The ice machines on the 2nd and 3rd floor were out of service , so we had to go down to the 1st floor to get the ice. The coffee in the canisters were never hot. Usually lukewarm. The rooms were nice, the beds comfortable.

The hotel was clean and check in and out was easy. The pool was closed with a 2x4 screwed into the door. You can tell the hotel is on the older side. The wallpaper was peeling in places and our bathtub had a hole in it that was covered with epoxy. The room was spacious but the pillows were very uncomfortable. Breakfast was decent.

The front entrance was closed due to updating the side walk, the ice machine on out flier wasn’t working, and vending machines not working properly, but overall wasn’t a bad stay!

Hotel was pricy and certainly not worth it- ripped couch, all bathroom tiles cracked, stained carpet, bathroom door didn’t latch. Mattress was not comfortable. The elevator was broken.

Rooms need paint and new carpet, it was very stained and dirty. Bathroom floor was dirty around all edges. None of the ice machines on all 3 floors worked.

The bathroom was dirty, hair in the sink, toilet not cleaned, tub was not cleaned,stayed 6 days was informed the maid service would be preformed on my third days stay but that never happened asked for some regular coffee but they were out, good thing I am a neat and tidy person, I think I left the room better than when I checked in. For the price that I paid, service should have been up to par!!

I don't like giving a bad review because the staff were all really great and they even re-froze my big ice packs/bottles for me in the kitchen freezer. The breakfast was also better than other hotels we stayed in with both the variety and service. However the cleanliness left something to be desired - not sure if the sheets were new because there was a hair in the bed and they had stains on them, the bathroom floors were very dirtily stained, and I think we brought home bugs from there. Maybe some rooms are better than others, but the two we had need to be updated.

The surface areas of the room were clean- linens, countertop, tub. Housekeeping has not paid close attention to details while cleaning. Lamps, toilet pedestal, floor corners, etc. looked like they had been accumulating dust for a couple years.

Bathroom was dirty, curtain was ripped and torn, letting light in. Ceiling in bathroom & room was bubbled up, needing repair & paint. Bathroom furniture pressed wood had a lot of wood scrapped off; front leg was yaped together. Dresser & and door pressed wood was missing (peeling off) in theroom.Room also smelled musty. 3 star at best. It was cheap ($104. ) but wont syay here again.

Wondering if there is work in progress and improvements will hopefully come but truly, if this is under new ownership, the biggest issue is that it's very dirty. Not up to standards. We used to stay at these same hotel brand years ago, so many times. They were great. Neat and clean. I was afraid to walk on the floor in bare feet in the room. Overall just very dirty. Beds poorly made up. Pretty gross in the bathrooms. Only two towels. Bed was old and worn down, not comfortable at all, but I could deal with that if it wasn't so filthy. Old is one thing, but my suggestion for the ownership (I own 10 Airbnbs) is to keep it clean and super tidy and gradually update it.

They should delete and reviews that don't include comments. Place was filthy. They just make the beds and didn't change the sheets between guests! Hairs, lipstick and footprints on sheets. Switched rooms and same. Thermostat in one room was set to 69 and was at least 85 in room. Coffee had a terrible smell and taste. They gave us new sheets and cleaning supplies so we could clean the room ourselves and clean the poop off the toilet seat. Worse hotel ever! Health department should close it down.

Paper thin walls meant you could hear casual conversations. And the 2nd story floor had soft spots as you walked the halls which is a bit worrying.

This hotel is nice at its price point. We got king suit for $100. It needs some updates, especially a new shower head and carpets. The room could have been cleaner but was clean enough. The bed was very comfortable. If I need a room in the area again, I’d be happy to stay here.

The GM who runs the place, Sadie, is top notch and EXTREMELY caring towards the customers. I had a very bad car accident while staying here and she helped make my stay carefree and went out of her way for me. She is truly a special person!

When we arrived to check in there was nobody to be found. A plaque was on the check-in desk saying they would be back soon, as they were assisting a customer. We tried to find somebody to no avail. There was no phone number available to call. We finally called the reservation office for the Hotel chain. They said they couldn't call but gave us a number for us to call. We tried that and the phone in the back office rang but again nobody home??? Approximately 45 minutes after we arrived a girl came walking into the area and asked to help us. I mentioned we have been waiting for over a half hour. She said she was in the Laundry Room as if that explained everything??? I could go on and on about this but there are just too many shortcomings to try and address them. Will I ever stay at a Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, I think NOT!!

Clean and very hospitable staff. Breakfast wasn’t the best but was ok for a free hotel breakfast. Staff at check in and check out were very friendly. Bed was a little lumpy but ok.

Reasonably priced. Cookies on arrival. Cheerful front desk staff. Accommodating room with fridge, microwave, & two firm queen beds. Good climate controls. One small sliver of soap. Full breakfast with eggs, waffles, sausage, more. Was eleven minutes from Cuyahoga Valley national Park visitor center and scenic train ride. There was a Bob Evans close by.

On check-in, we waited for the receptionist for quite a while while the front desk phone constantly rang very loudly. Then we discovered that both beds had visibly dirty covers. When the housekeeper followed me to the room to look into the situation, he walked past me and tried to enter the room without asking or knocking and nearly intruded on my family who were changing into their swimsuits. In total I spent around an hour just waiting for the receptionist and the housekeeper. Breakfast was great and everything else was generally acceptable, but there is no way I'll ever return to this hotel.

The hotel was clean and staff was responsive. Our room was not serviced while we were there for three days, but they were willing to resupply us with fresh towels and more soap/shampoo. The pool was warm and clean. The elevator broke down while we were there and being handicapped and on the third floor was challenging. They did tell us the elevator would be fixed the next day, but we checked out before this happened. Breakfast was ok and we felt safe in this location. Would recommend staying there again. It was our second time staying at this hotel.

The place was just OK but they did not clean our room. When I informed the manager she said they only had one housekeeper and only clean rooms for people staying three days. She had a bad attitude.

We stayed 2 nights. They did not clean our room or leave any clean towels. Not sure if this is a new policy that you need to stay more than 2 nights for this amenity.

Hotel was old and in need of many repairs. Rooms had a terrible smell. Not in a very nice area. There was an abandoned gas station next to it. Never again. You get what you pay for

The location was great for our visit to Cuyahoga National Park the next day. Breakfast room was nice, food was eggs, meat, potatoes, yogurt, cereal and kept stocked. The lobby was attractive, but dated, as is the rest of the hotel.The morning after heavy rains the upstairs floors were still slightly muddy in places. The counter, toilet, floor and bathtub were all clean. The wall next to the toilet needs to be wiped down and a couple of tiles in the bathroom are loose. Overall a pleasant stay but nothing fancy.

The hotel itself was fine. Its in an area that can get a little congested traffic wise. Our room was actually really nice. Theres an elevator which after hiking 7-8 miles a day is great. But the room and hotel in general are clean and well kept. My only complaint is that the mattress was awful. I dont know if all the rooms have the same mattresses or not. But ours was very uncomfortable. Other than that, no complaints.

The hotel was clean and check in and out was easy. The pool was closed with a 2x4 screwed into the door. You can tell the hotel is on the older side. The wallpaper was peeling in places and our bathtub had a hole in it that was covered with epoxy. The room was spacious but the pillows were very uncomfortable. Breakfast was decent.

The room was large with a lot of space. Fantastic staff and the breakfast was wonderful. One of the best complimentary breakfasts we've ever had.

Check in was a breeze. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Sheets clean and fresh. Breakfast was great, i had sausage and eggs and my kids enjoyed making waffles. I would like to mention that their flower beds out front were gorgeous!! Took my kids on a weekend trip to see their favorite band, but if we ever find ourselves back in the Cleveland area, would definitely stay here again. Great value for the money.

Pros: It is really close to a lot of restaurants. It is close to stores. It is only 5 miles from Brandywine. It was very clean. Water pressure in shower was great! For $70 a night, it isn't bad. Cons: the food wasn't great, it was like they over cooked it in a microwave. The electric sockets are so loose they don't hold a plug. Elevator sounds like it's going to fall at any min. There seemed to be little to no staff there.

I don't like giving a bad review because the staff were all really great and they even re-froze my big ice packs/bottles for me in the kitchen freezer. The breakfast was also better than other hotels we stayed in with both the variety and service. However the cleanliness left something to be desired - not sure if the sheets were new because there was a hair in the bed and they had stains on them, the bathroom floors were very dirtily stained, and I think we brought home bugs from there. Maybe some rooms are better than others, but the two we had need to be updated.

My hotel room was clean & the breakfast was adequate. There is no housekeeping, unless you stay three or more days. The heat in my room was hard to control, it was set to 66, but when it kicked on it got very warm. The ice machines on floors two & three were out of service. No vending machines on floors two & three, and the one on the first floor was sold out of all the drinks. Staff was very friendly & I was greeted with two freak chocolate chip cookies on check in, so that was nice. It just seems a bit dated.

The room appeared clean but just had a hint of an odor. Bed was comfortable. Also we could hear rather loudly, people walking in the room above us. The breakfast was the best I have had in one of those help yourself breakfast areas!

Room was clean. Beds were fresh. The staff was AMAZING. Breakfast was delicious. Parking was great. Kids loved the pool. Fresh towels brought to room. Anything we needed and asked for was delivered with a smile.

Affordable stay. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff. Within 25min of most hiking spots for Cuyahoga. The rooms are dated and there was damage/old stains to some furniture, but it did not feel unclean.

This hotel is SO dated and worn down! Terrible carpet, dirty and chipped tile in bathroom. Even the door to room was old . The staff was very nice at the desk though!

Facility is in need of some TLC, almost to the point of looking run down. Normally the Courtyard brand is very well maintained, this location falls extremely short in that area. The room was clean; however, bathtub faucet was leaking and towel rack was ready to fall off the wall. The landscaping was absolutely awful.
