Amazing breakfast and the kids had a blast in the pool. Super helpful staff as well.

Bathrooms are very very small. Tv didn't work right in one of the rooms

Check the website before you make reservations either with the hotel or on Expedia because the pool is closed and it’s not always stated on other websites Staff was amazing

Waterpark was closed and wasn’t notified until after I already booked the room

On the drive to hotel I received a message water park and pool was closed. I told them I wanted to cancel and asked for a refund. NO REFUND NO RESPONSE we were going here just for a get away for the kids to literally go swimming and relax that’s all I’ve heard of this happening often at this hotel and think not issuing a refund when a major amenity isn’t available is unacceptable!
