Outdated, dirty hotel. Pool had scum on the bottom. I found hair in my bed and the shower upon arrival. Staff was unfriendly, except when it came to processing my credit card. Luckily my wife was not with on this trip, or we would have had to leave.

The man said there was no reservation took payment from a different card . We got in the room there was garbage in the refrigerator. The pool wasn't working. It was closed. The floors were not vacuumed. I do not want to be charged for this room we left and didn't stay. The shower didn't work the screw was out of the door handle. We kept hearing a beeping sound next door.

Great difficulty to check in no one available at front desk waited for someone to check us in 20 mins. No water in the pool. Terrible smell. Do not recommend this hotel.

The pool is dirty and said closed on the door however when calling the staff did say the pool was open. It was not filtering and I would not risk allowing my kids to swim there. The main reason i booked the hotel was for the price and the hot tub. We only stayed 1 night instead of 2 because of it. The breakfast was also very poorly set up and had very little options. I could not eat there.

Rooms was very nice and clean. Everything else seemed a bit run down but if my room is nice and clean I don't mind. Felt safe except for back door not locking, I prefer only room key access.to the motel for added safety.

Back door did not lock, indoor pool and spa was not in working condition, right beside a train track which train went through twice that night and blew its whistle several times each time, went to get breakfast at 7:45 and no food was available and no workers anywhere to ask

DO NOT STAY HERE. Black mold, wallpaper peeling, sheets stained, smells bad. literally was nothing good to mention. pool looked disgusting. foamy and green, yet still open. the whole place smells like mildew and there was mold in the bathroom.

The place needs a whole new look. Carpets were dirty, towels had dirt and makeup on them. There was either dried blood or rust on the walls and curtains. The hallways were dingy at best. The back door should get locked and have to use a key but youre easily able to get in and out of that door. Staff was ok, but not exactly friendly. Also acted as if we were inconveniencing them when asking for clean towels. Had to go to Walmart and get blankets as the bedding didnt seem clean.

It’s nothing fancy. Cheap overnight stay and gets the job done. If you bring dogs, there is a $10 fee per night for each dog. The hot tub ruined my swim suit by discoloring it. Was pretty disappointed. So use caution. Other than that, beds were comfortable and not a lot of noise up and down the hallways.

Lots of bugs in my room and stains on the bedding and chair. Bathroom was not cleaned as there was still chunks of hair on the shower walls. Overall the room needed to be cleaned a lot better.

The building is just outdated and needs some repairs. Pool and whirlpool would be nice if they were actually usable.

Cigarette burns on the sheets. Restroom door almost touches the toilet. Restroom door doesn’t open completely. I forgot to get a picture of the main door but it was pretty much destroyed. They tried to use wood glue to hold it together. I had to slam the door for it to close.

Friendly staff. They had heat turned up in the room which was MUCH appreciated during the extreme cold spella! Right next to railroad tracks but wasn't loud with the room fan on

First off i rented 5 rooms in the same booking i canced 4 kept one. Everything was updated and correct on Hotels.com but they canceled all the rooms. Luckily they had a room left and gve me a suit for the price i booked for. They owners were very nice. The hotel had garbage piled outside the main entrance and the entry by the stairs was filled with stuff. The room was clean and comfortable. Strange though when we got to the top of the stairs outside the door of the first room was 6 pairs of work boots all lined ip.

The room was pretty clean but the door would not lock and no one would come and get it fixed so we could not leave the room at all for supper or to use the pool.

The bad thing was there was old appliances in the hallways and the door to my room had to manually be unlocked with the real key not a key card. So wasnt able to leave without leaving door proped open or hoping staff was there to open it again.

No one at check in counter, my key cards and a paper sitting on the counter along with a paper asking if I had a dog. Pool under maintenance with no warning ahead of time. Only one outlet by the window worked. For breakfast, Juice machines sitting on the counter that don't work. Cereal, toast with jelly and a waffle maker. Room was pretty clean, beds weren't horrible, pretty quiet area, toilet wasn't bolted to the floor.

It’s an old hotel, but it was clean and the guy that checked us on late at night was kind. Not much offered for breakfast, but I didn’t expect much. I’ve stayed at far worse. Decent for an old and dated hotel, as long as you lower your expectations you won’t be disappointed.

There were so many things wrong with this stay. If you can get past the overwhelming smell, the rooms don't suck (for the price point), but the customer service is laughable. The highlight for me was returning after a long day (the second of a 2-night stay) and my key not working. I stood at the front desk for more than 20 minutes. First, I tried calling, hoping the phone was connected to a cordless carried by the desk clerk. Nothing. Called the number on the sign from the lobby phone, but nothing. Knocked on the glass hoping someone on the other side of the door would come out, nothing. During my wait, a second guest came who was also locked out of a 2nd-night stay. A third guest, needing to check in joined us in our wait. When the owner FINALLY returned from outside, she told me that my key was "not her problem" and said it was my fault, and she "knew" I put it next to my phone and ruined it. (the key was kept in the sleeve the entire time and most definitely not on my phone) A simple "sorry for the inconvenience, let me rekey that for you" would have been the appropriate response. The dismissal and accusations seemed to come to her so easily that I'm sure I wasn't the first to experience her stellar customer service. Yes, it's cheap, but just spend the extra $20 and stay anywhere else in town.

I was unable to check in or stay in the room that I had booked because there was NO STAFF to check me in! I had to go find another hotel to stay in.

The management was very unfriendly

This hotel is rundown and in need of updating. The guy that checked us in was drunk. He was slurring his words. That isnt the worse part. When my boyfriend woke up the next morning, he was covered in bites. The hotel had bed bugs. Thankfully, we didnt bring them home with us. Awful experience.

This hotel is run down. The pool was disgusting. The hotel had an oder. They tried to mask it by putting car fresheners in the heating air conditioner. First morning no breakfast. Second morning they put 2 loves of bread out, a bag of bagels, cereal looked stale. A bottle of sunny Dee and Hawaiian Punch. The bed sheets were worn.

Pool was cold,hot tub was barely warm and so chlorinated it ruined our swimsuits! Our room was in need of repair but clean. NO breakfast served at all! There was a place for food. We were there at the posted time but no staff to assist and everything was empty. No equipment was even turned on.
