There were some property issues while we were there-the elevator couldn’t be called to the 3rd floor, pipes broke in the pool due to sub-freezing temperatures. While those issues didn’t affect our stay, there were other guests who were affected. Staff was great, breakfast was plentiful and varying

Our room was not very clean. The staff, although friendly, hallowed homeless people to sleep in a corner of the lobby. When guest tried to talk to staff about it they gaslit them saying that did not happen.

This hotel is tough one to rate because location (proximity to shopping & restaurants) & front desk staff were excellent, while the complimentary breakfast buffet, hotel amnenities, suite floorplan w/double bedroom, double bath, living room w/kitchen & onsite parking w/proximity to room were very nice. However, housecleaning was simply terrible which forced most guest suites to place their smelly bags of trash & soiled towels in the hotel hallway corridor daily in this portion of hotel wing. I counted at least 10 adjacent guests rooms doing this daily which was wierd because I've never experienced or seen this before in my lifetime & I'm a senior. This forced me every two days to personally walk to front desk to requests toilet paper, towels, & trash bags since I had 7 people in my 2 bedroom suite. My repeated requests for very light housekeeping for every other day (not needed daily), which only req'd trash removal, toilet paper, & fresh towels because we made our beds & straighten-up the suite before leaving hotel early every morning in order to make funeral arrangements for family member which was the reason for this hotel stay. My requests were documented @front desks w/very pleasant & professional staff provided supplies & removed room trash. Housekeeping only did light cleaning on 2nd day (Sat) during entire week & she was nice, but I never seen her again. Once I returned to hotel @night, discovered nothing completed during bal of week. Last, all matresses poor quality

Check-in was great with the front desk staff being very helpful and kind. I didn’t have much contact with any of the other staff but there were cobwebs in almost every corner of my room and I just feel like for such a high price it should be clean. On the last day I ended up with severe food poisoning where I was transported to the hospital and the hotel refused to extend my stay charging me for another night although I did check out by 6 PM they still continue to charge me for the other night I was at the hospital and was just asking for a late check out until I could get back. I could understand charging someone for another night if they could control leaving or not but I had no control over what happened to me. There was no offer to pick me up at the hospital when I was discharged and I had no idea they even had a van for that, I know this is extenuating circumstances but I just wasn’t impressed with their helpfulness around it.

The hotel is a little outdated and there was a smell in the hallways. There were several things broken in the room that needed attention like the bathroom doors not closing due to the hinges falling off. Our room's air conditioner didn't work, but they were quick to check it and move us into a different room. Staff was friendly and prompt.

Overall spacious room, kitchenette amenities were great and cleanly, LOVE all the Dove bottles on walls to limit toiletries. Thermostat was difficult to use, temps drops after a few hours needing to “wake” system up to continue heat. Doors do not shut normally, needs “lifting” to latch… of directions were available ok if not perfect, would have been more helpful.

I’ll keep it short. No wifi at New Year’s Eve and 2 days after. An outage for the whole hotel. I went downstairs and asked for housekeeping that day while I was out. They said yes. Housekeeping never came. It was awful and the hotel is usually good

This was a trip for a few days to visit friends and family. The king bedroom and queen bedroom suite was so comfortable and spacious. The four-year-old grandson had room to play, enjoyed the pool daily. Breakfast was of good quality and variety of choices. All the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I could have just relaxed in the suite for the entire visit it was that comfortable.

I stayed at Staybridge for two nights just to relax and decompress. While the staff was very friendly and breakfast had a nice variety of options, a few things made it hard to fully enjoy our stay. Our main plan was to enjoy the pool and watch some good movies, but the TV and remote made that nearly impossible. The TV service was through DirecTV, which was extremely frustrating—some channels had no signal, and the guide only showed channel numbers and network names, not what was actually playing. The “info” button didn’t work at all, so we couldn’t even find out what we were watching. The remote was also in poor condition—very slow to respond, and the buttons were so faded that I could barely read them. My eyesight isn’t what it used to be, so this was especially frustrating. On top of that, we had trouble getting the room temperature comfortable. The air conditioner seemed to only have two settings—either too cold or too warm. This was meant to be a quick reset for us, and while we appreciated the friendly staff and breakfast, the poor TV setup and uncomfortable room temperature really took away from the relaxing experience we were hoping for. The place was a bit run down and looked like it could use a bit of freshening up but thats not want was important to me. The fact that we could not enjoy a movie was very frustrating, it was meant as reset mini vacation. I was very disappointed. The rooms are not cheap and I expect everything to be working properly and it was not.

Apparently the security hold is $250 on the weekends. We weren’t informed until check in. I was double charged. They literally charged $700 and told me it could take up to 10 days to come back to me. The girl at the front desk was unbelievably unhelpful. We killed atleast 2 inside our room during our one night stay. None of the clocks had been changed from daylights savings.

What a pleasant surprise this hotel was for us! From check-in to check-out and everything in between, we found it to be a great experience. We had the flexibility to extend our stay, and we certainly didn't hesitate with our choice of staying here another night. The change was quickly made for us. We appreciate the assistance in making that change.

Check-in was great with the front desk staff being very helpful and kind. I didn’t have much contact with any of the other staff but there were cobwebs in almost every corner of my room and I just feel like for such a high price it should be clean. On the last day I ended up with severe food poisoning where I was transported to the hospital and the hotel refused to extend my stay charging me for another night although I did check out by 6 PM they still continue to charge me for the other night I was at the hospital and was just asking for a late check out until I could get back. I could understand charging someone for another night if they could control leaving or not but I had no control over what happened to me. There was no offer to pick me up at the hospital when I was discharged and I had no idea they even had a van for that, I know this is extenuating circumstances but I just wasn’t impressed with their helpfulness around it.

Staff at this location treated us well, were always friendly, and made us feel so welcome. The design of our suite was SO practical, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and kitchen. The breakfast was included and always fresh. Recommend this hotel, easy to access Philly and local attractions.

This hotel is tough one to rate because location (proximity to shopping & restaurants) & front desk staff were excellent, while the complimentary breakfast buffet, hotel amnenities, suite floorplan w/double bedroom, double bath, living room w/kitchen & onsite parking w/proximity to room were very nice. However, housecleaning was simply terrible which forced most guest suites to place their smelly bags of trash & soiled towels in the hotel hallway corridor daily in this portion of hotel wing. I counted at least 10 adjacent guests rooms doing this daily which was wierd because I've never experienced or seen this before in my lifetime & I'm a senior. This forced me every two days to personally walk to front desk to requests toilet paper, towels, & trash bags since I had 7 people in my 2 bedroom suite. My repeated requests for very light housekeeping for every other day (not needed daily), which only req'd trash removal, toilet paper, & fresh towels because we made our beds & straighten-up the suite before leaving hotel early every morning in order to make funeral arrangements for family member which was the reason for this hotel stay. My requests were documented @front desks w/very pleasant & professional staff provided supplies & removed room trash. Housekeeping only did light cleaning on 2nd day (Sat) during entire week & she was nice, but I never seen her again. Once I returned to hotel @night, discovered nothing completed during bal of week. Last, all matresses poor quality

The staff went out of their way to help me, especially the clerk at the check-in desk. The breakfast is very nice, they have a good variety of things to choose from. This is the second time I've stayed there and although it's a little different than 3 years ago, I would go back for sure.

We waited an entire month to receive our deposit back. During that time, we made multiple calls and were repeatedly given misleading information, including assurances that the refund was being processed when it was not. We even escalated the issue to corporate, but it ultimately took intervention from our bank to recover the funds. This level of service is unacceptable and extremely frustrating. The condition of the room and overall experience were equally disappointing. Basic amenities were poorly maintained, with broken soap dispensers at the sink and missing handles on drawers. The kitchen was under construction, making breakfast chaotic and inconvenient. Seating was very limited and filled up quickly, and taking food back to the room was difficult due to the small plates provided. After years of traveling, this was by far the worst hotel experience I have had.

Good value. My wife and daughter all stayed together so we went for the two bedroom two bath apartment excellent choice and we all had our own space. Research the location to be sure it’s suited for you. Close to 295 highway, close to route 38, route 70, and on route 73. We were not expecting much for breakfast so it was better than expected. Good coffee as well.
