They need to change the elevators.. those are too old

They are in the middle of renovations so it wasn’t as clean and functioning as it should be. One elevator instead of two. Toilets flushed very slow.

Not clear whether the elevator was truly working. Unable to press the buttons reliably

The lobby did not have air conditioning. The temps outside were in the high 90's so when you came down to eat breakfast you dripped from head to toe with sweat.

It was nice as always just need to install an ice machine on 4 floor. Had to keep going to 3 floor for ice.

When we tried to check in, the power had just come back on. They were not able to provide room keys, so one of us always had to stay in the room if we went anywhere. The rooms were older, and the bathroom door was warped, would not stay open, and would not close. The fourth floor was under construction, which started early in the morning and could be heard in the room. Breakfast was appalling... Would not recommend this hotel unless you have no other choice.

Felt very unclean, there was 1 working elevator, which was questionable, there was no ac in the lobby and don't even ask about the continental breakfast. They ran out of hot food and had no fresh fruit. The yogurt was room twmp, inspite of getttubg from a fridge.

Was under renovation but elevator was scary, slow, and beat to hell. Room was impeccably clean though.

The staff was great - friendly and helpful. However, the property is currently under renovation. They did have signs up saying please just contact the desk if your room is too noisy or you want to be moved. However, a dumpster and materials/trash were literally at the front door of the hotel and elevators and hallways full of little pieces of construction debris. The one working elevator was very slow. The room, however, was immaculate.

We just needed a place to stop and sleep on a trip after driving 13 hours for the day. We didn’t want to spend a lot which was why we picked this place. Wish we would have spent 20 more and gotten a nicer place. Had stayed at many Fairfield Inns and bee pleased. They have always been updated and clean. This place was not. It is currently under construction. The front desk was nice and checked us in quickly. The state of the place is rough. Low popcorn ceilings everywhere. The room was hot and in poor condition. Old furniture and smelled. The bathroom was not clean and shower hardly worked. Both sink and shower drains were clogged and drained very slow.

While there good reviews which is the reason we booked, the hotel ended up being really dirty. The towels weren’t properly washed, the carpet felt like it had lingering mildew, and the breakfast was limited. Has potential but this property needs some major upgrades.

Toe nail clippings were on the floor. Walls and faucet dirty in bathroom.

Bee was extremely helpful during a swift check-in.. our room was spotless and beds were comfortable. There were no rugs in the room which I find much cleaner! Very nice stay

Room was untidy when we checked in. Food still in the fridge from the previous guest. The sleep sofa under the mattress were crumbs, coins, and dirt. Room 230 to be exact.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The toilet of the assigned room won’t flush but we were able to switch to another room quickly. The facility was dated and the floor we stayed had a strong smell of weed. Moreover, the bedding of one of the bed had blood looking spots.

I’ve stayed at other Fairfield Inns, but this one is by far the worst. The room had an unpleasant smell and wasn’t properly cleaned, the door didn’t lock automatically, the hallway appeared neglected, and the breakfast was terrible with many items unavailable. This hotel feels more like a Days Inn than a Fairfield Inn.

So this is the second time I’ve been here. I refused to come here after the last visit but I booked this hotel rather than the courtyard up the street that I like better. My last time here the elevators were out of whack. They finally fixed it I see. Check in was smooth this time. Our room was nice and spacious. AC was really good. Bathroom needed to be cleaned better. Found some hairs in the tub and toilet area. Our toilet was slowly leaking and leaving a puddle. Toilet takes some time to flush. It does look like they are renovating some areas of the hotel which is a plus and heading into the right direction compared to how it was my first visit. Also saw a little visitor on our floor.

The eggs and sausage patties during breakfast were great! The walls were really not sound proof so you could hear conversations next door. If the hotel is not at capacity, consider leaving a room in between free as a buffer.

The hotel was perfect for our long roadtrip. The rooms do need updating, they are very old, the carpet dirty. The staff was amazing!

Building is dated, rooms are fine, staff is very friendly.

HVOC in room sounded like an idling semi that clunked every time it turned on or off. Bathroom toilet ran continuously after flushing. Elevator controls required several strong button punches before engaging. We were there for only one night, checked in late and left early so not worth changing rooms or complaining to staff at the time. Would not stay there again. Choose this hotel after viewing online and satisfactory stays in other cities. Photos showed were nice but reality is it was lipstick on a pig. Staff were only bright spot. Very polite and friendly.

Every thing is fine except I can hear voice from next room voice very loudly.

The room was very clean although it had a musty smell. The king bed was super comfortable. The pull out sofa mattress was too thin tho. My 2 teen daughters liked that there was 2 TVs with streaming services. The breakfast area was nice and spacious, food was varied and plenty. We really liked the breakfast hours and the check out time as we didn't felt rushed. It was a good stay and a great place.

Check in was fine however we were not told that our rooms would not be cleaned. When we asked for additional towels and wash cloths over the phone the employee was very dismissive and told us to find housekeeping and ask for the items. This is ridiculous especially because she did not speak good English.

I had a stroke in their lobby on Sunday night. The clerk just stared at me while I was having the stroke and did nothing. Now the hotel is refusing to refund my pre-paid reservation regardless if I was taken from their driveway in an ambulance. Very disturbing behavior from a business owner when confronted about the situation. I just got out of the hospital yesterday evening and now have to worry about this... do not stay here.

Arrived at 9:15 pm expecting to check in and get to bed right away for early morning start. Room not ready b/c wasn’t clean yet???. Isn’t check in time like 4 pm. Had to wait 45 minutes for our room. Elevator didn’t work (wires sticking out of panel). The poor woman at front desk bore the brunt of several angry guests. There was no manager on duty to help her. Do NOT stay here.

Fray at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful. We checked in in the middle of the night and she made us feel right at home. Would defiantly stay again next time we're in the area.

We were forced to cancel our stay, at the last minute, due to flight disruptions and airport chaos from the government shut down. The property refused to consider these unprecedented circumstances and charged us for all 3 days.

The check-in was quick and easy. The amount of the hold stayed $50 on the credit card yerminal but the hold was actually $70. The walls are paper thin so you hear everything. I asked for more towels and washcloths and was told to just find housekeeping on my floor and ask for them. The woman did not speak English and was trying to tell me I should go to the front desk. This was very annoying and fresh towels should be automatically brought to the room each day especially since you're too sorry to clean the room daily. The beds were comfortable at least.

THIS HOTEL STEALS FROM ITS CUSTOMERS AND LIES. I left behind a priceless, irreplaceable teddy bear belonging to a family member. Over the past 3 days I have spoken to 5 different people who have all given me the same answer: we will let you know if anything shows up. IF. IF. IT\'S AT YOUR HOTEL. FIND IT. I have spoken to Lily twice over the phone and each time she has given me different answers. I asked her on Saturday if she could transfer me to a manager. "No that cannot be done." How about a housekeeping manager or supervisor? She told me she doesn\'t have that ability. Another customer left a review stating she asked to speak to a housekeeping supervisor and was transferred. Lily was dismissive, rude, and acted like she had zero time or interest to assist me in getting my property back that is at her hotel. She told me she could not ask the housekeepers if they found anything because different people work on different days. Nothing but lies. No one from management has reached out. I am truly appalled how a hotel has zero interest in helping someone get their property back that is at their hotel.

Was in a great location, had everything that is needed. Was very clean.

Convenient location and easy access. Some areas could use sprucing up. Female staff very friendly, male staff just about did the basics. Free bkfst awesome but having to find a restaurant on a stormy night after hours driving was annoying. Snack availability with the usual processed foods. Room was comfortable and clean, bulk toilet items in shower a plus.

Room is pretty big. Cleanliness is ok. But the hotel is quite old. The complimentary breakfast is a joke. Besides the rubbish bin is full, all the food trays and coffee pots are empty.

Room was comfortable. Bathroom was adequate with excellent water pressure. Breakfast was okay. Coffee was fine and bagel was great. Eggs not the best. But there were many options. Parking area seemed safe. And I appreciate no hidden fees. Too many hotels are charging for parking.

They had watered down waffle batter the first day. It was not good. They did replace it for next day

the building superficially looked great, but was sort of run down, especially thee elevators which were actually scary. Breakfast is a nice gift, but the hot food was terrible
