Embassy Suites by Hilton Albuquerque

The beds in our room definitely need to be replaced as when we sat on them or laid on them, there was very little support and we sunk in. Waste paper baskets were hard to find in our room and there was not one in the bathroom where it was needed.

This Hotel was very clean and we were greeted with the friendliest staff. Our room had alot of space and the amenities were a bonus! ten out of ten would recommend!!

Great stay overall. At check-in, they ask if we drove to the property. We said yes and the desk agent wrote on a small card and said “be sure to put this on your dash before midnight”. She didn’t mention they charge a parking fee that automatically comes out of the security deposit after you leave. Since they are being sneaky, and they don’t tow vehicles off their own lot, just tell them that you were dropped off by a rideshare service to avoid the charge. We’ve stayed at this property before, and did not disclose that we were parked on their lot and nothing happened to her vehicle.
