Great place to stay. It was exactly what we needed. Our son was getting married in Brookings and we needed a place where our family and grandparents could stay together. This property worked perfectly. We enjoyed the ping pong table as well.

7 family members stayed 4 nights as we watched our son/grandson/brother/nephew play his last college baseball games. The house was perfect for us. Convenient to campus, ball field, meals, and stores. Hot tub was hot and perfect after sitting in wind and cold at the ball games. Nice living / dining area to sit and visit. Molly, our host was helpful and responsive. All in all, a very nice visit
