Cebu Rooms- Sunvida Tower

Nice clean room. Excellent location very close to SM. Check-in was a little delayed because room wasn't ready. Owner replied within minutes and was service minded. Wifi was acceptable. No tv channels but that doesn't matter to me. The ad lacked information about what's included so we brought things just in case. Pool and gym area was okay. Kitchen was well equipped with microwaverice cooker and inductionstove. I would go back there without a doubt.

We booked because we were stranded sue to typhoon Basyang. The internet was very poor so Errors on the booking reservation that led to a double booking were not resolved because the property manager did not want to fix it. The second room was never offered even as we have paid for it. Never use Cebu Rooms with Aisha Osano. She was not accommodating and will never offer any solutions. The units are messy, dirty and unclean. Save yourself the hassle and book with hosts with better rating than this. Some people will take advantage of calamities instead of help tourists to have a better stay.
