After a 24 hour delay on our European flight, it was great to have a place to stay with airport shuttle. The local train service had a stop within walking distance that allowed us to have a day trip into Philadelphia and then to the airport for our evening flight

Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. The free shuttle to the airport and free breakfast and overall price were all big positives, as was being able to leave our car there for a reasonable price while out of town. The rooms need updating. Lots of stains on the carpets and in the shower areas. They are renovating, so I would recommend this place for overall value.

Great place to stay if flying out next morning. Shuttle was great - driver is super friendly and loves his job! Got me to the airport quickly. Cheapest place anywhere to leave your car while away! First time going here and will definitely go again!!!

Staff were very pleasant. But floor was under major renovation and the cold water main was off so only had hot water. Couldn’t shower—too hot. Toilet didn’t fill so had to use ice bucket to fill tank to flush. I was allowed to shower in a different room on same floor.

Gentleman at front desk was unwelcoming and a little rude. Room smelled musty and the bathroom was not entirely clean. Shuttle to the airport was convenient, but upon my return, I could not get in contact with anyone to get picked up. Both the extension for the shuttle and the front desk just kept ringing.

I could overlook the fact that the hotel was rundown, but it was very dirty, as well. The cleaning crew left many surfaces unwiped. There was debris around the sink, The shower was stained. There was shcmutz on the wall. The room had a damp musty odor. I will say that the staff was a positive - very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was dirty. My bed was full of little hairs. They didn’t even change the sheets. After I asked for new sheets for this reason l, the person didn’t even acknowledge the fact that it wasn’t changed or cleaned properly. This hotel is disgusting and dirty. No starts at all.

You get what you pay for. It’s a cheap hotel. The room was dirty, there was hair all over, pretty sure there’s black mold in the bathroom, cobwebs on the ceiling and stains on the floor. Will not be staying here again.

Breakfast not available (no cheese, no yogurt, no eggs, no milk, no cereal, ) only coffee and non fresh bagels. A customer approached the manager to complain about no breakfast and was rudely told that breakfast is complementary.

There needs to be some cleaning, carpets were filthy in the hallway and stairwells. Bathroom fixtures were loose, stains on the bathroom ceiling, mold on the caulking, sink drains slow. I get it, it's a low price hotel, but if Wynndam is going to put their name on it, someone from corporate should take a tour, they won't be impressed.

It was fine for a quick overnight after a late flight. It was nothing great just an average place. The room had one wall that was floor to ceiling mirrors 😳, the carpet is very dark and aged and the fixtures are right from the 90s.

The room looked old. Our room was by the lobby so it was noisy. It was also on the 1st floor and you colud hear the people walking around on the 2nd floor at 3am. For an inexpensive room staying over night it was ok. Would be nice if they had coffee or tea available after hours.

My stay was fine. The hotel is old and dated but sufficient for my one night stay. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not comfortable at all. The bathroom definitely needs updating.

Got there and there was many people waiting to be checked in. Front desk staff was no where to be found was waiting about 25-30 mins before front desk staff came. Nobody knew what was going on. I would have left and found another hotel if I didn’t already pay to stay here. Front desk staff didn’t even apologize or offer for money to be taking off for the long wait everyone had. Front desk guy was rude. Tub in room wasn’t clean. Room size could have been bigger for the price I paid Wasn’t pleased with this stay at all compared to other Microtel hotels I been too this one is the worst. I won’t be returning.

Never have I ever wanted to give a hotel a zero star rating before. The hotel itself wasn't bad. Needs some updating and the beds were comfortable. Asked for connecting rooms on my request and guy Friday made it seem like he was givng us connecting rooms. Only to find out he put us side by side. Told us later that we had to reserve a certain type of room for adjoining rooms. We would have paid the extra for those rooms had he told us in the beginning when asked. What makes me want to give this hotel a zero star was the night employee Rosnik(sp???). How are you racist and an immigrant to this country? Came in Friday to what appeared to be a disagreement between him and young black lady. He was telling her that he couldn't give her a key to a room that her man booked because it was in his name even though her name was on it too. Long story short, she leaves out, there were 4 young black men waiting to check in. Rosnik goes off yelling telling the young lady not to come back in the hotel a few times. Then proceeds to yell that he's not helping anymore black people that night while these 4 young men are still waiting to check in. As my group is walking to the elevator, we can still hear him fussing "that's what's wrong with America, black people" and "I'm not helping "them" people". This distrubed my soul hearing him say stuff like this. He didn't care who was around or anything. I couldn't wait to get home to write this review.

What makes me want to give this hotel a zero star was the night employee Rosnik(sp???). How are you racist and an immigrant to this country? Came in Friday to what appeared to be a disagreement between him and young black lady. He was telling her that he couldn't give her a key to a room that her man booked because it was in his name even though her name was on it too. Long story short, she leaves out, there were 4 young black men waiting to check in. Rosnik goes off yelling telling the young lady not to come back in the hotel a few times. Then proceeds to yell that he's not helping anymore black people that night while these 4 young men are still waiting to check in. As my group is walking to the elevator, we can still hear him fussing "that's what's wrong with America, black people" and "I'm not helping "them" people". This distrubed my soul hearing him say stuff like this. He didn't care who was around or anything. I couldn't wait to get home to write this review.

Why do hotels keep their rooms at 63 degrees? It was 39 degrees outside in Philadelphia and 63 in the room. Took me an hour to get the room warm. The line to check in was out the door. The man at the front desk put his jacket on and left the desk for about 10 minutes, which kept everyone waiting to check in. The shuttle ride to the airport the next morning was on time and the gentleman was very cordial.

Gentleman at front desk was unwelcoming and a little rude. Room smelled musty and the bathroom was not entirely clean. Shuttle to the airport was convenient, but upon my return, I could not get in contact with anyone to get picked up. Both the extension for the shuttle and the front desk just kept ringing.

After a 24 hour delay on our European flight, it was great to have a place to stay with airport shuttle. The local train service had a stop within walking distance that allowed us to have a day trip into Philadelphia and then to the airport for our evening flight

Stayed here while traveling thru Philadelphia Airport, great stay for the price. Clean, safe.. would definitely recommend for anyone traveling.. free parking night of stay, then $10 @ day to leave there while we traveled.

Hotel property is quite attractive with lots of parking. It is a quick walk to Ruby Tuesday and public transit, and the hotel has its own airport shuttle. Our room was a bit tight for space but manageable, a bit worn but clean and functional. Great shower, lots of hot water and good pressure. Breakfast is barely adequate. Overall, good value, would consider staying here again when in the area.

I live in the area but had an early flight so wanted to stay close to the Philadelphia airport. This was perfect. Easy check in and nice staff. The shuttle to the airport runs all night. The room was a. it small and no premium channels, but clean and big enough for my needs.

All the staff my son and I encountered were great. They were all very friendly and helpful. If you need just a QUICK room to get some sleep from a cancelled flight or layover, this property works, but beyond that, I would not recommend. The hallways and rooms have a very off putting smell. Once in you room, you become use to it, but the initial shock is overwhelming. The bed was comfortable for much of the room seemed run down. There were decorative panels on the walls that were loose and hanging. The bathroom was chaulk haven with an unmatching color which sloppily applied to EVERYTHING. Half of our channels on the TV didnt work, and the half that did, would randomly go out every few minutes. The breakfast was beyond underwhelming. A frozen omlette you had to microwave yourself, toast or bagel, and the choice of Raisin Bran or Frosted Flakes.

The hotel is close to the airport and parking is free. The rooms need to be renovated. The bathroom needs a deep cleaning. There is dirt in the corners and mold in some spots. The staff was very polite and helpful. The place was dirty and the smell of disinfectant was overpowering. The carpets and florrs were filthy. The common area walls were filthy. There were new bathroom amenties so the bathrooms were clean, and the bedding was clean and comfortable. I stayed for 1 night for a few hours and can still smell the disinfectant. It smelled like a old-person hospital. A fresh coat of paint and having the carpets cleaned would do wonders.
