Very nice room, the place had a nice walkable layout, we used the fire pit, the pool was heated, close to several restaurants and lots of good motorcycling roads.

Beautifully landscaped and great outdoor heated pool. The staff bent over backwards to make our check in and stay enjoyable from start to finish. Will definitely return.

Coffee maker, mini fridge, balcony to enjoy drinking the coffee. Nice pool, breakfast included.

The staff were lovely and opened the pool a bit early for my son, they were attentive and the breakfast options were great for the continential breakfast. The pool was clean and tidy around it, my son really enjoyed swimming and splashing about. The room was spacious and the kitchenette furnished with a few pots and pans, plates and cutlery for our use. The room was clean and the bathroom spacious.

Good and clean. Laundry on site was a plus.

Nice property, staff was friendly, and having a private hot tub in the mountains was top tier. Overall 5 stars.

I like the property because it is well-maintained and they offer a free breakfast, and they also have a pool table in the recreation center

Great location for hiking in the white mountains, Storyland & North Conway. Heated pool is small but awesome for a dip after hiking. Continental breakfast was good (make your own waffles, eggs, sausage type) & coffee better than expected! Wound up using the washer and dryer for a few loads which I hadn't planned on doing but was nice to have the option! Stayed 2 nights.

Our room was large with jacques and gas fireplace. The view from our room was beautiful, with mountain. The outside pool was heated and so clean. There was picnic tables and grills to use. We will stay there again.

This hotel was in a beautiful area, and the pictures of the place were good, but deceiving. Our rooms had an odd smell, the beds were not comfortable, our bathroom was obviously not clean when we arrived, but cleaned promptly when it was brought to management’s attention. Our tv didn’t work very well. The pool was small, but very clean. The breakfast was good, lots of options.

Nice place to stay for a few nights room clean but bathroom small . Bathroom had signs of mold on the ceiling.

From the outside a very beautiful maintained property, inside it is a bit disappointing. Room had a very intense bad smell. Carpet& furniture covered with stains. Bathroom wasn’t really clean, breakfast was ok. Owners have been nice. To expensive for what you get! Would not come back.

The room was small, damp and smelled of humidity. There were dead bugs on the floor and stains on the walls. There was also mold in the bathroom and hair in the bathtub. Overall it felt grimmy and we were happy to only be staying 1 night to sleep and leave quickly. Needs upkeep and updating.

When we first got in the room , first thing we noticed was the bed sheets had all stains on it. It was gross. The house keeper made the bed next day and same dirt marks on the sheets. Towels had dirt marks. There were tons of fruit flies all in the bathroom. When we went on the porch, there were three bee hives and wasps everywhere. Couldn't even enjoy the balcony. Breakfast was complimentary, which was nice but the food was not good and barely cooked. I would not recommend this place. They had many complaints of dirty sheets and not clean rooms. complimentary which was nice

I've stayed here a few years ago and had a much better experience. This time my room was so dirty. Carpet was dirty with a lot of road salt near beds and furnishings. I lifted the sheets and the mattress protectors were both stained with gross yellow stains. Sliding door to balcony had a ton of dirty hand/finger prints on it, obviously no attempt at cleaning it after last guest. Bathroom was dirty with a long black hair and white stuff (toothpaste?) on the vanity. Bathroom sink faucet was dirty with toothpaste in it. Dirty brown drip of something on the bathroom light switch, obviously not wiped down. Shower curtain had black smudges on it. Toilet paper holder was broken and shower controls were detached from the shower itself and were loose. Unfortunately it was late when I arrived and had nowhere else to go. Next moring I went to the office around 8:30. Nobody was there. Had to call the phone. A lady answered, I obviously woke her up. She mumbled something about coming right out. I waited and a few minutes later a lady came out from in back lookig disheveled in wrinkled pajamas. Clearly she was sleeping in a back room and not happy about being woken. I explained what I found, she didn't seem to really be concerned about my experience but cooly offered to switch rooms, but honestly I had no confidence any of the other rooms were going to be clean after seeing this one. I don't mind places that are super basic and aren't fancy, but this place was just....gross.

We loved the location, which was very convenient for our trip while also being quiet and relaxing. The room was very comfortable as was the bed. We found the laundry facilities very affordable and the staff was very kind. Breakfast options were the same each day but offered enough variety to not get too tired of it. Our room was on the first floor and we felt like the ceiling wasn’t insulated enough (the people upstairs seemed to make a lot of noise just walking around), so bear that in mind if you’re a sensitive sleeper. Also, we had a lot of problems with the internet, even for checking social media, so beware if you need to work.

This property was a couple miles from the town central, avoiding the crowds. It has pleasant grounds, with several smaller buildings containing six separate rooms. The 'free' breakfast was very basic with prepackaged sweet rolls, cold cereal, fruit and yogurt. AC/heater unit was a little older and noisy.

Lower floor room in separate building was very noisy (inconsiderate people upstairs stomping around; walls also not soundproof so we could hear people on both sides very clearly). Unfortunate as location, cleanliness, etc all good

We liked being away from the town and major highway. The room was large and comfortable. The parking lot was quite icy, but ice was everywhere we went, so this was understandable. Definitely would recommend this place.

Affordable, decent breakfast, beds are comfy and room was spacious. We've stayed here before and the room was nice, I believe it had a wood-look tile floor throughout. This time we were in a basement level room under the main office and the odor was unpleasant, like stale smoke maybe. Both my wife and I woke with allergy issues due to it, every time we left and came back to the room it was overpowering and unpleasant. The communal spaces and bathroom smelled clean of strong disinfectant.

Wi-Fi was spotty, very slow speeds. Quality of the cable for tv was bad

The state was great the room was great for the most part. Upon arrival get into the room want to open the windows because it was beautiful out and window wouldn't open from the bottom so I opened tried to open it from the top and the window came down with all its weight onto my fingers thought I broke them, other window didn't work either top that off it was no cable just analog. So we watched our shows from our phone. But it was a nice place nice view. I asked ahead of time if there was something they could do for a birthday stay anything and they said there was nothing they could do unless I ordered stuff and had it dropped off they would put it in the room before we came other than that yeah Priced Right and very clean

I would not recommend, my room smelled like cigarette smoke very badly even though it was a non smoking room. It seemed like they try to clean the smell out but was just left with a chemical cigarette smell. I had to call them late at night due to the fact we didn’t get into our hotel room until then. The man was very rude and unprofessional due to the fact that I had called late at night. He then started arguing with me when I told him that I couldn’t stay in said hotel room due to the smell. He did offer me another room but that room smelled the same as the first room. Ended up leaving this hotel that night and had to find another.

This is my fourth trip staying at this property, the gentleman at the desk was welcoming. Very accommodating as in midst of a winters storm on Thanksgiving Day and allowed 3 hour early checkin. These are the reasons we keep returning - customer service, cleanliness, attractive grounds and close proximity to shopping. Thank you!

After a long day of hiking on Mt Washington, we decided to look for a hotel in the Jackson area instead of driving back home. We were due to arrive late and the front desk staff called us to arrange check in. The owners obviously take pride in their property and we found it to be clean and well kept. The free breakfast was a nice surprise. Highly recommended!

Clean room, enjoyed the fireplace and I really appreciated the phone call from the staff following up re: my late check in. That made all the difference! Thank you!

The noise from the room upstairs was very disturbing. It was so loud! The prices were reasonable, and the breakfast was adequate. The rooms were very small. The pool was heated and nicely maintained. We were overcharged, and I am still trying to get a refund for the “extra guest“ which we did not have.

I just want to say thanks to the friendliest staff. Very clean and quiet, but yet close to everything. And for once final a pool that stay open late!!!! I will definitely be visiting again ☺️

We felt uncomfortable and unwelcome here. The manager/owner walks around looking angry with the guests and staff.

Great location for accessing various outdoors locations in the White Mountains. Easy parking and staff very accommodating for late check-ins and so on.

This seems to be a small, family-owned business. The rooms are a bit dated, but clean. Staff was very friendly. We stayed three nights, and after the first night, housekeeping did not seem to visit our room while we were away for the day. We had to go to the desk and ask for new towels that night. My kids complained the pool was dirty with sand and grass clippings at the bottom. Beautiful setting and landscaping. Breakfast included waffle maker, eggs, sausage, cereal, pre-packaged muffins and danishes, and yogurt

One night stay. Clean. Quiet. Staff were nice. Continental Breakfast was bagels, yogurt, cereal, waffles. Coffee and tea. It was cold upon arrival to unit. Had to call staff to figure out how to to turn up heat. 3 different knobs but it did warm up after an hour.

Small area for eating. Waiting for table.

Only there for a night but clean room, excellent breakfast. Would definitely book again when I'm in the Intervale area.

Very nice hotel. The breakfast was decent, the pool was clean and nice. My only complaint would be that the pillows were not comfortable at all. Other than that, a very nice place. We only stayed one night, but I would definitely stay again.
