The pool was about 2 feet low on water, no towels were available, there was no toilet paper or paper towel in the restroom and the front desk person said they were out of towels. We didn't even have enough for our room.

This hotel has very long hallways. The elevator is in the lobby at the end of the hallway. You have a good walk to get to your room. Recommend requesting a room near the lobby if you have issues walking

Only one elevator. Only one luggage cart. Both located at entrance which is at one end of the facility. If room is located at other end walk is lengthy. Breakfast area very small and congested. Food was average at best. Over priced for value.

The one complaint I had is that the gym is only open 10a-10p. That is inexplicable to me. Many, MANY people like to get up early, work out, then shower. I had to race back to make sure I made it to the hotel with enough time to get there by 10pm the first night, missed it completely because of my other plans the second night, and couldn't hit it before my long drive home. I had a recent knee surgery, and very much would have liked to work it out a bit before the drive home. Terrible hours. Also, please add sanitizer and paper towels for people to clean off the machines themselves after each use.

I’ve discovered that I’m not a fan of the Wyndham properties anymore. They used to be fairly nice. Not anymore. They are dirty and run down. I had another night booked but canceled it. I just didn’t feel comfortable in something that dirty. Elastics on the floor in the bathroom, a ring in the toilet. Stains in the carpet. A hair in the sheets. No Thanks. It’s not worth it.

Awful hotel! It smelled terrible. The beds were totally worn out…could feel all of the springs. The window was not secure so we felt unsafe. There was a very loud dog barking at us from the next room. The walls were thin as paper-wet could clearly hear the adjacent family’s conversation.

Bed skirts were sheet metal When your got close to the bed your feet would invariably kick the metal and it sounded like you were kicking a trash can This happened frequently In fact we could hear the same sound coming from other rooms also They should have used wood like most motels bathroom door squeaked and would wake up people who were sleeping at night Beds comfortable but didn’t matter since the above issues negated a restful evening Not one out of a family of four got a good nights rest

This hotel is a bit tired and in need of a facelift. The fan that runs the air conditioning was so loud we had to shut it off. Walls were thin, could hear noises from other rooms. Breakfast was just ok

Clean property through out room and bed was very clean. Continental breakfast was fresh and well cooked with and excellent selection of food. The front desk clerk at checkin was very polite and courteous. Fresh made cookies were there to compliment the hassle free check-in process.

This is the type of place that looks OK from the outside and even the interior has some rough spots, but the staff is amazingly friendly, the rooms have all been renovated and updated, and the 24/7 coffee and snacks, pool, and workout amenities are all great. Near a few good restaurants and a grocery store. It’s safe, quiet, and a reasonable price for Montana (hotel prices in MT in the summer can be ridiculous). So, overall, a good choice and I will definitely stay again when traveling. Thanks

We arrived late in the evening, check in was very easy and Kam was very friendly. The lobby was very nice as was the room, we liked that the dining room had available food if we needed it, that's a first. Will definitely stay again.

After check-in went to room TV remote did not work. Went down talk to them at the front desk. I was informed if we could not get it working I would have to contact Expedia to get moved to a different room. I explained to her I didn’t want to change rooms, but if the TV didn’t work, it was her responsibility to move me and she said it was not she could not because I booked it through a third-party. She contacted the manager and they said they would be there in about five minutes never showed. After about five minutes, she found another remote came up and tried it and it worked.

We just needed a place to spend the night on a long road trip. This hotel was very nice. It has an indoor pool that we saw several families enjoying with their children. The night desk lady was extremely friendly and offered us hot cookies. The breakfast selection was a bit small, but they offer free drinks, coffee, cookies, breakfast burritos, yogurt, and cereal 24 hours a day. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was clean. The only negative thing I can say is the location is a bit questionable. It is right off the interstate and there were some unsavory individuals roaming the neighborhood at night, as well as sirens running throughout the night and early morning.

Modern updated hotel rooms, but could hear the crying baby and meowing cat through the connecting door. At 8:30 am, half-hour before end of breakfast there were no longer any hot items available – the staff did not come to check until 10 minutes until 9 and said that they wouldn’t restock them because the breakfast ended at 9 am. (We saw 14+ customers didn’t get hot items-pancakes, eggs, sausage)

The cookies at the front desk were good and a nice added bonus. The breakfast was bad. Take a yogurt and piece of fruit and call it a day. The overall hotel seemed like it was just bought. The bed was meh. I would personally bring my 150 bucks elsewhere, but it was fine for the night.

This is the type of place that looks OK from the outside and even the interior has some rough spots, but the staff is amazingly friendly, the rooms have all been renovated and updated, and the 24/7 coffee and snacks, pool, and workout amenities are all great. Near a few good restaurants and a grocery store. It’s safe, quiet, and a reasonable price for Montana (hotel prices in MT in the summer can be ridiculous). So, overall, a good choice and I will definitely stay again when traveling. Thanks

Only one elevator. Only one luggage cart. Both located at entrance which is at one end of the facility. If room is located at other end walk is lengthy. Breakfast area very small and congested. Food was average at best. Over priced for value.

The walls are virtually soundproof BUT you can hear everything through the door if people are in the hall. And the room shook if a neighboring room let their door slam shut. Which they did. A lot. Tiny bathroom, and the sink is in the room, not in the bathroom. Parking lot was less than 3 feet from our window. The breakfast area has very limited seating and they ran out of food by 7:45. Guess they were making more, but you had to wait. Stayed for 2 nights and the second day, our key cards didn’t work. Had to go get them renewed, and no apology from the front desk.

Side door was broken 8/29, the air conditioner rattled terribly- we had to cover it with a towel to dampen the noise. Pancake machine was broken this morning 8/30. Paid about $130 though so to be expected. Beside the air conditioner, the room was ok. Pillows good and bed comfortable enough.

The picture on Hotels.com makes the property look much larger than it is. The young lady that checked us in was extremely helpful and had a great personality. Our door squeaked so that was annoying. The location was convenient to the Interstate.

I was there for three nights. All in all it was a great experience experience. It’s an older place so don’t expect it to be bright shiny like a penny. But the staff was incredible!
