For a Hilton, we were surprised & disappointed that there were no premium TV apps option to sign in w/personal subscription, which most inferior level hotels have. Some amenities, which weren’t much, were adequate at best. No soap dish in toilet, beds were hard, pillows ok & ac/heater SUPER loud while active. Over all our stay was OK but we won’t be booking again unless it’s for overnight stay only..PS, elevator was temp, out of order & stairs were not nearby. Nor were there any signs indicating location, which is risky in the event of an emergency

We enjoyed our stay. It was very quiet and the woman who checked us in was very nice. The breakfast is very good but the set up isn’t great. Most hotels at their price point have free breakfast. The two food choice levels is weird. Please don’t nickel and dime your customers.

Started out great, then my husband saw ICE in the lobby. Power went out in the early morning. Happy not to have been the person stuck in the elevator! Used the stairs after that. Loud people next door Saturday night/Sunday morning.
