Pool was under construction. Didn’t receive code for room information and had to jump through hops to get it. Area was somewhat clean- for Miami. Miami can get dirty due to beach location. Bathrooms could be updated. Valet was good. Pretty quick for the most part. I just wouldn’t recommend trying to leave around check out time if you’re just going to explore.

The valet parking was great. The room was OK, need more maintenance. The building was walking distance from the beach, but the swimming pool was closed for more than 10 days and we couldn't use it.

Easy access to pool and beach which was amazing. Very family friendly. The elevators do take quite a long time because the property is very busy and vallet parking could take a while too if you’re going on a weekend. We left on a weekday so getting our car back was pretty fast. I would rent this place again

We had ocean view room, and it was severely outdated. Yes it has been refreshed with IKEA furniture sometime last few years, but all else is extremely old. Pros: - by the beach - by the pool bar food tastes pretty good and cute pineapple drinks - very well stockedmini convenience store in the basement. - beach umbrella was available, which is crucial during the hot summer months. Cons: - getting car took 1.5 hrs. - old, kids size towels (2 only) were provided for the room that has two beds. There were only 2 of us luckily but be aware. Asked for towels twice, they never came. - even though the host company is communicative via email, there is no one to ask for immediate help, front desk will send you to contact the host. One of our beach chairs was unusable, they did send new one the next day, but again regular shower towels never came. What if I had kids that needed new ones urgently. Also things are definitely out of order on the team, got 3 different check in emails from different people few days in a row, and no check out instructions, - we arrived like 40 mins early , the email says to let them know what time window we arrive so they are ready, I said 2-3, the desk would not check you in until 3pm on the dot, thank you for wasting my time on vacation which is precious. - old everything in the kitchenette. We thankfully didn’t have to cook, but toaster everything is very worn down, dirty coffee filter, dollar tree cups, cheapest shower curtain you ever saw in existence.

The apartment was clean, well presented and the facilities were excellent, as was the view over Miami Beach. The only bad point was the valet parking which was chaotic with wait times to get your car between 20 minutes to 1 hour.

The pool is advertised in its main photograph. The pool is not in service, has not been in service and no one knows when it will be in service. The workout room had an inch of dust on it and is not in service. The spa on property is not in service. We lost internet and power several times. No one is available to help you. They go by Castle Beach, Girasole Apts, Dilo Apts but all are part of Miami Boutique. This hotel is a scam. The property is in shambles and our room was very poor quality. Do not book this place !!! The beach is right in the backyard but the door to access does not work properly ! My kids were heartbroken with this place, we ended up leaving and eating the cost of booking another place. April 2024

All the units are ran by different management companies. Mine was Boutique. There for 4 night's, you csnt get them to bring you more towels or.tp. the hallway carpets are disgusting. You hear dogs barking in some of the units. Its mixed residential with vacationers. Bed was clean, room had outlets that your charger falls out of. Great pool and location right on the beach. Free of harassment, no cleaning during trip or anything to sweep all the sand in the room. Overall trip was a 7. Enjoy your stay!

I like the fact that the beach is on site , valet parking is unorganized 30 to 45 minutes to get the car everyday and drop off same thing very long line to get the car to the valet average 45 minutes to drop it off ! No other way to park at the hotel no self parking !!

Great room and resort . Heated pool right on the beach and walking distance several restaurants. The RikiTiki snack bar has fantastic food and drinks right next the pool .

This was thee WORST hotel experience that I have EVER had. The room is was terrible condition. The sheets were dated. Chipped and broken floors, outdated dining set, mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. The mirror had burned marks on it. People were doing construction on the unit above the room which interrupted sleep. Rancid smell coming from the refrigerator. Deplorable! Everything looked like it was stuck in the 80’s. Very disgusting. I stayed for 10 days and I detested each day. I stayed 10 DAYS and had to basically BEG for the cleaning service to come and clean (which was nothing good AT ALL). I want to escalate this because what is shown in the website is NOT, and I repeat, NOT what Is shown on the website. The upside is that there is free parking…but that alone is unorganized. And to top it off, the owner wanted to “stop by to retrieve one item”. Very creepy. I hated this hotel, the experience…If I could give it a 0, I would.

Checking in was a hassle to go over an hour, bathroom was a bit disgusting you could tell they spray painted whether grout is to probably cover the mold or mildew, first night I came home. I saw a cockroach on the bed. I complained immediately they did nothing and asked me for proof instead of trying to put me in another room or send somebody to clean the place. It took them two days to get back to me that they’ll try to do something and when they did, they offered me an other room where I had to pay double so it’s worth it for me just to rent and other hotel room miserable stay do not recommend anybody staying there

Condition of the unit was poor, squeaky beds, dirty tub, poor condition of furniture, noisy elevator shaft sounded like a subway in the bedroom, dirty tile floor, poor linings, questionable if sheets were washed, bathroom door cracked as if someone had punched it, rust stains.

Health hazard!! This rental was bug-infested — I have photographic proof. I was recovering from surgery and needed a clean space. The host suggested fumigating while I was still staying there. After I moved to a hotel, they stopped responding. No refund. No decency. No respect for guests. Do NOT book here under any circumstance.

Please do not stay. Worse experience I’ve ever had. I don’t know where to begin. They are very unprofessional, disrespectful, unsanitary to say the least. Let’s begin with the false advertisement, room didn’t have iron, blow dryer, WiFi, and not one of the pictures of the property i actually stayed in was in the pictures. They have roaches, lots of dust and very dirty. Wait and nothing works. Also there wasn’t a kitchen oven just a sink. It also read laundry services available and that was also a lie. Yes there was washers and dryers but you had to purchased a card to load money into to wash and dry and the entire stay they ran out of cards. Once you get there you are on your own. They ask me to buy my own toilet paper in which when i got there was only one with 3 adults staying there. The shower head continuously fell out and hit you. The central air doesn’t work. I went out and bought my own pillow cases and a sheet because theirs were disgusting. Everyone there seems very unhappy, no one greets you and when you greet them they either ignore you or seem very unhappy as if they aren’t use to kind greets. I starred as if they are confused. You asked them questions and no one knows anything and answers with attitude. They also said daily room cleaning not once did anyone come to room. So trash just sat in the room because the building doesn’t have trash cans beside one big one outside the building. Please don’t stay here is all a lie. I reached out to them many time but email

Overall the stay was decent. We had bugs in our room and the place looked run down. I had read other reviews that scared me a little bit when I booked but overall everyone was friendly. We didn’t stay in the room much as we explored most of the time. The elevators were hell though. Took forever!!! Overall yes the place was rundown and we had some bugs but ut was still a pleasant stay.

It was super noisy and the set up is weird. The bed is super close the sliding doors to go out to the beach and I wacked my legs on the bed multiple times! So painful! Was a good stay... the beach is super nice!

Overall my stay was great! I’m going to give a four star rating. My apartment was nice and clean however, it was dated and did not look like the online pictures at all, instead of a full stove/oven it had a hot plate. Also, the shower water was cold, luke warm at best even after letting it run for 10+ minutes. The staff were extremely nice and responsive. The property has wonderful amenities. Restaurant, bars, convenience stores. Swim shops, massage, spa etc. I only took off points for the water.

Room was so nice had an ocean view. Clean and spacious. Beach access, poolside was nice and played good music. Check in easy, free valet. Sucks windows couldn’t open for some fresh air but other than that. 8.8 rating

The apartment was nothing like it showed in the pictures! I have to say it was clean but I think they need to update furniture and fix like the microwave which didn’t worked, some electricity outlets didn’t worked and also hot water to shower wasn’t working either! And what was really upsetting was that the pool was closed for renovations and that wasn’t mentioned in the page I think those notes matter! But I guess we had what we paid for! We did enjoyed the view that was the best part I guess!

The direct beach access was great, and the relatively smooth check-in process was good. But I would not stay at this property again. The tub faucet leaked constantly throughout the trip, and although I informed the property about this after our first night, and they said they would send someone to check on it two days in a row, they never did. When we arrived, the mini-fridge was also leaking because it had defrosted, and there was a puddle on the floor (we resolved this by adjusting the cooling dial). And the ceiling air-conditioner vent starting dripping water constantly our last evening in the unit. (This unit was also right next to the elevators, which were extremely loud all day and night.) The place felt shabby and poorly kept up overall.

The unit was just as pictured and was well stocked and clean with a great view. The only negative was some noisy neighbors and the sound of everyone slamming the sticky metal doors . We will definitely look to book this unit again. Very good value.
The unit was just as pictured and was well stocked and clean with a great view. The only negative was some noisy neighbors and the sound of everyone slamming the sticky metal doors . We will definitely look to book this unit again. Very good value.

The location of the hotel is excellent, and the valet parking service was perfect—smooth and convenient. However, the apartment (M19) felt outdated. Several cabinet doors were broken, many lights were not functioning, and the power outlets were in poor condition. Hello, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your hotel. I checked in late at approximately 11:45 PM tonight, and from the onset, the experience was deeply disappointing. Stayed for 9 days and the only issue we had was the air conditioner stopped blowing cold but they immediately come to fix the problem...very nice place and will be back if I ever return to Miami

They person in the front desk confused our aptt, not only that but I ask for something with the ocean view and got a nasty one , also when we got moved to the other room they give use the wrong code to enter the room , also the person who was figuring out the problem and she was really rude , she was screaming and she was the worse has a customer service

Everything good, except for the wifi communication. Also the security guard had no idea about the room. For everything they kept saying "Ask with whom you made your reservation". However otherwise the room and location along with free parking was excellent.

I had to wait 40 min in line to do a check in, the person who was in the front desk was extremely with the guest. The office was close and we couldn\'t get in touch to ask some questions about our stay. When we got in the room we noticed many things that we dislike. Towels are thin, the balcony and the bed are so close that we barely pass to go to bathroom (one of the guest hit her leg many times and had bruises because of it). The check out is at 10am! We didn\'t know how to reach someone to ask an extra hour to do a late check out. But among all the bad things the attentent at the front desk was the worst experience. I almost yell at her when she was rude with us. She asked us for the 6 IDs of the people who was to stay in the room to do the check in or we couldn\'t get in. I\'ve never seen this before. I said the 2 of them were at the beach and I could bring later and she denied and told me to grab all the ids first and come back. After stayed 40 min on the line!!! I had 4 ids with me and didn\'t want to do the check in. She wasn\'t polite and just said "I don\'t care, grab the ids and come back". I dont recomend this place at all.

The reviews of this property are terrible so my fear was high. My only complaints are the rooms could’ve been a lot cleaner, the check in process lacks organization, and customer service. A lot of the people checking in along with myself had to wait 30 minutes to get checked in which was pointless given all the check in information is emailed to you prior to arrival. Please disregard the comments stating valet is $30-40. I never paid for valet, we tipped when we felt it was necessary. Valet can also be typically unorganized but the valet members are very kind and accommodating. The access to the beach is amazing and is located right through the pool, which had food, drinks and areas for kids if you bring yours. The location was great conveniently located near all of our reservations. Overall 4.5 stars! It was perfect for the weekend we stayed and I would stay again if it is for a weekend trip.

Dilo Apartments aka Girasole Apartments aka Boutique Apartments...because they couldn\'t figure out which name they wanted to send emails from. I should have known something was awry just based on the 3 different names. Let\'s give an accurate review... After I booked our room, I informed via chat that I am disabled and would need a room on a lower level or nearest to the elevator because of my disabilities. I was told my room was on the 7th floor but they would "try" to accommodate me. I received an email the day before my arrival with instructions for check in only to find that my room was still on the 7th floor. But lets continue. The email I received instructed to go to the front desk and give the staff the room number. The "staff" at the front desk were security guards. Also this entire building screams dated and it smells unpleasant. It looks like blast from the 70\'s from the wood panel looking walls to the carpet and furniture that only your great grandmother would buy. When we figured out where our room was on the 7th floor, we found that it was at the very end of a very long hallway with very outdated carpet that smelled outdated...no where near the elevator. Thanks for the disability accommodations. Americans with disabilities salute you. The door looked tempered with because of the way you had to push it to ensure it locked from the inside and the glimmers of light from the hallway that you could see around the door at night. I called ahead to let them know arrival was midnight-1, check in does not have room key code and they would not answer. Eventually got code. The toilet did not flush… would not complain due to price for the place. View was nice to wake up to.

Very good location, nice quiet apartment, we didn’t hear any neighbors. We stayed a week, kids loved it. Transportation to South Beach and downtown steps away. Nice, heated swimming pool! We are definitely coming back!!

So if you’re liking for a cute lil start with everything you need if you want to be out on the town or stay in and enjoy the view. The beach is steps away the place was clean and had a kitchen filled with everything you need to cook drink eat etc. I loved my stay I WILL be back thank you till next time…

The property itself was very nice. The room was basic and dated but we had an ocean front room, great view. Everything was in working order. The beach chairs left in the closet were not beach chairs but they worked. I would definitly stay here again and I recommend this property. we were very happy with this property.

The location for the property is very convenient. I can easily take city transportation to either south beach or north side for some groceries shopping. South beach is for tourists points but too crowded. The property located in the local residential area which is an excellent point. The local groceries market store is called Publix. It’s located on the mid side of the Miami Beach island. The property suite got small kitchenet and sets. That’s an excellent facility for tourist from outside. It helped to save money by self cooking. That’s the mean feature I love from this property. Beach side is very near by just located at back side of this building. It’s very easy to access. Beach side is the main reason we choose live in this property for my stay. However, there are some minor glitch for this apartment like the wifi is not working well. It’s hard to logon to the ineternet from the building wifi. But it’s ok it’s not that big deal. We are here for sunny day and beach side. The suite TV isn’t working. But it’s ok it’s not big deal. As I mentioned I am here for the sunny day outdoor activities. But if this apartment mgt can get these minor things fixed, it would be the perfect place. Thanks again for this wonderful place for us to stay during this time. We will visit again next year.

I was so afraid about all the bad comments, BUT it was amazing. the parking is a bit difficult but I dont think any hotels in this area can have better parkings. Food was amazing, location was amazing, our room was the 610 and it was clean, we slept amazing. For the price in this area, we did love everything! Beach acess was perfect and the pool too! Did'nt have to leave the hotel once to find food. We will come back.

I was expecting less since I didn’t like the good the google reviews. And honestly the room was exactly like in the picture or even better because the kitchen had utensils and was bigger than expected. Also the bathroom wasn’t bad and the hot water worked perfectly. I just would say that the mattress were kind of old and the building in general is but for what you pay it is pretty great. No complains, instead was surprisising that you can get groceries, have breakfast, lunch and dinner there so you bassically don’t need to go anywhere else, we just went to a restaurantes nearby because it was honestly better quality and better prices. The Pool was nice, not packed, the hotel has a direct éxit to the beach and in the room they have chairs and an umbrella, that was amazing! Little important details. Also in every floor they have machines for snacks so I recomend to carry some cash with you ( they don’t accept card) overall a very good experience.

We had ocean view room, and it was severely outdated. Yes it has been refreshed with IKEA furniture sometime last few years, but all else is extremely old. Pros: - by the beach - by the pool bar food tastes pretty good and cute pineapple drinks - very well stockedmini convenience store in the basement. - beach umbrella was available, which is crucial during the hot summer months. Cons: - getting car took 1.5 hrs. - old, kids size towels (2 only) were provided for the room that has two beds. There were only 2 of us luckily but be aware. Asked for towels twice, they never came. - even though the host company is communicative via email, there is no one to ask for immediate help, front desk will send you to contact the host. One of our beach chairs was unusable, they did send new one the next day, but again regular shower towels never came. What if I had kids that needed new ones urgently. Also things are definitely out of order on the team, got 3 different check in emails from different people few days in a row, and no check out instructions, - we arrived like 40 mins early , the email says to let them know what time window we arrive so they are ready, I said 2-3, the desk would not check you in until 3pm on the dot, thank you for wasting my time on vacation which is precious. - old everything in the kitchenette. Bathroom door was fixed so poor it locked my wife into the bathroom. Had to fix it with a butter knife to open it, place is in need of some TLC. Do Not eat in the overpriced restaurant downstairs. Bring your own food or eat somewhere else!

The property offers valet only for parking. Thankfully I made sure that cost was factored into our package. The property overall appeared in well condition, although our individual room was a mix. Some of the features such as the floor and walls were newly updated the fixtures in the bathtub where corroded, and the bathtub had recently been resurfaced poorly. I don't fully understand who rents out the room as my contact was considered boutique apartments. The only way I could communicate with them was through email, and they did not provide fresh linens nor towels. I had reached out asking for a heavier blanket and that was not an option either. The boutique informed me that they were not a hotel. The hotel itself had security here and there on the premises often there was a security person out by the pool during busier hours. I appreciated that there was a bar and grill right near the pool for easy access. Other than the grill and the little convenience store on the bottom floor, the closest food was about .7 mi of a walk away. I loved the easy access of The walking path between the hotel and the ocean.

I appreciated that there was a bar and grill right near the pool for easy access. Other than the grill and the little convenience store on the bottom floor, the closest food was about .7 mi of a walk away. I loved the easy access of The walking path between the hotel and the ocean.

Good low budget, no frills place to stay on the beach. Outdated and very few outlets, but all you need to cook, sleep and shower. No ice, no washer and dryer. I didn’t see any cleaning supplies- not a lot of places to eat in the area.

I was so afraid about all the bad comments, BUT it was amazing. the parking is a bit difficult but I dont think any hotels in this area can have better parkings. Food was amazing, location was amazing, our room was the 610 and it was clean, we slept amazing. For the price in this area, we did love everything! Beach acess was perfect and the pool too! Did'nt have to leave the hotel once to find food. We will come back.

The condo itself was great, the location was great, however, there was only one working elevator. myself and other patrons were stuck and 911 had to be called to free us. Wait time for the use of the elevator was atleast twenty minutes.

I was traveling with my three kids and while the beachfront location is nice, I strongly recommend not staying at this property. Please see feedback notes below that I sent to the property manager earlier this week (no reply was received): You have been very responsive and the checkin portal information was very helpful. We did have some significant issues with the hotel itself: 1) We had issues communicating with staff throughout the resort because of the language barrier given that we are not Spanish speakers. For instance we asked several staff members (including front desk) where the stairs were when there was an 30+ minute wait for the elevators and weren’t able to get clear direction. 2) significant deferred maintenance issues in the room (mainly mold on ceiling above shower area and broken left window shade) and throughout the hotel. There was a major flood in the hotel, we lost literally hours of our trip time waiting for the elevators (15+ minute wait for each use), HVAC issues (AC didn’t appear to be working consistently throughout the hotel), showers were barely lukewarm. Major traffic delays getting cars into and out of the front entrance. Bedding was very thin and not enough blankets available for my kids and I to use.
