The staff was very nice but I received inconsistent responses with respect to questions about amenity usage which was very frustrating. The hotel also did not do a great job of explaining all of the amenities and where to find them and again, use them.

Food and drinks were exceptional at hotel. Amenities were superb. Wasnt told they have a steam room white was a God send. Only negative thing i have is not walkable to any places. Although it is right on the river walk which is awesome
