Spend four days at the hotel. No cleaning. You have to ask for clean towels. No lce or coffee and no Wfii. I'll will never stay here again or cut corners to save on a cheap hotel.

We got there . There was no one at the desk. There was a person at the a room cleaning. It said to call a number they would come. This is not professional. It was check in time. They called me at 1 am to see if I was coming because they closed at 2am.

Front counter customer service representative doesn’t even speak English that well so you can’t even understand her not really willing to help you at all gave you the attitude like she didn’t wanna help anybody unfriendly and lazy got to my room only to notice the chair was missing from the desk so I had to drive down there and ask him for a chair. There’s no phones in the rooms that you can use And the TV. The Internet connection is really bad so every channel you tried to watch on TV was froze or buffering.

Great location outside Cuyahoga Valley National Park. But, the bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom fan did not work, the tub or toilet leaked water onto the bathroom floor.

I like the price, staff and location. My room smelled like dog urine badly, the room was huge and only had a king size bed and a small desk chair. Didn't have a coffee pot.

Bed was comfortable with what appeared to be new bedding. Motel is old so hard to compare to most places. Tub didn’t drain well. Stool seat very low - needed a grab bar. Just an ok place at a low price!

Thought sign in clerk was on drugs, he said he was tired (but had someone bring him dinner). He asked my Zip code 4 times while he had my drivers license. Noticed Cigarette burns upon room arrival: on microwave, bathtub, and Nightstand. Dents on mini fridge with partial sandwich still inside. No night lights, just the switch lights at door way. Furniture looked dumpster ready. Air conditioner kept room cool but made loud rattling sounds. Door had issues, maybe water damage? Sink faucet so loose it moved anytime turning handle. Towels smelled like old spice Cologne, I used my beach towel instead. Plus side. Only bug I found was a single gnat, and I searched. Great water pressure from shower with hot and cold both working. When checking out I met the owner, she said she would have given me another room (like they didn’t know. Maid didn’t report condition). Quite frankly I let her know sign in clerk had made me uneasy.

If you’re looking for something cheap and you don’t care about keeping your belongings in your car when you’re not there, choose this place. It didn’t feel safe. The towels were so small and sub-par. Staff not available 24/7. Only a monitor and no TV available. Not very clean. Door didn’t lock very securely.

There was only one bath towel for my husband and I to use . We had to change rooms because the first room smelled like smoke .I didn’t know the office closed at 2 am . I had to pay for another room at a different hotel.

The bathtub doesn't drain, it's a non smoking room that smells like smoke because there are cigarette receptacles right outside the window that the AC is installed in, the ceiling is busted and floors are unclean. We were given one set of towels for two adults and a child (all on the booking) and the room had less than a roll of toilet paper when we got there and when we checked in we got scolded about making sure we were gone by 11am (no worries there) otherwise we would be charged for an additional day. Definitely not a repeat stop.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Everything was good until I turned on the lights in the morning and saw a large cockroach crawling on the entertainment center. Then I texted other guests in our party (we had several rooms-in town for a wedding) and two others replied they’d seen roaches dead and alive. I didn’t bother to complain. We we’re checking out that day. But I won’t go back again. My husband made us shake all our things out outside and leave the suitcases outside for a day before he’d bring them in the house! I have videos!

This inn smelled so bad and was one of the unkept places I have ever seen. The smell was so horrible we had to quickly leave the room. I went down to check in to promptly ask for a refund due to the condition of the room. I’ve never seen a room like this while traveling

It was awful. Rude staff. Rusty clothes rack. Broken tv. Filthy microwave. Stained bedding. Pretty sure it was blood. Hair in shower. Moldy shower curtain. Tub didn’t drain. Light in bathroom was holding on with hopes and dreams. Switches were cracked and missing pieces. No where to sit but bed. Photos were NOT from this MOTEL. It’s not a hotel, but a motel and it was sketchy as hell. Would’ve went to the hotel across the street if I had the money. But I guess you get what you pay for.

Quick stay, arrived late and left early. Arriving to the room there was a terrible cigarette smell when it was a none smoking room and I am no none smoker. The room was very warm, the AC was no one and the temp out side was around 80 degrees. The room felt damp. The desk, microwave stand and TV stand was dusty and the TV single was very weak. Since it was late I stuck it out and went to bed. I got up super early and took a shower and headed out.

I arrived about 6PM was gracefully greeted by a staff member, check in was quick and friendly. The hotel room was adequate. The bed was not comfortable and the sheets were short. Temperature in the room was perfect. room was quiet, all in all it was an OK stay for the price.

It was by far, the most affordable option available. The woman at the front desk was friendly,very helpful. My room was clean, the king size bed was comfortable. There was a microwave and a small refrigerator as well. The room lacked furniture, no table or desk, no night stands, the curtains didn’t close properly and the light poured in from the from the street.

Room I reserved was not available. Had to get another. Was in a non smoking, holes in comforter from cigarettes or other things being smoked. Burn marks around tub and shower curtain smelled like cigarettes. Check in was 3 p.m. room was not cleaned and could not get in until 3:45. We were in the back and police did a slow drive by which suggests criminal activity takes place here.

Burn marks around tub and shower curtain smelled like cigarettes. Check in was 3 p.m. room was not cleaned and could not get in until 3:45. We were in the back and police did a slow drive by which suggests criminal activity takes place here.

We didn’t have high expectations but the room was clean, had new carpet and the bed was super comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Felt safe through the night. Convenient location and great price.

Great location outside Cuyahoga Valley National Park. But, the bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom fan did not work, the tub or toilet leaked water onto the bathroom floor.

The area seemed a little uneasy at night. A patrol car was driving thru the lot. I asked him if everything was ok, he said just making sure I got in my room ok. Great to see an officer, but still wondered why he had to be there.

If you’re looking for something cheap and you don’t care about keeping your belongings in your car when you’re not there, choose this place. It didn’t feel safe. The towels were so small and sub-par. Staff not available 24/7. Only a monitor and no TV available. Not very clean. Door didn’t lock very securely.

It was not very nice or sanitary. Didn't feel safe enough to leave my laptop in the room when I left. Was concerned for my safety all night.

This location should be removed from your site. Pictures on booking site were nothing resembling this motel. No lobby, rooms were dark, no lamps in room, dirty and smelled of urine and cigarettes. Stained carpet and I found fleas on my ankles after walking into the room. There was an adjoining door with no deadbolt, had a chair jammed under the doorknob! I left immediately, got my refund and left. This place should be reported, inspected and condemned. The whole thing was terrifying.

Well, let’s face it, it’s the cheapest hotel in town. What else can you expect? When you pull up, there’s five mattresses leaning against the wall in the front window. That kind of sets the stage. Rooms are shabby. People hang out outside there hotel rooms, probably just to not have to be in the room. Hence, they smoke out there, so if you don’t like cigarette smoke, it’s nasty.. Thankfully, the towels are in good shape. There was a fridge and microwave, thumbs up. My feet got dirty walking around on the carpet, thumbs down. It’s a budget motel so what do you expect? To their credit, the staff was kind and courteous, and did the best they can under the circumstances. I would probably spend a few bucks more night to not feel like a crackhead.
