We stayed as a last minute decision while in Lawton to finalize my mother’s estate after her passing. Because we didn’t know how long it would take we needed an affordable option. We chose the Baymont based on its location and most recent reviews. The hotel is easy to get to, clean, and at least in the middle of the week has been quiet and we haven’t witnessed any unruly shenanigans. The pool area was a bonus for us as we were the only ones in it. Towels were staged right there so there was no need to see the front desk for any. This was a very practical, affordable, clean, and pleasant place to stay for the several days we were here. Perfect for a trip where the budget needs as much as you can get for the dollar. And if you can request a 3rd floor room facing west, the sunset was a nice extra for us. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you, Baymont Lawton!

Very Disappointed. That was the most outdated room. There wasn't even a place to hang our clothes, the bathroom was so small you couldn't get dressed after showering and we were in a king size room. The bed was actually comfortable but the AC wasn't very cooling. We had it set on 60 and I was hot and I never get hot. The ice machine was broken.

I reserved two rooms with double beds on the first floor. Upon check in we were given two rooms on the second floor. My room smelled of cat piss and made me nauseous as soon as I walked in. I requested my room be changed. Clerk had a bad attitude and was on the rude side as insisted upon the change. Second room didn’t smell as bad. Both rooms were out dated for sure. Couches in all three rooms looked like they were pulled out of a dumpster. There carpets were disgusting and looked as if they were never cleaned. Kids took off shoes and within 5 minutes of Running around there feet were black. There was a used car of soap in the shower. Pool was filthy and closed temp was in the 90s today The surrounding area was very sketchy. Hotel smelled of cat piss and marijuana. Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name associated with such a run down nasty hotel.

I do not like to deceptive business practices. The person at the counter checked me in. Then told me there was an additional deposit. When I stated that it did not notify me that on Expedia. I was told that was my problem. Then the manager went on to give me a lecture on the virtues of a deposit. I understand what the deposit is for. My problem is I wasn't told about it until after I checked in. Then when the manager found out I was part of a crew of 30 people staying in the area for a month his demeanor towards me changed and every time he saw me he would ask me if any of the other guys I worked with we're going to stay there. I went to manages to understand that I told every guy that works with me to absolutely not stay in that hotel because of how I was treated when I checked in. The hotel is okay I guess you get what you pay for but I will tell you that every hotel that surrounded it had a packed parking lot every night. And his had maybe three cars in it.

Conveniently located cheap place, met the immediate need for a stop directly off the freeway for just sleeping on a road trip. You get what you pay for though, not very clean or updated. Cracks in the walls, had a funky smell, breakfast items were expired (yogurt, milk), bugs in the food area counter tops, staff were not rude but definitely not friendly. After leaving in the morning received an annoyed call from staff asking if I had checked out yet.

The room was nice and clean. The hotel was quiet. There are restaurants, movie theater, and shopping close by with some within walking distance.the staff was nice and friendly. The a/c worked great and kept the room cool.

First off let me say if I could give 0 stars I would. The pictures in hotels.com are misleading, false advertising and need to be updated to how hotel really looks in person. The staff was not rude they were just unconcerned. My husband has asthma and hotel is supposed to be non smoking, but the first room I was issued the room and the 3rd floor smelled of cigarette smoke. The TV didn't work, and had no signal. attendant acted as if I didn't know how to work a tv. Second room I was issued smelled a lot better, but neither the refrigerator nor the freezer worked and it was hair all over the top of the toilet. She didn't want to give me a different room. So I cancelled, they said they would give a refund through hotel.com, but conveniently you guys can't get in contact with the hotel manager to issue a refund and give me back my money. I call scam until I see other wise. If the hotel is to a persons liking, Great, but if you have a problem and want a refund they are going to steal your money. Run far away from Baymont Inn in Pearl MS
