Smelled clean and looked clean. The desk communication could be better with customers. They don’t give receipts when checking out. Beds not real comfortable.

A layer of ice on hotel main entrance steps. The room had chunks out of the finish on all 3 pieces excluding the bed. The tv didn’t work and when I contacted the front desk the attendant simply said sorry. I mentioned to the clerk that the hotel seemed very rundown. I requested a room change fora room with a tv that worked but I had to go back and forth with keys into 0 degree weather as my room was in a separate building. Breakfast was very limited. Pretty much cereal, bagel or waffles with very watered down batter so the inside was mush. I would prefer sleeping in my car to ever staying in this hotel again.
