Per long term residents Elevator 1 had been inoperable for several months leaving Elevator 2 available for all residents and it was extremely slow in operation. When we arrived one parking lot was closed due to space repainting, so 2nd lot was overcrowded.

Only problem which was not the Hotel's fault is the elevator was out of order. The company came to fix it but couldn't for that day and the next when we were checking out. We were on the 5th floor and had to drag out luggage down ourselves. However in fairness to the Hotel they did tell us when we checked out had we called and told them we were on the 5th floor they would have send someone to help us with our luggage.

Only problem which was not the Hotel's fault is the elevator was out of order. The company came to fix it but couldn't for that day and the next when we were checking out. We were on the 5th floor and had to drag out luggage down ourselves. The hallway had a strong smell, but the room was very nice and clean, the room was very spacious. The hotel is located near the mall and restaurants. I like the hotel for it location convenience and it was in a good safe area. I definitely would stay in the future at this hotel. No pool at the hotel if anyone traveling with kids this might not be the best choice.

Our room reeked of urine and on the floor was evidence of the unit not being cleaned before my wife and I accessed the room. We alerted staff and we were given an excuse of it being a let room, unable for the urine scent to removed, and was handed a can of Lysol. We called Expedia and they handled the situation in the lower level manner that has recently handled poor service handlings by their hotel partners. Again, our last 4 ventures with Expedia have been below the standard they once had. We have 2 more bookings with Expedia and have decided to not utilize the service any longer. We are sorry to live but the Expedia we once enjoyed in turning to establish our travel accommodations is not the same and seems to be long gone.

We didn’t like the smell of marijuana in the hallway on our floor. We called the front desk to let the staff know but they didn’t do much, if anything. The hotel was quiet and we picked it because it was the only animal friendly hotel in the area. We didn’t hear noise from other rooms and our room was clean. The breakfast was fair but nothing spectacular and we expected to get better value for what we paid. We stayed for about two and a half weeks because we have a pet (as mentioned only animal friendly hotel in the area) and one of the two elevators was out of order for our entire stay. That made getting to and from our floor very inconvenient.

I could smell the pee on the rug before I even opened the door to the room! I’ve stayed at mini dog hotels and this was the absolute worst! I couldn’t even stay. I had to leave!! The smell was so horrendous!!!

Walls are not very soundproof. Had difficulty sleeping first night due to loud TV on in next room and the room on the other side they were partying till after 3 AM. The next night not as bad.

The property is very out-dated, carpets were worn out so was the only elevator that was working (the buttons were falling apart). The look and feel is very jaded and specially for the price this is surely not worth it. The room was clean and that is the only plus point, thank God we were there only for one night.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I found the room to be clean and spacious. Around the area there is plenty of restaurants, a movie theater and a super market all in close proximity of this hotel. I believe there is a even a bowling down the block. I would stay at this hotel again.

Due to an emergency, we needed to cut our stay by 1 day. When we booked the stay, we paid up front. AMANDA helped us with being able to get a refund for the last day. She is AMAZING!!!!!!

When we checked in the manager said he was "short" rooms with 2 double beds and offered an upgrade to a suite. I accepted that. He send me to room 305. It was just a regular room with one bed and not a suite. At 2:30 a.m. someone was trying to get into the room. The front desk had assigned them the same room 305. The problem turned out to be that the suite was 304 and not 305. I wanted a significant discount for being scared in the middle of the night that someone was trying to break into our room but only got 15%

Overall very shabby. I returned to the hotel after midnight and the front desk security guy was asleep in his chair. One early morning around 4am the front desk guy banged on my door with a guy insisting that I was in his room. I have stayed in many La Quintas across the country. This one was the worst.

Stayed here after a wedding. Even though the room was clean and comfortable, it did not match the picture from when I booked. Additionally the check-in process was PAINFULLY SLOW. I don't know what the problem was with the system but there was a line of frustrated people and it was about half hour for me to check in. This was around midnight so not sure what the problem was.

This hotel needs updating and maintenance. The breakfast selections are quite limited compared to other La Quinta locations. The neighborhood is very industrial and not pleasant to look at. The only saving grace is that it is located close to a large shopping district, which was convenient when we realized we had forgotten something vital… but this was not enough to warrant the almost $400 we paid for one night’s stay!

This hotel needs updating and maintenance. The breakfast selections are quite limited compared to other La Quinta locations. The neighborhood is very industrial and not pleasant to look at. The only saving grace is that it is located close to a large shopping district, which was convenient when we realized we had forgotten something vital… but this was not enough to warrant the almost $400 we paid for one night’s stay!

The hotel was located in a good area to take a Lyft to the train stations. It was walkable to stores like Burlington, Rainbow, Dollar Tree and Roosevelt Mall. A few food options in the area as well. The rooms are in need of renovation and the breakfast was horrible. Only one elevator was working and it took long. For the price it was not worth it.

I had a good stay, with the exception that only one of two elevators was working. Breakfast was very good, the staff was friendly & helpful. I would recommend LaQuinta to anyone looking for a good place to stay!!

The only real issue was the free breakfast. Weak coffee, not much fruit, eggs not palatable, whole milk only, no healthy options and closed down precisely at 10am, with everything taken away including breads and dry cereal. Also bathroom needed grab bars in shower.

It’s my second stay at this hotel. One thing that spoiled my stay was the breakfast. I went down to breakfast area at 9:20 and there was no hot meal. My husband asked the service lady about eggs and the answer he got was: finished. Just one word. No “sorry”, no any explanation. He went to reception desk then and again no apology but : we are out of stock we will have eggs the tomorrow. The problem was not absence of eggs but the way it was addressed. Sorry, but not coming back.

Always stay there in way to Long Island the building is old but clean. Has plenty of shelter people around. Sitting outside side door smoking. No one bothers anyone. Breakfast is good. But they don’t keep up with amount. They need to check on coffee and maybe cleaning up the food area more often.

Let’s face it, the main reason to stay somewhere is a place to shower and sleep. The shower part of the stay was poor. The shower drain was broken and we were standing in four inches of water. We called and they did immediately repaired it. The sleeping part of it was not the greatest because the AC fan sounded like a turbo jet. The free breakfast was poor, first morning out of eggs, second morning out of sausage. Then it’s NY, so the smell of pot filled the air! Other than that, it was ok! 😬

Room clean, bed lumpy, towels old and worn. Breakfast was like any budget hotel, coffee, juice, tea reconstituted eggs, cereal and bread ,muffins. Fruit was apples. Staff helpful

Avoid this hotel as well as any Wyndham property. Wyndham does not update their properties. You would be better off at Hilton, Marriott, Choice, and IHG. At this hotel, the fitness center and the breakfast offerings were below par. The staff was invisible. The entry doors were not fully functioning. The location also was not great. Won't go back.
