The pictures look nice, however the property is not what they show in their pictures. On the back side of the motel, not a hotel, the wall is falling down and damaged real bad. The staff was rude when spoken to.

I will not be staying at this property again. All they had for breakfast was eggs that looked runny, yogurt, and waffles. The breakfast area was dirty and unclean which made it so low. The Outside you could see water damage and water leaking. Also, the walking balcony did not feel save as it appeared to be old wood. There was bird droppings in the stairwell. Also, there was equipment left outside on the sidewalk not only causing the place to look like horrible. Almost every where you walked you could smell that people were smoking Marijuana in the rooms. The only thing descent about the place is that the room was mostly clean but we did have to unplug the alarm clock as it would not shut off or stop buzzing. At the price I was not expecting the greatest Hotel. But I have paid less for a lot better. It just seemed as if management did not care.

This place should not be in your list went to another motel. They will not refund my money. Motel was dirty. Door did not seal looks tonbe kicked in before. Bed was slep in and they remade the bed. Buildng was falling down. Front desk person rude. They are renting motel iut for people to live in. When in room no wall coverings over outlets. Poor motel

One of the outer staircases of the building was falling apart. Exposed wood, splintered and coming apart. Ugly and unsafe. The internet did not work the entire time I was there, I had to cancel a work video call because of it. The two nights I was there the TV, also internet-based, only worked for about an hour and not at all the next night. When I went to the desk to tell them the internet is working, they said "it's working now." I went back to my room, it was not working, so I called the desk. They said, "it should be working, but we have an IT person coming tomorrow." Not much of an apology and no alternate idea to try, not even when I told them I might need to go to a different hotel for my second night.

This hotel is nothing like the pictures it showed on line . The room they gave us was not cleaned they tryed to say it was but when i went into the bathroom the tub was nasty the towels was dirty the floor hadn't been cleaned at all was a very disappointing stay i will never stay their again .oh and when you turned on the shower the water sprayed right out into the floor the shower curtain was nasty and the shower head was slimy and we couldnt cancel cause they wouldnt give us back or money the worst stay ever in my life at a hotel .i have photos but it wont letme load them . The railing that was supposed to be by the stairs wasnt even up the stairway was nasty the walk way needed fixed felt like you was going to fall through it.

The room was spotlessly clean and seemed to have been recently refurbished, everything except for the heater and tub and door was new but of the cheapest possible quality and not coordinated or comfortable; beds were too small for two people, desk was a tiny table. In contrast to the rooms, the walkways were filthy and ancient.

I have never spent $122 on a hotel room this bad. Ever. It reaked of urine. I had to have them bring me room spray. The tv and bathroom faucet were filthy as though someone sneered lotion or something all over. And the tub??? Absolutely filthy and you could tell it was cleanable because the outer inside of tub was clean but the other 3/4 was disgusting!! Also above me people were rolling around on the office chair all night and the following morning. On top of people stomping around. Unreal!

The pictures on Expedia are not this hotel. The room was moldy and dirty. We had to clean the bathroom because it had not been done before we got there - a used bar of soap was still in the shower. There was no smoke detector - it had been taken down and never replaced. There was exposed wires from a missing outlet.

The sheets were dirty and when we asked for clean ones they handed me unfolded sheets wich I wasn't convinced that they were clean. Air conditioner leaked water all over the floor. Towels were stained. Tub was old and stained along with the toilet.

The property was filthy. Bed had stains of blood and bed bug droppings. Already contacted expedia about this. We left immediately and had to find somewhere else to stay last minute. I have yet to receive confirmation of my refund on this booking.

Upon checking in, I went to my room to unpack. While touring the room, I found a cockroach crawling on the shower wall. Pulling back the filthy shower curtain, I killed the beast with some toilet tissue. Lifting the seat to provide a “burial at sea”, I found an even bigger roach crawling around inside the commode. Both were flushed, and then I attended to my Friday business. Upon returning, I found the smoke detector loudly and annoyingly declaring a low battery. I reported it to the front desk in person. I was told that it would be fixed the next (Saturday) morning. As of check out on Sunday, it was not. So I settled in to do some reading before falling asleep when a strange man (presumably another guest, but might’ve been a serial killer or rapist) let himself into my room. Someone not in my party had a keycard to my room. I would’ve used the physical latch, but it was broken. Saturday was mostly uneventful until the water from the aircon started pooling in the room. Also, broad daylight really set off the level of filth in the room. If there had been other motel rooms available nearby, I would’ve fled, but there weren’t. I’m afraid that I’ve brought cockroaches home, and this dump should be blsvklisted. I have photos of everything.

It has been a horrible experience, we asked for a change in the first room and the second was the same or worse! The cleanliness of the place is terrible, the bathrooms dirty to the naked eye, the floor and beds dirty, the sheets stained; zero hygiene, animals walked on the walls! I have videos and photos of the place! Places like these should be closed. There were even leftovers of food from other guests inside the closet drawers. The photos exposed on the web have nothing to do with reality.

Upon arrival, the water in the bathroom was on and would not turn off and there was mold in the bathroom. When we called to the front desk to ask for a different room they were sold out so couldn’t move us and didn’t offer up an other suggestions for making this better. We called back down to see if they could come fix the issue and clean to get rid of the mold. They did try but were not successful.

Tub plumbing was substandard; no drain, no pressure or temperature balancing valve, tub and shower water ran simultaneously. The outside door locked but did not fit the threshold well.

The room was spotlessly clean and seemed to have been recently refurbished, everything except for the heater and tub and door was new but of the cheapest possible quality and not coordinated or comfortable; beds were too small for two people, desk was a tiny table. In contrast to the rooms, the walkways were filthy and ancient.

The air conditioner barely worked and wouldn’t cool the room (same with other guests in the lobby the morning after). Staff non-existent waiting on checkout. Belgian waffle batter watered down and only made a shell of a waffle (threw away after two bites). Staff seemed ambivalent to complaints.

The room looked like it had possibly been renovated recently. Nice bed, TV, bathroom ect. Found the air conditioner in room was outdated and didnt work well for extra hot temperatures in area. The room wasnt as clean as it could have been. There were some amenities listed that I did not see or find. Hotel is very close to the interstate and a lot of different other hotels and businesses so it is a little noisy. An hour before check out time house keeping kept kocking on the door asking if we wanted to stay again or were checking out. Even when told we were checkkng out. It didnt stop them from bothering us every 10 min to make sure we were checking out and almost done. I didnt appreciate that.

Tried to make me pay twice saying Expedia denied my card even though I showed him a receipt . After arguing he all of a sudden found that I paid. Also the room was filthy . I would bet they didn't change sheets just remade the bed. Also the breakfast was the worse I have ever had . The milk was spoiled and the selection was bleak at best .

This visit was terrible. Communication was poor and unfriendly. Room was hot and had an odor. The tv did not work. The water in the shower was cold. We only stayed one day if our trip and checked out at 7:30 am to leave. We did not have breakfast and when I checked out the person checking us out was confused about the things I told him and that we were leaving early. I asked that we not be charged for second night. He did not respond and just wrote our room number down. Did not talk any more and then walked away.

The rooms and check in were smooth however at my time of checkout was around 5am and the clerk had locked the automatic sliding door and had a red button beside of it as I pushed the button about 8 times and got no response I called the front desk from my cell phone and still received no answer and after 6 phone calls I began to knock on the door which angered the clerk he opens the door at this point and I tell him I’d like to check then began accusing me of breaking the door for knocking on the door

Property owner/manager was totally unprofessional with me when trying (after two days of no housekeeping) To get clean towels. She wanted to complain that they were wet and well-used (since That's all we had). Every job has frustrations. But she choose this career. If she can't handle it, sell the property to someone who can.

The floor in the room was filthy. After showering and putting on clean socks. Less than 2 hours later I was going to put my shoes and my white socks were completely black on the bottom. Luckily I brought an extra pair and changed and then immediately put my shoes on. Also as we were getting our things together ready to leave - checkout was 11am - the door opened at 10:45am and two staff members attempted to come inside. No knock on the door. Curtains were pulled shut still. I ran to door and asked if checkout was 11am. They yes. I said we have 15 minutes and shut the door. I’m absolutely shocked - and angered - that they walked in without knocking. This is an annual trip was us but a first time at this hotel. Will not be going back.

The property was old in need of repairs. Rotten wood on railings, stairs...refrigerator didn't work, did not respond to our call to get TV to work. We were told someone would be there in 10 minutes but they never came. Had to ask a 2nd time the next morning and was still not fixed when we returned in the afternoon. TV was set to Spanish language and offline. We finally figured how to set up ourselves to get Roku and get it online and connected to internet. Room was never made up. Breakfast eggs were cold. Marijuana smoke seemed like it was coming from room next door. I would give it no more than 2 stars. Would call it a Non-Quality Inn and Suites. Not sure where the suites were. Quality was very poor. Will never stay there again or recommend it to anyone. Almost seemed like a hotel with more of a long tern resident facility.

We had requested a room on lower level. Manager was no where around when we got there. He upgraded us to a King Bed which squeaked everytime you sat on it. We had to page him to come to the desk. He was very unfriendly.

We literally left and checked in to another hotel (even though the room non-refundable). For the price we paid, I would have expected it to be clean and to feel safe. It was not clean and definitely felt unsafe.

Felt a bit unsafe, and when we opened the door to our room - immediately smelled like smoke, that had been covered with cleaning products. The bedding even smelled like smoke. The waffles, gravy and even the orange juice were watered down, but the bagels were fine. Stayed two days because we didn't have a choice. The towels were clean, and the bed was comfortable but doubt i would ever stay again.

Pretty decent hotel that is surrounded by other "better" hotels I guess. Staff was friendly and the room was nice and clean. Shower felt amazing! I did not partake in the continental breakfast, but it did look very delicious! Not the best looking property, almost rough looking, however, it is saved by it\'s location. I would stay there again if in town.

Rented 2 rooms for 2 nights; internet photos of room deceptive, 2 beds were NOT double, beds would not comfortably sleep 2 adults; although checking in at 3:30 was told that first floor rooms were not and would not be available. I will not be staying at this property again. All they had for breakfast was eggs that looked runny, yogurt, and waffles. The breakfast area was dirty and unclean which made it so low. The Outside you could see water damage and water leaking. Also, the walking balcony did not feel save as it appeared to be old wood. There was bird droppings in the stairwell. Also, there was equipment left outside on the sidewalk not only causing the place to look like horrible. Almost every where you walked you could smell that people were smoking Marijuana in the rooms. The only thing descent about the place is that the room was mostly clean but we did have to unplug the alarm clock as it would not shut off or stop buzzing. At the price I was not expecting the greatest Hotel. But I have paid less for a lot better. It just seemed as if management did not care.

Toilet seat not affixed properly to commode,towel bar fell out on my foot as it was not properly installed, wooden walkway on 2nd floor had one board raised 3/4 " above surrounding boards. Did not eat breakfast there as there were only a few choices. I opted for the waffles . The premix waffle solution came out as a conco tion of grey and clear substance . Thus we completely abandoned the idea of eating breakfast there . I definitely will never frequent this hotel again.

Do not stay here! This is definitely not a “quality inn”, nor does it have any suites! This is an old Econolodge motel. The continental breakfast they provide is a combo of cold eggs, dry cereal, and stale bagels, and a broken waffle maker! There are 2 much nicer hotels right next to this place, pay a little more and choose one of those!

Poor service from person at desk. Room was purchase me as non-smoking but had terrible cigarette smell. Thought there was breakfast in the morning but that was not available. Nobody at desk to check out, so just left.

Warner Robyn they were rude I had to wait 30 minutes for them to even come to the desk when I got to the room the sink was falling off the shower curtain had blood on it it was disgusting there was no toilet paper there is no vending machine you have to buy canned soda for $2 at the desk the ice machine didn't work so she was dirty

Checked in at 9:00. Room had no towels or coffee. TV remote missing and desk said we couldn’t get one until 11:00. No one there to check us out in morning at 7:30 and no coffee was made.
