More than comfortable! Great easy to find, quiet location. Great Wifi, and service. Breakfast tasted great!

No bar as advertised....tv didn't work ...was switched to a double queen room dried lipstick on one of the bed comfoters

Extra clean hotel. On the website, it said the hotel had a bar and restaurant but it doesn’t. Don’t let that stop you. There’s a great Mexican restaurant right next door.

As a truck driver they had enough parking for me to have truck and trailer there in site. The front desk people were awesome in general. If ever passing through I will stop again.

The hotel itself was clean & peaceful. My problem was with Expedia. The website said it was an indoor pool & it wasn't then it was close. If I known that I would have not paid $200 just to sleep in a room. The breakfast wasn't even free, it was 3.99/person

Overall, great stay. I really enjoyed the hotel, has a nice vibe. The only negative was the pool was not open, not in season. Wow, April in Mississippi feels like pool season to me, somewhat disappointing. But overall great stay, super nice staff especially at breakfast :)

This property was described as having a bar and grill and an outside pool, that's why we chose it. When we got there we were told the bar and grill was no longer open and the pool had just a couple of chairs that weren't broken.

Two things really pathetic: the front desk was "all out of water" when I tried to purchase some - tons of soda, but not one single water to buy - how do you run out of water? AND you have to pay for the breakfast in the morning - really?!?!? Pay for the swill you guys serve? Cancelled our return trip through V\'burg to stay somewhere else.

Check in was easy, staff was friendly, premises were neat and clean, area was quiet. All amenities worked properly, and the room was comfortable.

This property seemed old and not very well kept. It teally needs some updating. The beds and linens were clean but the carpets felt gross and dirty.

The first room they assigned was filthy and there were no linens on the bed. When I went to the front desk, the staff member responded with “you are sh*^+#ing me” - our second room was not a king bed as reserved and the bathroom was not clean. The facility is dirty, carpet is nasty.

I have stayed at this project before and had a great overall experience. I was disappointed to see roaches in my bathroom.

Hotel was dirty need to replace stained furniture and clean the carpet and bathroom was crusty will not stay at this location again .Staff was nice just cleanliness was gross

There were big cockroaches in my room. When I went to tell the stamp Cheryl, she beloved at me too, another guest by stating they won’t harm you. She laughed with the other guests and did not take my concern. Well, it was very dismissive when I asked for the manager, she showed me where to get the card instead of getting it for me then pulled on her name tag and say her name was Cheryl The second room she put me in the TV did not work and she had no concern but I stayed there until I got the service. I deserve by the way, which I never received. She did put me into another room at the end of the hall. I was finally in place by midnight to go to sleep, knowing I was leaving in the morning, headed back to Florida. She was very nonchalant and did not take my concern. Seriously, I have a phobia when it comes to bugs, but her position is they’re not gonna get me that they are just water bugs. As often as myself and my family stays there, I am very upset with the service I receive. The dismissiveness let me see that Cheryl didn’t care and to have a conversation with another guest about the bugs in my presence is highly unprofessional. I have never had a problem at the hotel even when I slipped in the shower because the slip mat was not there. I chose not to make a claim or note on the hotel and told the staff who was very friendly that I was OK. to have this relationship with the Hotel and then get treated like this is unacceptable. I will be back the week of Thanksgiving and hop

08/29/2025 So we arrive and get room 105, walked in and automatically get hit with mildew and mold toxic smell. I’m like okay well maybe it will go away, yeah right. The tv was broke we couldn’t watch tv so I said let’s go up front. We go up front and told her tv is broke and it smells bad. She said I can move you. She moved us to 111, walked in and the smell was not nearly as bad but the entire carpet was wet/damp. The shower had mold on the walls where you caulk and the bathroom didn’t even have an exhaust fan to suck the steam out or anything. The phone was broken and there was dirty stained curtains. The ac unit barely worked but I just drove almost 500 miles I’m ready to go to bed and leave. I woke up and instantly was coughing wheezing and searched for my meds, which I have for my lungs. I forgot my inhaler at home luckily I didn’t need it. We left before checkout at 730am it was terrible!!! Do not recommend

Second night of traveling and this is the same hotel we stayed at but different city. Completely different experience from last room. The first Holiday Inn was amazing. Zero complaints and completely comfortable. Just as soon as we walked into this room I knew it was different. Room has a horrible smell, didn’t want to take my shoes off, door was dirty, even a huge difference in size and age of TV and just seems very old. I paid about $60/$70 more here too!

Our stay was okay. Our room key didn’t work. Went to service desk multiple times to get it reactivated every time we entered the room. The air conditioner was soooo loud I couldn’t sleep. The beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and very nice.

Extremely rundown and not what one would expect from a $150 a night Holiday Inn. Lights not working, TV remote not working, TV was 15-20 years old and room had very odd oder.

Broken furniture, the air unit wasn’t working properly nor was the fridge. Things were just in poor condition, which makes it seem dirty. Have stayed at this hotel for years when I visit family. Will not be booking again. The last few times have been under par and this time was the last. Disappointed.

Great service and a great location, but our room was definitely in need of an upgrade. The carpet and drapes were old and worn. The room itself was comfortable, but it needed to be updated.

Front desk guy is awesome. Everything is clean. Except the carpet is old. In my room needs new carpet

The king room was spacious though the bathroom was a tad on the small side for someone who is 6’2. Otherwise it was a great room.

Hotel was very nice, employees were not very friendly but were helpful.

Enjoyed my one-night stay while in town for a church event. Staff was courteous, professional and helpful. Property was clean and well maintained. Would stay at this property again if the opportunity arises.

Room was far from what you would expect from a Holiday Inn… Room and facilities were not as clean as you expect…. But what topped it off was we were led to believe the breakfast was free…. Not the case however…. They charged us for the breakfast…. We frequently go through I 20 corridor to visit relatives in NC and TN…. We will not be staying at this facility again….

We paid 189 dollars for a room and it's pretty crappy that we had to pay for breakfast , should of been included with our stay
