Booked this hotel for an overnight stay as we had a conference in Columbus lndiana. We will NOT stay here again! While the staff was friendly, the facility was not. First, a THREE STORY hotel with all interior rooms should have an ELEVATOR or at least let folks know in the description of the property that they do not. Handrail for the staircase was loose. The room itself was decent. But my brother found BEDBUGS in his bed when he woke up! Totally unacceptable!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Room was clean. The mattress was surprisingly comfortable. The cleaning staff very nice and thorough. Surprised to find usual amenities such as a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, desk in such a budget friendly motel. Plenty of outlets to recharge electronics. There is a decent continental breakfast served. Biggest negative is there is no elevator, no obvious entrance and room carpet smells stale. There needs to be a street sign where to turn into the parking lot. Also the smell of the cleaner used in the hallway is quite strong which may bother people with sensitive noses. Front desk personnel were very helpful. Good place to stay for a night or two and inexpensive.

Having had bad experiences such as poor cleanliness and odor with other cheaper places in that area, I was skeptical trying Super 8, but I was pleasantly surprised and happy with my stay! The room was spotless, bathrooms well stocked and clean, no residual odor in the room, and really good value for money. Definitely my go-to for cheap yet clean accommodation in future too.

On arrival, I noticed a used can of tobacco chew under the pillow room 320 they moved me to room 321 which was very dirty especially the sheets and blankets that were stained and it was too late to have the sheets changed. There was trash on the floor and hair all over the curtain from someone shaving in there. There was a used towel that was folded back up and out on the rack and the room smelled horribly of marijuana most likely from surrounding rooms. The bed was so uncomfortable to stay in not only due to the type of bed but not being about to sleep due to the unclean conditions. I was told if I cancelled I was going to be charged a nights cost of the room anyway and applicable fees so I had to stay there. I wanted to leave but due to the money I had to stay. I wish I could’ve gotten my money back but they weren’t budging on that and just kept saying sorry about the chew and unclean room condition. Very unhappy I won’t be back wish I had a refund nobody should have to stay in those conditions

Very bare basic room. Not even a pad of paper or pen! Not much covers/blanket on beds. I had to use blankets from both beds. Room/beds had evidence of bed bug treatment but no bugs were found. Floor was not real clean. LOTS of noice all night in rooms on 2nd floor(I was on 1st floor) sounded like people were moving furniture ALL night. The curtains on the window didn’t close all the way with a parking lot flood light right outside the window, needless to say…I hardly slept at all! The breakfast was basic and VERY limited options. Very disappointed! I’m glad I only had to stay one night!!

Friend & I stayed 2 nites, personal trip. Excellent hotel, newly up-dated, very fresh & clean, great staff, excellent breakfast, lots of hot water, all outlets worked, no repair conditions anywhere, cofffee & towels were replenished daily, so easy to check in and check out. And a very very reasonable price. Only 16 miles to Nashville, IN. Note: other hotels in Nashville had some very very negative reviews. Could not have been more pleased!! Thank you to this great hotel!!!

Bulletproof glass at the check in room should have been my first clue to not stay there. Refrigerator was grinding most of the night until I shut it off. Shower head was broken. Only redeeming factor was there was “food” nearby. No pictures or video of me swearing at the refrigerator at 1 am. AVOID!!

The price was great, at a discounted rate. The room was small, but had most everything we needed with a mini fridge/freezer and microwave. There was no closet and we needed more pillows, but the desk helped. The room looked clean, but the carpet felt sticky. Breakfast was great! More than we expected. It was a good location for food.

While it is not the quietest place due to its location, there are several restaurants within walking distance and a WalMart is near by as well. Room service comes daily if you need it or not, which is nice (she was super friendly as well). Would definitely stay here again, as we visit the area every couple years.

I was pleasantly surprised with this place! I just needed a quick one night stay for my road trip and not only was it less expensive than others in the area at the time, but it included a continental breakfast so I figured why not. I will say that the breakfast was minimal. The only things hot were waffles (which tasted very odd) and coffee. It was a Thursday night/Friday morning so maybe that’s why since it’s probably busier on the weekend, but that really didn’t bother me. I just needed a quick bagel and a coffee and I was fine. The room was clean. The AC worked great. The lobby smelled nice. Check-in was quick, easy, and pleasant. I’d definitely stay here again!

Room was clean. Bed comfy. Breakfast was good (better than expected). I knew this was going to be a very basic accommodation, so I was surprised to see a fridge and microwave. Good location for Columbus, and a good selection of restaurants nearby. My only bad experience was the smell of the common areas which was an overwhelming perfumy smell that I found disturbing. Once you're in your room awhile you don't notice it as bad. I had no lotion in my room, asked a staff member to fill or replace. He smiled and said he would, but that never happened. Not sure he understood me, but Walmart was close so I went and bought some there.

This room was for our employee, a bus driver, who had just dropped US Army Reserve troops at nearby Camp Atterbury. He needed his mandated 8 hour rest period before returning home. He stated that the front desk did not want him there because of parking the bus there. After his insistence they checked him in. He stated that the property was run down and smelled bad. We will not use this chain in the future.
