found the clipboard from the maid still sitting in our room. Must have been in a hurry to leave, as she left someone else dirty wash cloth hanging in the shower. Needs management to take a hard look at the overall cleanliness of this hotel.

I was in the area for a funeral. I paid $240 which seemed steep for a hotel in a rural area but it was all that was available. In a word I would describe it as “ugh.” My room needed a full renovation. It appeared to be last redone loooooong ago. The furniture had dents and nicks and missing chunks of wood. I didn’t even sit in the chairs because they were so stained. The lighting in room was so poor I could barely see to read. The coffeemaker kind of dribbled out coffee that looked more like tea. There were tiles missing in the bathroom. Last but not least, no closet; only a hook on the back of the bathroom door. It was a pretty depressing stay, which I guess was in line with going to a funeral. There are other newer looking hotels in the surrounding area. Stay at one of those.

Staffing was clearly an issue here. We only had minimal housekeeping 2 out of 3 days (i.e. clean towels and the trash taken out) beds not made and nothing else cleaned. The room we were in was sold as an accessible room with two queen beds. It was a regular room with no extra space to accommodate a walker or a wheelchair. There was hardly any space to turn around with a walke and then a second person could not walk by the beds. The bathroom simply had two grab bars added to a tub. Had to ask for a stool for the tub. There was no hand held shower head. Not my idea of an accessible room. I've had better luck at other Hampton Inns. Not this one. Very disappointed.

I do not give reviews, good or bad, but I chime in when something is great or horrible. As soon as we walked into the hotel, the person working the desk wasn't friendly, and she was trying to see if there was any possible way for her not to speak. There was peeling paint on the bathroom door, and just taking a quick inventory. The hotel provided two towels and one washcloth for two adults and one child. We went to the pool, and the pool area had no lights on and no information if you were supposed to use your room towels or if there would be towels, or if you needed to ask for towels. We had to ask for room towels anyway, so down we went with our room towels. The person at the front desk was displeased that we had returned with more questions and that she had to go down the hall to get any towels. The story could continue, but you understand by now this was not a customer-friendly experience or a clean

I made the reservations thru Expedia no problems there, I checked in and they need a card of file no problem there. They proceed to charge my card for the stay also even though they were paid the Expedia. I have called and emailed the location/Manager with not response. I will file with my CC company as a fraudulent charge.

No hot tub or pool since NOVEMBER 24 Don't think they're ever going to fix it That's the only reason I stayed there. Price is ridiculous. Cold shower Sunday Morning. The staff when we arrived were able to suggest a perfect restaurant (Jocko's) for vegetarians to find dinner. Hotel showed a bit of wear-and-tear but was clean and comfortable. We found out later that the friends of a friend always stay at the Hampton when driving from Maryland to see family in South Dakota.

The staff was wonderful. The problem we had was the toilet. We called on Tuesday, they had to get a part, he came back later in the day. Worked Tuesday night, but Wednesday morning it was not working, they fixed it later in the day. Worked Wednesday night. Left in Thursday so had no more problems while we were there. Nice place but the only walking was to the casino, had to drive everywhere else.

I’m not sure if $326 is a fair market price for one night in a two bedroom suite for a depressed area. Felt like the hotel was price gouging because of the football game that was in town.

Considerable mold in the shower. It’s hard to imagine how this has not yet been addressed bc it wasn’t just one spot, but multiple areas of the shower that had strings of mold. Also, the lobby refreshment cooler was without water and water from juice machine tasted off/moldy. Ended up having to go to gas station for water. Breakfast was fine, aside from shower, room was fairly clean.

Inside lobby was very nice-- Not nice--- 1-our room was never serviced for the 3 days we were there. 2--the coffee in room and at breakfast was weak and flavorless 3--The in-room maintenance was poor--brackets fell off the wall in the bathroom, wallpaper peeling, housing for the air conditioner kept falling off. 4--Hotel ran out of towels and all rooms were told to leave towels in the hallway when done...woke up the next morning to a hallway full of dirty towels 5--Looking forward to a pool and it was cold and had green slime on the bottom of the pool and the hot tub was not working. We should be refunded for this room since we specifically wanted the pool

Was in town for funeral. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The morning breakfast was well stocked and the kitchen staff were very attentive to everyone. Rooms were clean and well stocked with towels, wash cloths. Plenty of soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The iron worked just fine. The AC was very cold. While it's away from main parts of town, it was just a short 10 minute drive to our destination. Site was quiet. While we had no intention of using them, they did say the pool and hot tub were undergoing maintenance...just an FYI but again, no big deal for us.

Said the pool would be opened but had to go to another hotel to swim in there pool. After I called the week before and the day before and staff said pool was opened. I could have stayed at the other hotel with the pool then!!!
