This property has the hottest water. No waiting for warm water soon as you turn on sink or tub its instantly hot! Never have experienced this before anywhere lol

Wifi should be included in this day and age! Heating system in room was very loud!

Nice pool

No problems at all! Check in was a breeze. Very friendly at check in and check out. Clean and comfy. Only thing i could say is the parking lot is rather dark on the opposite side of the lobby. More lighting is needed.

This hotel was recommended to me as I was looking for a hotel in this area with an indoor pool for my grandson. My first surprise came at the check-in when I was informed they didn\'t have roll-away beds (I had requested one weeks prior to our stay), nor did they have a bigger room that we could upgrade to for an additional fee that might have a pull-out sofa. When we got to our room, we discovered the toilet didn\'t flush, so we were given a new room. The toilet did flush there, but it sounded like a jet taking off every time it was flushed. So, we went to check out the indoor pool, only to find that the water was so cold we couldn\'t stay in more than a few minutes. Then we decided to play a game we had brought. There wasn\'t a big enough table in our room that had chairs, so we went to the breakfast room to play, only to be told that we couldn\'t play there, or in the lobby either. They said there was a table in the pool area with chairs, but as it had slats in it, we knew our small game pieces would fall through. So, that didn\'t work either. Back in our room, we had noisy neighbors and a yappy dog. We reported these issues, but there wasn\'t much improvement. "Breakfast" was a huge disappointment as well. There were very few options. The staff wasn\'t very helpful with any of these issues, and we all left feeling frustrated and unhappy. I would NOT recommend this hotel.

Great stay! Nice pool! Comfy beds! Excellent customer service and staff! Only suggestion is a better variety for breakfast! :)

The customer service was great! It was updated and clean. It has a very nice pool area also.

An older establishment that could use some renovations but not bad for the price! Breakfast was lacking but might be standard for this type of motel. Night desk clerk was very friendly and gave great details on pool, breakfast and where to park.

There was used soap left in the shower left from previous guest. The little fridge wasn't working due to an electrical issue. The cleaning staff was super nice and helpful. The renovations were a nice improvement.

This place used to be so beautiful!!! The staff is very kind and helpful. However it needs some updates and the rooms are very musty. I hope they get the proper care that this place needs. It could be so beautiful again.

The property was very clean. The hallways and rooms had no carpet which was great. The toilet and shower room was separate from the sink area which was in the room. The bathroom needed to be updated.

First room broken fridge, hanging rack was ripped out of wall floors and bathroom dirty so we got moved rooms 2nd room bathroom switches didn’t work tv and remote didn’t work. We were in town for a funeral and cut our trip short. There was no other hotel in this town. Lots of noise and people partying.

The staff was great. Very friendly, helpful and responsive. The cleanliness of the room was not good. The microwave had food in ithat had been wrapped in paper towels and obviously been there for some time. The floor was quite dirty as clean white socks were very dirty after walking across the floor. The light switch in the bathroom was dirty with food and the light flickered.

There was pubic hair in bathtub that was not ours. The tv did not work. I called main desk and she said the repair people were coming to fix it, the entire hotel had no tv. There was a storm in night, I wondered if storm knocked out tv service.??

The location is great, the breakfast and breakfast area was really good. The room has seen a better day, it’s a little worn down, with broken switch plates and the door had 4 sharp screws protruding through the exterior of the door where maintenance used screws that were too long to fix the interior chain lock. It seems maybe some rooms are used as residences, because the first floor had an overwhelming smell of food being cooked and several large trash bags in the hallway.

The front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and roomy, but the bed was small and uncomfortable. It was a full size bed, not a queen. It was like 2 people trying to sleep in a twin size bed. The breakfast had nothing. I have had continental breakfast before and this wasn't even that. All there was was waffles,cereal and yogurt. There was coffee but there wasn't any apple juice in the machine only orange juice. No muffins or toast or fruit.

The property itself is a bit dated. My initial room had to be changed as the air unit was leaking. The unit in the next room sounded like a jet taking off and shutting down but at least it didn't leave a puddle on the floor. The staff was pleasant and the breakfast room had a limited although adequate offering.

Liked the location and area was convenient. The bed was very comfortable. Loved the mini fridge it was very spacious! Only downside was that the sink leaked.

The rooms are quite quiet and clean. It would have been better if there was access to local tv channels and weather.

TV on ground floor suite did not work, had to be moved upstairs, no sliding drapes on ground floor room = no privacy, too much light, no OJ in breakfast room (machine broken, had to ask staff to refill jug), hot and cold water faucet in sinks in suites were reversed.

We had a great stay! They even upgraded our room! Everything was very clean and well kept! Very courteous and friendly staff!

Front desk clerk was kind and helpful. She upgraded our room when she realized they had overbooked their rooms.

The staff is super friendly price was reasonable. The motel was clean but can really use an update. The first room we got the the swing lock knob was broke. They moved us to another room without any fun. The other room toilet handle was cracking. I would stay again just needs fixing up some stuff.

Was told twice they allowed pets when booking, just to find out after arrival that they do not! Drove 5 hours to be turned away and not have anywhere to go.

The breakfast was only waffles. It wouldn't hurt to add toast and bagels for example to give more options for people don't like waffle for every day. The room was okay. we were a couple but we have been offered two separate beds no queen or king size bed.

When we checked in, the lady said that she could not discuss rates with us since we had used Expedia. We had been told that breakfast was from 6-10. I went down to the breakfast room at 7:15 and there was NO COFFEE. I had to wait 10 minutes for the lady to make it. Breakfast was waffles, dry cereal, an apple or nothing. Since my wife is limited to gluten free, we had to go buy breakfast. Air conditioner was just a suggestion. It never made the room cool. (It was set for 75 when we got there)

Weve been coming to this hotel for several years and we never had a problem. We paid extra money to have a jacuzzi room and it barely had any pressure coming from the jets. The breakfast hardly had anything there but waffles and cereal!

Staff was very friendly. Light switches in rooms were cracked or would fall off. Breakfast was not impressive. No toast, muffins, bagels, etc. no sugar free options or even hard boiled eggs. Waffles, yogurt, and cereal only.

My stay was short but the room was comfortable and clean and I would stay there again sometime however the continental breakfast was a little disappointing because it only consisted of a waffle if you wanted or 2 kinds of cereal or yogurt and the only drinks were coffee which I don’t drink, orange juice which makes me sick and water.. I would have liked to see some muffins or bagels and at least some apple or cranberry juice available..

The room air conditioner was noisy. The breakfast did not include any eggs or meat. Just cereal and a waffle.
