The biggest issue was the lack of basic guest service. I stood in the lobby for nearly 10 minutes before the young man on duty even acknowledged me. The staff seemed unable to multitask or recognize when a guest needed assistance, which is disappointing for a hospitality business. The property itself also felt badly dated. The TV was extremely outdated, and the red-painted elevator looked more like an attempt to cover up the property’s deterioration than an actual improvement. Overall, the experience reflected poor attention to both guests and the condition of the property.

Toilet stopped up - no one answered front desk went down told maintenance wouldn’t be on premises until 10 can change room - unacceptable due to having to leave for funeral - come back to change clothes for repast only to not have an ironing board and/or iron in the room this is my SECOND time being disappointed with this hotel should definitely take it off your booking site. None of the previous promises of change addressed. If I could rate zero for all the ratings I would have
