Room was noisy. Could hear people in the next room cough or sneeze and smell their coffee brewing. The neighbor on the other side played loud bass thumping music sometimes until after midnight. Then would sit in their car outside our room window with the car running and still playing loud music. Did not get much sleep during our week long stay. Beds were lumpy, bathroom was tiny, room temperature varied greatly. There were 2 doors in this room. Both doors were difficult to open and close as they stuck. The door to the parking lot looked like it had been previously kicked in and the deadbolt was unusable as it no longer aligned.

There was an odor so strong we ended up having to go to another hotel nearby. Might have been whatever they use to clean, but it triggered my sinuses to the point I was congested enough I was afraid I would end up with a migraine. The friend I was with a d I have traveled together for years, and she can attest I'm a usually easy person to travel with... Nothing like this has ever happened to me. Staff was very helpful in issuing a refund, but worth checking it out before signing anything. We left our stuff there during a concert and I could still smell it ony clothes when I got home. Super shame, but I guess you get what you pay for. Extra star for staff cooperation, but unfortunately would never book there again.
