Apartment is reasonably priced and in a great location. Vince was very communicative and made our stay easy and pleasurable. Would definitely recommend!

Needs some upgrades. The stairs had huge cracks in the tiles, making them dangerous to walk up and down. The sink never stopped running which wasted water and some of the outlet plugs didn't work. There were no drapes in one of the bedrooms. Beds were comfortable, parking close to apartment, great communication from owner.

If you are a fan of Old Town Scottsdale and locations that are walkable to it, this is tough to beat. The majority of our activities were walkable during the stay. The condo is well maintained and easy to access. The condo complex also offers generous amenities. A solid option.
